The hotel is great, and the key is that there is an all-inclusive package, which opens the Jelly Sea with one click. I spent a few days lying and eating by the sea, and felt that the time was too short! The food was quite good, and there was also a children's playground for kids, with great facilities and a great swimming pool. It was a little cold in February, so I'll go back later if it's hot!

I chose this hotel for its location. It's incredibly convenient, just a 10-minute drive for those looking to visit the various museums on Saadiyat Island, and about 10-20 minutes to the mosque and presidential palace. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. However, I specifically requested a high-floor room when checking in, and instead, I was given a third-floor room with a 'prison window view' facing the parking lot, connected to a corridor. Looking at the map, it seems there are only two rooms in the entire hotel with this angle, which was incredibly disappointing! The hotel facilities weren't as bad as some reviews suggested, especially the pool and beach, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed.FromSAR 349

Great location for a 2 day solo trip. Great sea view and very convenient for all the local attractions. It was very convenient for access to the excellent Corniche for walking. Always well priced taxis outside. I was on half board, breakfast though plentiful was not to my taste. However the buffet dinner was outstanding and very highly recommended. There appeared to be no reduction for a solo traveller as I had to pay for meals for 2 ! All in all a great stay and will certainly visit again!FromSAR 325

The hotel's biggest advantage is its location right on the Yas Marina Circuit. However, our room was on the second floor, and the large balcony obstructed the view of the track. If you want a good view of the circuit from your room, it's best to request a room on the third floor or higher. Check-in was very quick. During the Chinese New Year, there were many Chinese guests, and we even received special chocolate gifts. There are also many Indian guests at the hotel, and the breakfast offers a dedicated Indian section. Of course, there's Chinese food too, though not a huge variety. They had spring rolls, stir-fried rice noodles with Laoganma chili crisp and pickled mustard, and steamed fish which was decent. The pan-fried dumplings were the most popular; a fresh plate would be half-gone by the time I looked away. You can order eggs made to your liking; I had Eggs Benedict two days in a row. Breakfast gets very crowded, but you get a great view of a large section of the racetrack, which is fantastic. The shuttle service to the theme parks is very convenient and available at all times. However, to get to the actual racetrack, you'll need a taxi, which was reasonably priced at 12 dirhams.FromSAR 603

The scenery is absolutely stunning, and the room decor is so cozy. The front desk offers free coffee and a variety of desserts that go perfectly with breakfast. Dinner features fresh fruit. Drinks at dinner cost extra, but the breakfast coffee service was excellent, and the staff worked hard. I was very satisfied and they even helped me extend my check-out to 2 PM. The beach was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful blue, jelly-like sea. The staff were all incredibly nice; someone would even bring ice cream and water while we were relaxing on the beach. Both breakfast and dinner were fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. A special thank you to the Chinese gentleman at the front desk, Mr. Guan, who made our check-in seamless and explained everything thoroughly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Khalidiya branch. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. We especially loved the excellent service and the delicious breakfast, which offered a great variety of options.
The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and always willing to assist, making our stay even more pleasant.
The only minor suggestion for improvement would be to provide slippers and dental kits in the rooms. We hope these amenities can be included in the future for added convenience. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we had a great experience.

A bit far from Abu Dhabi city center, but not too far from the Grand Mosque. You can actually see the Grand Mosque directly from the hotel.
The hotel has a gym and a pool, and there's a good selection of exercise equipment.
Overall, it was a very comfortable stay for a business trip. The breakfast was also excellent, and the cheese croissants were particularly delicious.FromSAR 316

Facilities: The lobby is on the L floor and features a Dine restaurant area and a self-service bar. There's a heated swimming pool and a BBQ bar on the 5th floor.
Cleanliness: Very clean with attention to detail.
Environment: The exhibition center is opposite the parking lot downstairs, and the hotel is very close to the Grand Mosque. If you're driving, there's a Carrefour just a five-minute drive away.
Service: I'd say it was just okay. No one helped with my luggage upon check-in. The front desk was helpful in changing my king room to a double queen room, but the room was directly opposite the elevator, making it very noisy. The soundproofing in the room was poor; I was woken up several times each night over three nights by doors closing.FromSAR 326

The hotel is located in a very convenient area,up on my arrival is was received very professionally,the valet gentleman guided me to reception ,the gentleman that assisted me at reception was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing ,my booking confirmation didn't take long ,the valet assistant escorted me to my room .
To be honest ,the room was not properly cleaned as it still had dirty dustbins in the room and toilet,didn't seem like the beddings was changed as I was scratching the whole night and since I booked for only one night ,I really didn't have the energy to call housekeeping to change my bedding,the room had carpet and it didn't look like the carpet is regularly clean,the room had an unpleasant smell
The bathroom towels were dirty and unchanged so I opted not to use them , the bathroom floor was filthy as well.
The air conditioning kept blowing dirty air so I opted to switch it off to avoid getting sick , don't know if the air conditioning is regularly cleaned or maintained.
Since my car was parked at valet and I want to drive out so I went to reception gave my vehicle ticket for the valet assistant to bring my car ,at that moment there were many people checking in , instead of him bring my car out ,he insisted that I go get my vehicle in the basement,I told him I don't even know we're the basement is but he was aggressive and said it's easy in a loud voice,just go to the basement you will see your car,that was very strange however I continued to do that,that was very unprofessional from the valet assistant.
I realized that this valet assistantent was different to the assistant that initially assisted me up on my arrival .
It's strange to have one person determine the Review of the hotel but I also have to be honest to avoid this from happening nxt time.FromSAR 405

I don't know why some online reviews claim there's a free shuttle service, because there isn't. And anyone who says it's a 5-minute walk is talking nonsense and will mislead you. I tested it today: after landing, I expected a pickup, but there was none! I called the hotel, and they told me to take a taxi myself. It cost me 59.59 in local currency using Uber. The next day, it was just over 30 to get back to the airport. It's about a 15-minute drive from the airport to the hotel, so definitely don't be fooled into walking there. The hotel itself is quite clean and seems perfect for a layover. There's a Costa downstairs, and the hotel also offers meals.FromSAR 248

Overall, it was okay. The first room we were assigned was on the 16th floor and it was incredibly noisy, right below the air conditioning units. I'm not sure why they would put guests there.
