The location is very convenient, and it is already Kenting Street. You can have something to eat from morning till night. The only downside was that we only met the staff of the hotel on the first day, and every day I wanted to ask the staff of the hotel to ask for directions or other enquiries, but I saw that there were any staff at the hotel. On the last day, the original homestay was checked out at 11:00 in the morning. Then we went to breakfast in the morning. In the absence of a room card, we went back to the room at about 10:50. The cleaning staff was already clearing our room and wanted to go to the bathroom. can. I hope that the owner of the hotel will pay attention to the room card. If it is not, the guest will not check out.

The room was large and clean. On the third floor, there was no elevator. The two big boxes were exhausted and the door locks were a bit bad. It seemed to have been destroyed. There were two showers, one of which had no clothes. There is no washing machine in the whole home, no clothes to wash the clothes, no parking, all parked in the paid parking lot, 150 yuan a day.

At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. When I finally left, there was a problem with the car reservation, and the lady boss arranged a special car. This service is worth 6 stars

Overall it's good, room is clean except that I have problem using power plug type G (UK) in the room (unable to plug in). Called for room service to request for a converter or extension, room service promise to call back in 10 minutes but there's no feedback at all then. No iron in the room although there's an iron board. I only found it out last minute, I don't have time to request for it as we are in a rush to prepare to check out. Suggest anyone need an iron to request it beforehand upon check-in to the hotel.

During check in, full payment was made but during check out they charged me again for accommodation as they don’t have record that I have made payment. They took so long to verify that. The property is located near bund garden metro station . It’s has a temperature control swimming pool and is good in size . The steam and sauna is also very awesome. Gym is open 24/7 and is too good with all machines . Breakfast is awesome chef parasna is very nice. Rooms sizes are good with complete touch control switches and tv with all channels including Netflix and prime . Bathroom also very clean and spacious. No regrets what so ever. Will definitely come again.
