I was on a short trip to Bangalore and needed a hotel that was convenient to the various offices I was visiting. The staff was courteous and always willing to help. Christmas Brunch was superb. Amazing breakfast spread and the pool/gym were as usual well maintained. We enjoyed the meal.

Stayed at Leela Palace twice, this time is a club room, the price is not cheap, in early 2000. No time to enjoy the afternoon tea and drink at the Lounge Bar. Leela is still so beautiful, every detail is like living in the palace. This time I suddenly found that there was a shopping mall and a salon in Leela downstairs. Surprise~ The next decision is still here~

First-class five-star hotel, the facilities are very new and the rooms are large. Opposite is a golf course and the surrounding environment is good. The staff is enthusiastic. When you check in, you will be able to add 150 RMB to upgrade the room and send breakfast. In fact, the price is average.

Location of the hotel is good. But the staffs are unprofessional and their work ethics are not customer friendly. The rooms are not maintained as per the standard. Bedsheets and pillow covers had hairs and stains.But housekeeping staff were helpful enough to attend our issues. Lights were not working, issue was resolved after an engineer attended it. Small and congested washroom to accommodate the balcony I guess. Breakfast spread was satisfactory, again the staff were not customer friendly. There were no hand sanitizer kept on the tables. There were quite a few guest using the buffet spread with their bare hands. The lift/ elevator had a very foul smell most of the time. Overall not a comfortable stay. The only thing premium about this property is the brand name Hilton. It's nowhere close to the Hilton standards I have experienced in past.

We often have dinner here, the menus are always cool and yummy. I always liked Mr Sivanesh's Mocktail and it's a must try. Was here for lunch. Love this place and the food was awesome. Everything is perfect about this place. Great service by the way, great food. Highly suggested. Would like to thank Mr.Sivanesh for the excellent service

Stayed one day and only cleaned the room on the first day, the waiter seemed to always ignore the sign that we hung at the door. The rest was very good

This is a very lovely hotel. As part of the Bonvoy group, it dazzles with beautiful surroundings, excellent food, and impeccable service. There is only one small thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars. That is, in the bathrooms, there is a separate lighted mirror that can be used to apply makeup, but it is not magnified. For us older women, it becomes much more difficult to apply eye makeup without a magnified lighted mirror. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

If the outsiders go to travel jw Marriott or oakwood hotel location is better, life is more convenient. It is in the best shopping mall ub city together. It is convenient to eat. Ritz is very good, but the surrounding is not convenient, one kilometer away from ubcity, one person is not safe. It’s hard to find a taxi. I’m always worried about it, or you have to have a taxi software ola. (India, the water quality is not good enough, the towel is not soft enough, the service is very good).

I had visited Oberoi polo club for my birthday celebration and the whole team ensured that i get the best experience. I would like to specially thank MrMohit MrSaurabhR and his team, for being so hospitable and humble, the suggestions of cocktail and pizza The best I have ever had. These people added so much happiness to my day that i will surely be coming back again and again.

Hotel environment is very good, the location is excellent, the surrounding environment is very good, the transportation is convenient The room is very big, very clean, very comfortable, the things are very complete, the service is in place. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, and they have also visited nearby by others. It’s not bad. Very comfortable, much better than I thought, very safe, very safe. Anyway, I think it's not bad.
