Clean, quiet, with underground parking, no toothbrush slippers, parking is charged extra for the day, the second floor of the hotel is directly connected to the mall of america, convenient, the swimming pool is small, and the car can be parked until 5 pm after check-out.

It was not even noon when we arrived at the hotel, and the beautiful staff at the front desk let us check in directly, which was a big surprise. The second floor of the hotel is directly connected to the mall. I hadn't been out for a few days and was right next to the mall and the hotel, which was super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, unlike many old American hotels, it was very new. Minnesota Nice really experienced it 😊

There is an airport shuttle, direct access to the mall, close to the station, the hotel service is very good, but there is no breakfast. The fireplace in the hotel lobby feels very warm in the snowy winter.

The room has a kitchen, kitchenware, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and you can cook by yourself. The hotel is clean and bright and has a gym. Although there are not many types of breakfast, there are various nutrients. Nearby is the airport, like to see the feeling of the plane. No planes take off and land at night, so you can sleep well.

When I arrived at the hotel they were unable to find my reservation. Once they found my reservation I checked in and the stay and room were great. Upon check out I reviewed my credit card statement to find I was charged for the room again. I have had to call the hotel 5 times attempting to straighten out my bill and it has yet to be resolved. When I called and spoke with Amy who stated she is a supervisor she got offended because I was speaking to her in a normal voice. I felt like she expected me to speak to her like she’s a child or something. I was in no was rude to her but when I asked to be transferred to a ***ager she hung up on me. Up to now this billing is still an issue and the only way I can resolve it is with the credit card company. This made a great stay turn out to be a place I wouldn’t trust staying at again. Thumbs down to Great Wolf Lodge in Bloomington MN.

Children like it very much, no children will refuse the water park. You can soak in it all day. We live in queen size + bunkbed. Children like adults to lie comfortably and have sofa beds. I found a lot of people, it is estimated that I am anxious to hand over the room, so the hygiene of bu n k bed is not very clean. Breakfast is a bit expensive, there are a lot of food nearby, it is recommended to go out to eat

The large house is equipped with good services, and enjoys very avant-garde facilities, a high-quality trip. Shopping in Mall is very convenient. The only regret is the noise of the plane taking off in the early morning.

The room information checked by the Ctrip app at the time of booking showed that the one-bedroom room was 45 square meters. When you looked into the room, it was estimated that it was over twenty square meters. In addition to a double bed, there is a sofa that can lie flat (you can sleep an adult), an electric cooktop, a small refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a dish, knife, fork and spoon. It is more convenient. The hotel turns right out of the gate and after two traffic lights is the largest mall in the United States, shopping and dining is very convenient. There is also an IKEA next to it. The lack of free breakfast variety is simple and nothing to eat. On Friday night, the small parking lot in front of the hotel was full. There was no place, so I had to open the parking lot next to the hotel.

We were there to compete but also needed some days to work in a QUIET place.
This place was clean, easy 5 minute walk to the mall of america, ubers were always there in 2 minutes, great breakfast and spacious clean and comfortable rooms. Really impressed and a quiet place to work as well as convenient , restaurants and shops. DO book here.

Location was perfect and the view was amazing. However waited a long time to check-in, room was like a furnace, even with the vent open. The carpet was crispy to walk, the beds kept moving away from the wall and there was a precarious brown mark on the ceiling. The room definitely needed maintainence.

Very nice hotel! I originally booked a Queen-size waterfall view suite, but when I arrived the room wasn’t ready, so they kindly upgraded me to a King corner suite. I would definitely consider booking the King again if I return. The view was absolutely stunning—you can see both the US and Canadian falls, and it’s perfect for watching fireworks. The hotel is also very close to the casino, the WEGO bus, and plenty of dining options.
The facilities were excellent. The room had everything you might need: plenty of bottled water, tea, coffee, a mini-fridge, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. The shower was a bit on the small side and the water pressure could have been stronger, but since this was the penthouse, I somewhat expected that. Overall, the room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the experience was wonderful.From£58

First of all, I’d like to start by saying that this hotel truly has one of the best locations on the Canada side of Niagara Falls. However, my overall experience was unfortunately quite disappointing.
Upon check-in, the front desk staff tried to upsell us to a “FULL VIEW” room. She kept repeating the word “Full View” and offered several options — 200, 250, 350 — without mentioning any currency. When I asked if there was a discount since I’m a Hilton Honors Gold member, she said she could reduce it to 180, and only then mentioned that it was in USD. I found that very confusing and misleading — we are in Canada, and unless clearly stated otherwise, I naturally expected the price to be in CAD.
After some discussion, we decided to go ahead and paid an additional CAD 250 (equivalent to 180 USD) for the “FULL VIEW” upgrade. Our room was on the 40th floor (room 4001). But when we entered, we were quite disappointed to find that the main waterfall view was partially blocked by the building’s red roof structure, as shown in my attached photo. Paying that much extra for a partially blocked view felt very unfair. Later, I checked online (using a different date just for reference) and found that the upgraded room type was only around CAD 150 more on the website — which made me feel even more upset and taken advantage of.
To be fair, all the lift and housekeeping staff we met were extremely kind, and our dinner at STK on the 9th floor was excellent — great food, service, and atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the next morning was another big disappointment. Around 7–7:30 a.m., we were woken up by very loud construction noise — constant knocking, drilling, cutting, and buzzing sounds from above. We couldn’t rest at all. I called the front desk, and the staff apologized and explained that there was renovation work happening on the 41st floor, offering us a late check-out so we could “rest more.” But with the ongoing noise, that was simply impossible.
What frustrated me most was that nobody mentioned this renovation during check-in, especially when the staff was actively encouraging us to upgrade the room. Since they were clearly aware of the noise situation, they should have informed us before we paid the upgrade fee — so that we could make an informed decision.
I completely understand that renovations are sometimes necessary to keep a hotel in good condition. But the way this was handled showed a real lack of consideration for current guests. Starting such loud work early in the morning, without warning, is unacceptable. And upselling guests into rooms directly below an active construction floor without disclosure is even worse.
Considering all of this — the misleading currency during the upsell, the blocked view, the inflated upgrade price, and the unbearable morning noise — I honestly felt that guest satisfaction wasn’t a priority here. It gave me the impression that the focus was more on making short-term profit than on building long-term trust or encouraging repeat stays.From£98

The staff is great but the hotel is run down. I paid $220 for a night and the carpet was all lifting in the room. They tried to hide it with a chair. The hallway carpets are disgusting and leave the halls smelling musty. The best part though, kids staying with us and they put us in a room where the window was so cracked that one wrong tumble into that window you’d be gone.
