There's a bus stop right downstairs. We bought a 3-day pass for €15.50 per person, which allowed unlimited travel on both the metro and buses. Getting to Lotto station, for Malpensa Airport, was also very convenient – just two or three stops away. European cities are generally quite compact.

Very good hotel, run by a Chinese uncle, convenient and cheap nearby. Traveling, eating, shopping are very convenient. If you go again in the future, you will definitely choose.

Very small room, 12 o'clock in the evening, no hot water, the trash can was not cleaned when I checked in. Fortunately, the traffic is more convenient, it is also a single room, 20 minutes walk from the central station. Two subway stations, can make do for one night.

The Armani Hotel is located in the heart of the bustling city center, with its main entrance facing the street and the cathedral not far away. The elevator on the left after entering goes directly to the 7th-floor lobby. The reception is to the left after exiting the elevator. The hotel rooms are luxuriously designed, featuring the hotel's classic gray and black color scheme. The rooms are very spacious, a truly impressive suite. There's a hidden walk-in closet, various beautiful mirrors, and a perfectly functional iPad to control everything in the room. The internet is incredibly fast—faster than lightning! The bathroom is absolutely elegant and spacious, equipped with underfloor heating. The bed and pillows are also perfect, undoubtedly top-of-the-line in Italy. Cleaning is prompt and meticulous. Only minor complaints are the hot water temperature – adjusting it is like using a micrometer, otherwise it's either scalding hot or cold. Also, the doors are somewhat rough during construction and often don't close properly. However, these minor issues don't detract from its overall quality; it's absolutely a top-tier hotel.

Nice hotel in the heart of Milan 500m from the Duomo, 347 restaurants and likely as many stores. The rooms and common areas are nicely designed with quality materials. The rooms are well designed with nice large bathrooms and especially rain showers. They have among the most comfortable bathrobes I've ever had at a hotel. That's why it's a mystery to me that the same hotel has the most pathetic pillows l've ever had short of a Super-8 motel. One is too thin and hard and the other is too soft and light. It's time to upgrade to one foam and one down pillow. The other great mystery is the hair dryer. I think the Dollar Store wall-mounted models actually provide more heat and power. The breakfast room is where the hits and misses continue. Nice full buffet with a wide array of fruits, breads, charcuterie, cheeses, viennoiseries and cereals. The super automatic espresso machine with fresh milk and beans visible through glass is one of the best l've ever seen. You'll notice I didn't mentions eggs, bacon and sausages in the buffet. They have all three but the quality lies somewhere between prison and hospital grade. The powdered eggs are terrible and if they aren't powdered but actually fresh, that's even worse. The bacon is a processed pancetta saltier than sardines. The halal sausages completed the trifecta. Getting back to the hits, the hotel is clean and the staff is dedicated. The rooftop bar is second to few in Milan. It may appear over priced at first with a 23€ minimum charge for all cocktails as a price of admission but that includes three high quality amuse-bouche croquettes. It was more than enough to later save on appetizers at local restaurants. The live DJ was spinning up a nice vibe and the people were as beautiful as the views. The restaurant was fully booked and fully priced so we didn't stay for dinner. The self-park down the street at 28€ per day was reasonable as were the mini-bar prices. The misses are easy to fix so we'll be back to check on their progress.

The hotel is perfect for exploring Milan you can walk everywhere the duomo is a street away and getting to Milan centrale is very easy. The room was clean and very comfortable with complimentary tea, coffee and water. The breakfast is very good. They miss a perfect score for being disorganized- room not ready at check in said they had delivered the bags to the room but didn’t one guest went into their room and it wasn’t vacant. If they improved the check in process they would be perfect!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's right across the street from the main train station, and having a subway entrance downstairs made getting around incredibly convenient. There are also tons of dining options nearby. I stayed for three nights, and the convenience of getting around was a huge plus. I booked a balcony room, and the view was great, plus the room was spotless. The service was also very good. My only real complaint is that the in-room facilities and amenities were quite inconvenient. I could overlook not having a kettle or coffee maker (though room service could bring a kettle if needed), but there weren't even any regular drinking glasses – only two small mouthwash cups on the sink. For a triple room, there was only one stool... Overall, it's a great spot with good hygiene and a nice view; just don't expect much else from the amenities.

They even provided us with phone chargers when we needed them, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is also in a great location, making it convenient to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and hospitality exceeded my expectations. The Wi-Fi wasn't great. However, the room was quite spacious and had a balcony, and it was very quiet at night. The free coffee and tea in the lobby were a nice touch. This hotel is located right across from the central station, just past a small park. We stayed in a 'foot-on-the-ground' room, which had two 0.9m beds pushed together. This setup isn't ideal for couples or families who want to share a bed. The room itself was quite small but very clean. Check-in isn't until 3 PM, but they offer free luggage storage if you arrive early. There's a secure, code-locked room specifically for luggage, managed by dedicated staff. Be aware that city tax is charged per person, not per room, at 10 euros per person. For two of us, it was 20 euros. The room included a kettle and a capsule coffee machine, plus two complimentary bottles of water. Breakfast was excellent and very generous, with coffee, juice, cheese, vegetable salad, fruits, yogurt, and various hams. The front desk entrance is small, but the interior space is quite open. If you want a quiet stay, request a room not facing the street. Our room, 330, was still reasonably quiet. We booked this three months in advance for 1.6k RMB (including tax and breakfast) for June. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance. A special shout-out to the friendly black doormen who were very helpful with our luggage every time we entered and exited!
