hotel is using pictures of swimming pool, which they do not have. it belongs to other hotel and if you want to use it, than need to pay extra 35 usd/day per person. Breakfast choice was fine, room clean and with working AC, but...located between 3 night clubs/disco. that means loud music every day between 9pm and 4 am. Even strongest clubbing lovers were tired. breakfast and check in has place in other hotel. in general, I do not recommend.

The hotel says it is 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really don't think it is, they don't have a variety of food 🥘 They should improve the all-inclusive buffet service since it is quite poor they only give you one main dish daily, pork or meat of beef 🥩, it really was a family trip and we had a great time. 😀 The bar service was quite acceptable, although many times there was a lack of lemon, beer, sugar, and other things but the guys did what was not within their power to serve you with any drink of your choice, the beach is very nice although they should improve their attractions for tourists, the facility is acceptable although they don't even put water in the room, things are very scarce, wow, it was my experience, I don't want to say that this horrible hotel is quite nice to stay with the family, so they have to improve many things In summary it is a 2 star hotel ⭐️⭐️, the very poor animation should improve much more, the Great dance group ☺️☺️ my congratulations on your show deserve to grow more, I recommend it except that many things should be improved but it's a good time 😊

It is impossible to find beach towels. Due to the low flow of water, the toilet bowl was filling in 1 hour. The food was good. Especially in the à la carte restaurant. The staff were very pleasant. They helped in times of need. The hotel location is a half hour walk from the center. Thanks for everything.

The location of the hotel is great. The ocean and beach are incomparable. All inclusive is not like other tourist destinations due to the nature of Cuba. Don't expect a wide variety of food. Mostly rice, chicken, fish. I liked the pineapples that were always there. Drinks ran out from time to time, but there were always two or three options to choose from. There are a lot of flies, just like everywhere else in Cuba. They try to maintain cleanliness, but still the plates had to be chosen to be cleaner, the cutlery was wiped with napkins. Room cleaning every day. The room is old, but everything looks decent. Not far from the hotel there is street food and a store (although the selection is not very large). There was a program every day, the beer was delicious, there were several cocktails to choose from, but we didn’t try them. We went to the restaurant twice (you can make an appointment at the reception at 13:00, they serve the menu for free). Excellent hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. 房間和床單都還比較乾淨，但是枕頭一股黴味，酒店已經盡力把最好的給遊客了。沒有停電，吃的東西冷盤很多，因為我感覺不太乾淨所以沒有什麼可吃，每天會有豬肉和雞肉供應，沙灘非常非常漂亮舒適，工作人員也非常熱心，有免費網絡，網速的話，辦公也夠用了。

A very good hotel for Cuba. The area is large and green. Everything is clean, the rooms are good. The food is like everywhere else in hotels of this category - in general there is both meat and vegetables, of course you don’t have much choice, but you can eat normally) We were in the hotel of the same chain roc barlovento, it was much worse.
