I chose Four Seasons among St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. One of the reasons was the convenient parking and swimming pool. The service at the front desk was good. I don't know if it was because his English was not standard or because our English was too poor. Anyway, I didn't understand much, but it didn't affect my stay. Facilities: Ctrip standard. The only platinum hotel in Amman, the facilities are definitely good and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, albeit soft, but refreshing. The feeling of quilt and pillow touching the skin is also very comfortable. But there are holes in the sheets, why don’t you change them? ! The pajamas are made of poor material and feel too stiff. Hygiene: The surface is good, but the details are not. The stains on the bottom of the toothbrush cup are quite obvious. Didn’t you see it? This is not the level of Four Seasons. Environment: Opposite is the Ritz-Carlton, and the main road downstairs is a bit noisy. Service: If the service at this price is not good, it would be a shame for the Four Seasons. There are not many types of breakfast, but the ingredients and products are still of high quality. The welcome dessert is a highlight, a local specialty.

Ritz-Carlton has always been one of my favorite hotels. I stayed in Amman for two days. The hotel is luxuriously decorated. The room is large and well-equipped. The bedding is comfortable. The hotel is in a good location. There is a good Chinese restaurant, Taipei Restaurant, ten minutes' walk away. The chef is actually from Anhui. The hotel offers free parking and valet parking. The service staff is warm and considerate, and I feel at home. The price in Amman is a bit high. The breakfast is quite comprehensive, but people here don't eat salt and soy sauce. The taste is not good for Chinese people.

I stayed at st. Regis Amman last year and it was new and the staff were still not very professional, BUT let me tell you about my current stay, ”I LOVE MY STAY AND I WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN”, my friend and i arrived last night, we booked a room and got an upgrade, the staff are very professional and friendly and despite the face masks you can tell they are smiling, room service and house keeping are great we love the way they cleaned our room and the services they offered since we arrived.. thank you st. Regis this is exactly how moving to next level looks like.. all the love in the world for making our stay memorable 💖

We stayed in four different five-star hotels during our Jordan trip, and if I come back to Amman—or recommend a hotel to friends—it would definitely be W Hotel. The breakfast is amazing, with an impressive setting and creative staff who even made waffles for me! The entire team is professional, friendly, and attentive. Bonus: all the boys working there, even in the parking, are young, handsome, and eye-catching—definitely a fun touch! lol

Towels and bed sheets was not fresh smil .body wash and shampoo was empty. Water pressure is bad.the bidet was leaking

Last month I wrote a good review. I will have a discount for this month. It is estimated that there are more people staying. The service can't keep up. The time for check-in has been waiting for more than two hours. Although I upgraded the room, it was not cool to wait for so long, so I stayed for 4 more nights, I don't want to toss. However, because I changed the time of return, I still decided to change another hotel.

Great city hotel with spacious rooms and a great spa area. We went swimming and relaxing in the spa area twice. The rooms are large and spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was also delicious and offered a large selection. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

In the city center, if you don't live near the Dead Sea, you can choose. Valet parking is free, it is recommended to give a tip. I ordered dinner in the room, I don't know if I was hungry, I ate it all, see the picture for details. I was upgraded to the executive floor, where I can see the whole city, the view is good.
