It took me two circles to find the hotel entrance by car. The navigation showed a roundabout U-turn at the entrance, but it should have been a U-turn in an underground area that looked like a tunnel entrance. I just followed the sign that said 'Etihad Towers' without paying close attention. The hotel offers complimentary valet parking. The lobby is massive, and the front desk upgraded us to an apartment room, although it was on the second floor. The room was spacious and convenient, with a separate Bose sound system, and a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, stove, and a washing machine. The bathroom featured a complete set of BYREDO amenities, which was a nice touch. The dining hall was huge, with an extensive and high-quality selection of dishes. You could order freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, and coffee to go. On the 74th floor, there's an observation deck open to the public. Hotel guests get unlimited access, which is great. We went up to see the night view and then again during the day. It directly faces the Emirates Palace Hotel and offers views of the Presidential Palace and other landmarks. Abu Dhabi's city views are truly spectacular!

I think it’s simple when you stay in the 5-star hotel you can feel it. But this doesn’t work with Radisson Blue hotel and Resort. It’s only the name. Quickly: Rooms interior are modest. Wave pool is perfect for kids and adults. The buffet restaurant La Terrazza serves the seafood, meat and the local cuisine. There are also beach-front restaurant and a couple of bar lounges. Hotel offers in-room menu with breakfast for around 150-200 AED, 2 options of soup, quick bites 40-60AED, burger 70-80AED, pasta 80AED, 4 types of pizza 85AED, main course 100-140AED, beverages/drinks and kids menu. In a nutshell, the hotel is good with its perfect location at the corniche, unique view on the Gulf, Rixos marina and all that. We would’ve not shared our negative feedback but a couple of incidents had happened during our stay from April, 27 until May, 1. There was no rain or wind, but the beach had been closed all the time. I mean all the people come to hanging out on the beach. Ok, I accept that as the reason for this apparently was due to some sanitary issues after torrential rain and flooding in April in the UAE. The most disgusting thing is the room attendants. These guys have been knocking on our room door for 2 days in a row. Imagine, at 9am in the morning continuously and persistently knocking on the door to make up the bed. And then at the same day at 4 PM with desperate desire to clean the room. Next day the same story in the morning, knocked on the door and, now, attention, please, they just opened the door and got into the room. Yes, sir! Are you kidding me??!!! Of course, we reached out to receptionists and this super courteous staff offered us to send an email to investigate this case. Appreciate it. Hope this would be very useful and helpful for all who are looking for a place to stay in Abu Dhabi.

The room is clean and tidy, like new, you can't tell it's an old hotel. The location is excellent, next to a big shopping mall. The service is very enthusiastic, and they took the initiative to help us with the room extension. I booked a room without breakfast, but I got a free breakfast at the end. Although the breakfast is not much, it is very exquisite. The environment is also very good. It's my first time staying at Rosewood, and it's a great experience.

This hotel offers great value for money, located right in the city center, about a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal. The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided extremely detailed information. The hotel's outdoor pool is on the top floor. Breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse, offering various cuisines, and the service staff were very proactive. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offered an excellent view. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. What truly made my experience exceptional, though, was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Ali, who went above and beyond to take care of me during my stay. He was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference and truly enhanced my visit. I highly recommend this hotel—not only for the quality of the accommodations but also for the excellent staff like Ali who make guests feel genuinely valued.

Amazing hotel next to ADNEC, very convenient for business travelers. Warm and friendly hospitality staff, spacious room, minibar has a lot of free items. Great view at an iconic location. Highly recommend!

The service is very thoughtful and every staff is enthusiastic. The hygiene is very good and the sea view room is very beautiful. The hotel is very large and it doesn't feel crowded. Breakfast is open until 1pm, which is very considerate. The Japanese restaurant next to the beach, the chef Nelson and the waiter Ros are very good. The beach of the hotel is very beautiful.

It’s a nice hotel and very spacious lobby and staff is very friendly and helpful . They refer guest to beach club that we did not get very happy As the pool and beach but the spa at the hotel was amazing . The food was amazing at the breakfast and at the dinner . We enjoyed very much
