The only thing about this place is parking. Although they have a parking garage behind the hotel, forget about parking your SUV there as there is no way you will be able to manoeuvre your vehicle into their car park.

Hotel did not live up to the photos. The single room was in bad shape, window did not close properly so you could hear everything from the street. There is no door with the bathroom so the smell from the toilet fills the whole room. Hotel felt dingy. Location is good by train station. Bed sheets seemed clean and fresh. Overall, next time I would pay a little more and just stay somewhere more decent.

The hotel is right next to the train station, the room is not included in the breakfast, plus 6.6 euros per person, but the quality of the breakfast is still very good. The rooms are small and the budget Ibis is generally not available for an extra bed.

Just next to the Poitier train station, it is very convenient. It takes more than 2 hours to go to Paris but the price is very cheap, but it is indeed the smallest Ibis I have ever lived. It is very inconvenient to stretch.

The room was fine and the service was impeccable. European hotels usually require check-in time until two or even three in the afternoon, which is obviously not as flexible and humane as domestic hotels.

The code to go back to the hotel was not communicated to us, we were found outside the hotel with closed door. We have to call the emergency number to have the access code to enter the hotel to get the key from our room

This hotel seemed little tired, felt like plastic under the sheets so not the most comfortable sleep. The centre opposite doesn’t allow dogs so we had difficulty finding somewhere to eat. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Also it was dog friendly which is a bonus for us. On the whole it was budget so shouldn’t expect too much.

They allow dog but its important to know they are not allowed in the breakfast space, which is indeed very small. On others Ibis budget I experienced, there is usually a dedicated space or table but in this one it was too small. This made me discover a very good bakery very close to!

After we arrived, the service staff was very enthusiastic and strongly recommended us to go to another hotel, saying that the room was bigger and better, and closer to the tourist attractions. The location is indeed super good, but the hotel is very small, the suitcase can't be put in, and the bed is even smaller, about 90 cm. I feel cheated. . . The service staff is very arrogant. There are no other rooms. They won't change us, and we can't change back to the previous hotel. . How to say it, it's terrible to bring leaders out. This place is suitable for young people to come, go back and fall asleep, and go to the Internet celebrity restaurant to punch in and eat in the morning. In short, this hotel is extreme, the location is extremely good, and the room is extremely bad. You can choose it yourself. I cannot say cause I did not stay in this hotel, they introduced another hotel nearby. Room is so small, location is good.hmm..

The location is absolutely amazing!!! Environment: Step out of the hotel's left side, and you can see the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Basilica Cistern all at once. Walk for another 10 minutes, and you'll reach the Topkapi Palace – truly incredible! Plus, the T1 tram line is right nearby, making it super convenient! Don't listen to Google Maps, it will take you on a detour; just exit the hotel and walk to your left. Facilities: The hotel facilities are a bit old, but very clean. The highlight is how quiet the air conditioning is – truly befitting an old-school five-star hotel! My mom absolutely hates AC noise, and she was very satisfied with this hotel! However, because it's next to the mosque, you will hear the call to prayer around 6:30 AM. Also, for a twin room, the beds are 0.8 meters wide, which is indeed a bit small.

The hotel is extremely clean compared to other 5 star hotels in Turkey. The staff at reception. Together with Staff in the restaurant , concierge and the bell boy were all extremely helpful and polite. Always ready to help. The restaurant dinner and breakfast was absolutely fantastic 👌. The hotel is very well located. It is a 15 minutes walk to Hagia Sofia, Bascillica Cistern, Blue Mosque. 7 mins walk to Grand Bazaar . The interior of the hotel looks magnificent with the old style charm but all newly renovated. I would highly recommended this hotel to stay in Istanbul. 😀😃😄

Overall a lovely stay. A lots of pros- Great breakfast, friendly staff, 24hr gym, free parking, very safe. Booked a one day tour to Troy, got picked up and drop off at the hotel, saved 2 trips to the Istanbul city,a present surprise. Own experience - Location is far and not easily accessible from main tourist attractions. For self drive, the hotel is located next to a highway, if missed the turning, go around is 7 min. Baby pool was not open, swimming hat compulsory or can buy for 130TR from spa desk.

The hotel was quite nice, but I expected more from a 4-star hotel. Positive sides are a nice room, clean bathroom, amenities and most of all the position between two metro stations. Basically it's about a 10-12 minute walk from each of them. The staff was friendly and they helped me with the luggage. Breakfast was very good, with a large choice of Turkish food. The only thing they missed was Turkish coffee. Negative sides are that the swimming pool wasn't working in the morning. That was actually the main reason why I chose that hotel, but apparently the pool starts working at 12 o'clock. The other negative is poor sound isolation. I heard my neighbours and everyone walking and talking in the corridor. However, the street sound was eliminated to zero when you close the windows.

We had a pleasant stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Istanbul Ottomare. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We really appreciated the complimentary upgrade and thoughtful snacks upon arrival — a lovely touch! Since the weather was quite cold during our visit, the air conditioning system wasn’t initially active, but the reception team was responsive and quickly helped us enable the power when we called. Overall, a good experience and a comfortable stay.

This is a perfect place to stay for 2-3 days. The location is superb; the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque are within walking distance of the hotel. I would especially like to thank the hotel administrator, Abdullah. He helped us unload and load our luggage, gave us great advice on the best places to visit in Istanbul, and organized an excellent transfer to the airport. If the hotel management is reading this review, I suggest giving Abdullah a bonus. If you haven't decided where to stay yet, I highly recommend it. We had a perfect stay at this great hotel! I love the location—it's in the middle of everything but still not crowded, surrounded by a park zone. It's a fantastic option for families with kids. It's also a perfect spot if you plan to use the ferries, which are a fast and romantic way to explore Istanbul! A special thanks to Murat, the chef, for his kindness and dedication to ensuring guests have an awesome experience, even on the busiest days. The Menemen and Egg Benedict were delicious! ❤️ Another big thank you to Rabia from the pool restaurant, who gave our son a Spider-Man bracelet that made him so happy! The room was excellent, clean and hygienic, with a small rooftop terrace offering a glimpse of the sea. The hotel's location is super convenient; right outside is the Istanbul University station for the T1 tram line. It's only about a 15-minute ride to Hagia Sophia, and just a few more stops to the European side ferry terminals, which is very handy. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding, with a wide variety of choices. The bread was freshly baked in a small oven right there, and they even had an entire honeycomb to enjoy – incredibly generous! The hotel service was also top-notch. We arrived on an early morning flight, and the kind lady at the front desk enthusiastically helped us check in early. We were able to have a refreshing shower and seamlessly start our day of sightseeing. Highly recommended!

The staff were so helpful and friendly and the hotel is located in walking distance to a beautiful palace and art gallery, as well as the tram which gives easy access to the attractions of the city. This hotel is excellent in terms of location, facilities and overall environment! If the sightseeing needs of the old city are not taken into consideration, I think the hardware conditions provide a better stay experience than the Four Seasons Hotel Sultanahmet. However, the overall service quality is slightly inferior. Every staff member of the Four Seasons Hotel Sultanahmet is extremely warm and friendly, and always greets guests when they meet them; in contrast, the service staff of the Four Seasons Hotel at the Bosphorus is somewhat uneven. It is worth mentioning that the Turkish restaurant in the hotel is excellent, which is undoubtedly an ideal choice for tasting authentic Turkish food.
