Super super recommended Banyan Tree Lang Co for the super attentive butler - Mi and the manager for serving our 2 nights stay here! From the arrival to the hotel and departure, we are welcomed by their friendly manager (forgot her name😭) and Mi (our butler) even gave us a surprised cake for our anniversary! The breakfast is awesome too! Everything is awesome ! Definitely recommended to anyone from family to couple to stay here!

The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

1. The hotel has a good atmosphere. The service was also very friendly. 2. At 3:00 a.m. on February 16, there were loud shouting and activities outside, which did not stop until 8:00 a.m. Couldn't fall asleep after being woken up! It's really infuriating. When I checked out in the morning, I complained to the front desk and the hotel told me that this was a celebration organized by the government! But my question is that if there is an activity by the government, the hotel will know about it and should notify the guests as soon as possible (at least change hotels). Instead of waiting for complaints to be made before giving 2 drinks or spa coupons and just calling it a day! The point is that this is not a business hotel, and we don't know how long it will take for international guests to arrive, so we can't use the coupons even if we get them. It can't make up for the discomfort of a sleepless night!

This is luxury at its best! I cannot find words to compliment the service at this place! I absolutely adore it and have come back here 3 times already! The decor is beautiful, the beach is clean! The scenery is just out of this world! A perfect retreat for relaxation!

🌿 A peaceful and unforgettable stay at Pilgrimage Village I stayed here during my solo trip to Hue and this was by far my favorite hotel in Vietnam. The resort is quiet, spacious, and beautifully designed — a true retreat from the busy world. The staff were warm and professional, especially Ngoc Ha, the manager, who handled everything with great care and flexibility. I felt truly welcomed. My room was cozy and comfortable, and the swimming pool was absolutely relaxing. I enjoyed their “buy 2 get 1 free” cocktail offer while sitting by the pool — such a peaceful moment to just unwind. Dinner was delicious with options for buffet or à la carte, and the restaurant team was very kind and attentive, which made me feel safe and cared for as a solo traveler. Breakfast had many choices, including authentic Vietnamese drip coffee, which was a nice touch. The resort also has great facilities and feels like amazing value for what it offers. And don’t miss their spa! I booked a 2.5-hour session and left completely refreshed. Quiet, clean, and very professionally done. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Hue. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and great service.

My second stay there and hopefully not my last one. If you are looking for a relaxing spa hotel surrounded by beautiful nature and calmness then Alba is your place. Modern architecture, lots of green, great pool, plenty of relaxing activities like yoga and meditation, the onsen, the massages etc. Staff is extremely nice, professional and helpful. I didn't want to leave but unfinished can't do holidays forever

The hotel itself built along the lake, and walked from one end to the other end, was about 3 km, a good enough healthy walk especially after the meal. The hotel also provided bicycles and we can order buggy instead of walking. We booked the water villa, quite an experience to live above the water. Room is big, 130 sq meter, facilities are good, although some minor improvements could make the stay even better. For example, the bath room could have more lighting, and install towel hanging places with no plants underneath. Staff are very friendly and with warm smiles. The two swimming pools all have wonderful view. Spa is excellent. This hotel is good for relaxation and rest. Travelling to scenery locations are a bit far away. Driving to the Danang airport takes about 80 minutes.

Breakfast spread wasn't great for me as I have specific diet needs, but overall enough variety for the average traveller. The yoghurt was absolutely the best I'd ever had tho. Perfectly smooth, not tart, and they had an unsweetened version. The room was neat, clean, housekeeping was efficient - one of the days they ran the bell and we were just on the way out so we said they could go ahead and make up the room anyway. In and out in no time flat! The concierge service was impeccable. We were treated like royalty. It wasn't just the usual 'standard' politeness, but a friendliness that was so heartwarming I really felt special. We'll definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Hue.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Silk Path Hotel! The atmosphere was incredibly cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, every moment was delightful. The beautifully decorated rooms added to the charm, and the amenities were top-notch. I can't recommend Silk Path Hotel enough for anyone looking for a relaxing and inviting experience! The restaurant Nam Phuong is amazing, great food and great decor. Amazing
