It was not even noon when we arrived at the hotel, and the beautiful staff at the front desk let us check in directly, which was a big surprise. The second floor of the hotel is directly connected to the mall. I hadn't been out for a few days and was right next to the mall and the hotel, which was super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, unlike many old American hotels, it was very new. Minnesota Nice really experienced it 😊

There is an airport shuttle, direct access to the mall, close to the station, the hotel service is very good, but there is no breakfast. The fireplace in the hotel lobby feels very warm in the snowy winter.

During the National Day of the United States, I came to Minneapolis with the object. The environment around this hotel is not bad. It is a fast road, but it is quiet and clean. The service is also good, the price is reasonable, and it can meet my expectations.

The shuttle bus runs from the hotel shuttle bus (gold) at T1 between the hotel and the airport almost every 30 minutes all day long. It is a purple and white van with a name written on it, so it is easy to find. (Don't confuse it with a similar name.)
The hotel is very clean and the reception staff are very friendly.
The bar on the first floor of the hotel is particularly affordable and delicious. I didn't get a meal because I was up early in the morning, but I recommend it if you can take your time.
There is a park right in front of the hotel, and on the Sunday I stayed there, a music festival was taking place, and the atmosphere was bright and fun.

I chose the Hyatt Hotel again. There is a very small grassy park in front of this place in Bloomington, and then there is a light rail station, so the transportation is very convenient. The service is definitely not comparable to that in China, it is a very conventional American rough service.

Very nice view, worth for booking.
Hotel staff very nice, I arrived by uber but my son lost a handbag, so I ran out to see, and a receptionist lady also ran out for help, she is super helpful to help me to contact the driver, even we cannot reach out the driver, and when I checked in the counter, another super nice receptionist lady explained very detail to me for how to contact the drivers again or report police etc, both 2 receptionist ladies are super super nice and helpful and professional.
The last one is the manager and we lost another backpack and wonder it was lost in hotel, he spend long time to look for me and review cctv few times for me, they all are very kind hearted and helpful when you have problems. Really appreciated and touched.
Room was a bit old but everything looks good, room service food also good.From€94

It's hard to rate this hotel. First of all, the location is excellent, perfect for panoramic views of the waterfall from your room. However, there was a power outage during my stay, which meant the elevators were out of service. Hauling luggage up the stairs was a bit of a nightmare. Also, perhaps because it's accommodation near a tourist attraction, they tend to charge some self-imposed fees, so guests should be aware of that. On the bright side, Trip.com was very responsible in helping to resolve the issues, definitely providing an extra layer of protection compared to booking directly on the official website.From€111

First time I booked The Brock Tapestry Hotel at Niagara Falls. The receptionist names Montse Aguirre was very helpful, she is very kind helped us to find the nice room with Fallsview window…room is big enough for 3 adults, bed are very comfortable, clean and overall very good. If you want to book at the Brock in Niagara, don’t forget to call and find her and you will not disappointed. Definitely we will come back to this hotel again.From€84

Make sure you read the small print about the view of the falls! We booked a room that said “falls view” as opposed to “city view” but when we came to check in it was partial falls view and the photos of the view out the window were incorrect and it was half falls view but with the corner of another hotel obscuring the full view. We paid another £152 on top of the £240 we paid for the room to upgrade to what we thought we were getting - ie the one in the photo of our booking (below)
Admittedly in the small print the word “partial” did appear so I had no recourse.
Expect a 20 - 30 minute wait for lifts to arrive to take you down and as a result breakfast was heaving!!
That said the room was lovely and it was clean and the views were brilliant…as you’d hope for £410 for one night!!
Oh and remember tax is on top of everything advertised - so the $70 parking is actually $87ish etc etcFrom€110

The location is perfect! There is no kettle for coffee, no slippers, no toothbrush and no bath tub. These are free items/things i get or have when I was travelling in China. It is quite normal to have a kettle for tea or coffee. I understand that there is no bath tub because I did not actually check the amenities when I booked it. I was at the 29th floor and my view was the city and not the falls but its ok because that is what I paid for. The best thing is if you go to the 25th floor you will have an amazing view of the Niagara Falls. I would still highly recommend this hotel for those who will go to Niagara Falls. The check-in experience was smooth, thanks to Samantha at the reception who provided clear and helpful information. I appreciated being assigned a room that matched my preference—away from the lift. We had a brief stay at the room for dropping the luggage before heading out to explore around. I noticed some cleanliness issues upon entering the room after the fireworks show, particularly hair on the floor at the entrance and in the washroom, which made me question if it had been properly cleaned beforehand. I informed the front desk about the issue in the next morning. Thankfully, Satveer promptly addressed the issue while I was out, and I returned to a much cleaner room. The bed and pillows were ideally firm—just what we needed for a good night’s rest. One downside was the loud noise from the air conditioner, which affected the overall comfort slightly.From€62
