Very new and stylish hotel, the location is very convenient to go anywhere,  The service staff at the counter was very good. The breakfast for three days was not changed.  was a pity ＇ but  was still recommended for a good hotel.

Beautiful luxury hotel. Very modern in the inside, everything is very tasteful. Nice old classical building, newly renovated. Our loft room had a nice view, huge window. We will stay there again! The service was impeccable.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and professional, from the moment we arrived at the hotel entrance, through check-in, and all the way to check-out and luggage handling. Every service was polite and attentive. The hotel breakfast was quite rich, with à la carte options, and the fruit was delicious. The room size was quite large for European standards, and housekeeping was prompt and thorough. The only minor drawback was that the shower facilities in the room were a bit old-fashioned and the drainage wasn't great.

The hotel is brand new with excellent facilities; it was definitely the most comfortable two nights we had during our entire trip to Europe. The location is perfect, right across from the opera house, and there's an M1 metro station right outside, making it super easy to connect to all kinds of public transportation. The reception staff were very friendly; we had a nice long chat during check-in. All in all, highly recommended.

I booked a Ctrip beggar’s version room and spent money to upgrade. It is recommended to book a street view room with windows that can be opened. The details of the room are pretty good. I forgot to take a photo. It’s the same as the picture online. The service at the door is like this. After tipping, you will be replaced... The front desk is quite helpful, but the quality of the doorman needs to be improved. The restaurant is good and there is sparking wine freeflow for breakfast…

I was given a room at the back of the floor. The door was smaller than the other rooms, but the floor plan made it seem a bit bigger. The breakfast was great. Although there weren't many choices in the buffet area, the service was very attentive. The coffee I liked was remembered the next day. The menu selection was also good. The hotel is in an excellent location and very convenient.

If time permits, I'd definitely recommend staying a few extra days. The views are superb, both day and night, directly overlooking the palace complex. The hotel's service is on par with what you'd expect from an InterContinental, offering excellent value for money.

First experience in Budapest. Living by the Danube is very convenient to go anywhere. We arranged a room on the inner street opposite a school. It was very quiet at night. The breakfast was rich in variety, basically European and American food, hot and cold dishes were good, vegetables, meat, cheese, and fruits were all good, and I didn't get tired of eating them even after a week. Hygiene: The decoration is modern style, the wooden floor feels good underfoot, and it is very clean. Facilities: The basic facilities are all there, the only drawback is that there is no bottled water in the room.
