The breakfast is very good. I don’t know if I can add an extra bed. It’s a bit inconvenient to bring children. The traffic is not very convenient. It’s very convenient if you drive by yourself. There is a parking lot. 🅿️
- HAIYAN
The hotel presents a very beautiful scenery, indoor and outdoor hot springs ♨️ and very quiet, the service is attentive and meticulous, a good place after busy work. Not suitable for bringing children.

It is an inn that I wanted to visit before. It is one of the small hot springs in Shiraishi City, Miyagi Prefecture, where there are only 4 inns called kamasen Onsen, but it has a history of more than 600 years. The main building is spectacular with the glass windows in the Taisho Period. I had dinner breakfast at the main building, but it is an atmosphere and a nice space. The accommodation building is renewed so you can spend comfortably. The dishes were very delicious with the contents of the evening breakfast and the ingredients of Miyagi. I was able to understand that I was chosen as Michelin. Especially, the duck pot and foie gras daikon felt the best taste I have ever eaten. The staff was polite and nice to all the people who responded to the evening breakfast, and I was able to spend comfortably from check-in to check-out. The quality of the two kinds of baths is good, so I want to change the season and visit again.

Building. It can't be helped because it's old, but the footsteps echo quite. The appetizers were beautiful and delicious for dinner. The rest was not a big deal. Half-cut rob pottery. This is not delicious. A pot of cherry blossoms. The smell of aquaculture cannot be transferred to the soup. Then, Warasa is enough. Chilean silver for breakfast is also warmed up and the smell becomes even more intense. I'm sorry that I expected the food in particular. The bath was small, but the hot water that was wet was good. The customer service is normal. Cospa is bad.

A nice spot away from the busy city. I loved the scenery and relaxed nature of this place. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a more traditional destination and a hospitable environment

Reviews From Real Travelers
I was entrusted with the secretary and used it more than 10 years ago, so I made a reservation based on the impression I had at that time, but it was a big mistake and everyone booed me. A little less than 20 people aged 5 to 80 used it. First of all, the elderly woman who answered the phone at the time of booking was irritated by the inconsistent explanation, and when I asked for someone else to replace me, she said, ”I'm the only one.” I called back another day without making a reservation. ←I regret that I shouldn't have called again on another day. . . The building is old, so the exterior and interior are not beautiful, but I wanted them to be cleaned. Garbage and dust on the floor of the hotel. There are many stains on the wall that can be wiped off. The dressing room in the bath is also old and dirty, and the glass window in the bath is dirty and cloudy, so you can't see the outside scenery well. The open-air bath had fallen leaves and many dead insects floating on it, so elementary school children were afraid and didn't want to enter. The open-air bath will inevitably get fallen leaves and insects regardless of the season, so it is something to scoop up with a net and clean it several times a day, but I guess this is not done here. For meals, adults ordered the main Sansa kaiseki meal for children, but it looks different from the photo on the website. Chawanmushi is cold and lukewarm. Tempura was also cold and not delicious. In another review a few months ago, another person wrote about chawanmushi and tempura, but it was exactly the same and had not been improved. Don't expect any food at all. The staff's way of serving and responding to meals was blunt, and everyone felt uncomfortable, and water and tea were placed on the table and they were just saying what to do. Even if you want to order additional drinks, there are no employees, so even if you read it out loud, they won't come. At the end, after bringing dessert, there were no employees even at the end time, and some people were drinking tea by themselves without the last tea being served. I was really troubled by the big booing from everyone (sweat). A person who went to the store said that there were a lot of giveaways because there were few customers. What I thought when I used Sansatei this time was that it was completely different from when I used it a few years ago. I was put in charge of the secretary, and everyone booed me and I just apologized. I was told that I want everyone who used this time to never do it again. ① I often feel uncomfortable because the staff does not serve customers at all. (2) The building is old and has not been cleaned, so it is dirty overall. ③ The bath is filthy in both the dressing room and the bathroom. ④ Meals are served cold. Worst service and attitude of employees. Aside from the old reviews, who are the people involved who are highly rated in recent reviews? I doubt it. If you have enough money, why don't you go to see scary things? (smile)

The inn is located in a location where you can overlook Mt. Zao. In addition to the main building, there is also an annex. The hot springs were brown and characteristic. The source temperature is probably high. The temperature of the indoor bath is high and it is not suitable for long baths. The open-air bath was just the right temperature and I was able to take a long bath. It is an open-air bath with a view of Mt. Zao, but if you stay in the bathtub, the fence will be in the way. It was unexpected that I could not see the scenery unless I stood up. The restaurant was a venue, but there was enough space and I didn't feel crowded. There were some concerns such as the sauna in the large communal bath being out of service and the pain caused by the deterioration of the facility, but the impression that the hot spring was good. (Day trips are also OK)

I stayed on Saturdays and Sundays in September. There was no plan for the prefectural discount, and I think it was about 20,000 yen per night. You can drink after Chen Quinn at All-In-One Cruise. It was good to be able to drink alcohol at dinner. Both dinner and breakfast were set. I was able to spend a relaxing time while infection control was also taken.
- Guest User
You can stay at an affordable price for alcohol and hot spring lovers, and you can enjoy creative dishes every season. The employees can also have a good feeling with polite response. It is not excessive all inclusive, so you can relax without shouldering.

The hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from Sendai JR station, which needs to be booked on the official website, which is very convenient! There is a train from Sendai to the hotel at 18:05 at the latest, and the latest train from the hotel to Sendai Station is at 17:00! The hotel reception is very enthusiastic and will patiently explain where the several hot springs are. We booked a room with breakfast and dinner. The dinner was great. In the private room, there is a waitress in a kimono. The full service meal is exquisite. The buffet is very rich and amazing! The decoration of the hot spring pool is simple. Do n’t hope too much, but I heard that the bottom open-air bath is the birthplace of Qiubao Hot Spring. You must go for a bath when you come! There is Lei Lei Gorge near the hotel, which is a boardwalk suitable for hiking. There is a kaleidoscope museum. I feel that Little Japan can do everything to the extreme. I think it is worth going. To the other side of the hotel is Tiange Park. When I went, it happened to be autumn leaves. The scenery was beautiful, but there was not enough time! In short, Zuo Kan Hot Springs is very good and worth visiting!

The hotel's tatami room has about 20 seats and can accommodate up to four people. Although the room facilities are a bit old and small, the service is very good. The hotel has two open-air hot springs and two corresponding indoor baths for men and women. It is worthwhile to soak, and there are massage lounge chairs for a massage after bathing. It's just that the hotel's location is relatively biased, there aren't many shops nearby, and you arrive late at night and can't find a place to have dinner, so be sure to book a meal at the hotel.

Breakfast and dinner are buffet, very rich and delicious; the room is very big, I don’t know if I can add an extra bed; the hotel is very remote, in the mountains, there is nothing to go around in the small town, parking is possible, but so far It’s still more convenient to take the train. It’s also good to be a hotel car when you go back. The hotel staff do not speak Chinese, and generally do not speak English. It is still very difficult to communicate. It is recommended to use translation software; the hot springs are great, watching There are all kinds of hot springs in the mountain and snow scene, which is too immortal~

I thought the room had a hot spring, but it didn't! I hope Ctrip can write clearly! The hotel has no defects except for no entertainment in the surrounding area! The hotel is great
