A grand and majestic Parisian legend. After its recent renovation, the hotel shines like a luxurious diamond, so dazzling that at times it feels less like a hotel and more like a true royal palace. I had specifically paid for a room with a view, but unfortunately, for the first two days, I didn’t get the room I had booked, which was disappointing—especially considering the high standards expected from a luxury hotel like this. However, after raising the issue, the hotel finally provided me with the correct room. The next two days were much better, and I must say the view was absolutely breathtaking—definitely worth the wait. The iconic sights of Paris from the room were truly unforgettable, making the experience feel special. Overall, while the initial inconvenience was frustrating, the hotel did make up for it in the end with the stunning view I had originally hoped for. I’d recommend double-checking your room upon arrival, but once everything is sorted, the experience can be magical.

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. Before arrival, I requested a room on a higher floor facing the courtyard, and the hotel kindly arranged exactly what I asked for. I really appreciated their attention to the request. They also surprised us with beautiful honeymoon decorations in the room, including balloons, a bouquet, and a lovely message card. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we had a very pleasant stay overall. The only small downside was that the shower water pressure was a bit weak, but it was not a major issue. Overall, the hotel made our honeymoon even more memorable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel itself is located in a very good area. Unfortunately, the room assigned to me was directly next to the bar, where there was a party on the same night. Although I am a young traveler, I still needed a good night’s sleep, which was not possible due to the noise. The room was very basic, with limited amenities, and did not meet expectations. Additionally, the service was not up to standard. I had to wait in line for almost 30 minutes to check in, as the staff member handling the transition between shifts did not seem to notice or prioritize new arriving guests. Overall, the level of professionalism was disappointing.

The room was great, and the air conditioning worked very well. It's small but cleverly designed, with everything you need. The hand soap and shampoo were of good quality, and they even provided complimentary cookies and a kettle. However, there was one female receptionist who was ******. She was pleasant with the white guests in front of me, but her attitude completely changed the moment she saw me. Even though I speak French, she insisted on speaking English to me. On the other hand, the other two receptionists were excellent. The gentleman working the night shift and the male receptionist during the day were both incredibly friendly. They showed me the water dispenser (there's a free sparkling and iced water dispenser in the lobby) and chatted with me when I came back in the evening. I would definitely return, but I hope not to encounter that particular female receptionist again.

The hotel is quite close to the subway. Just a short walk to the left after exiting, there's a Carrefour supermarket, a cinema, and many restaurants. The breakfast is quite refined, and every type of bread was delicious. The mini potatoes were especially good 😋 — highly recommended! However, the rooms are very old. The hallway carpet had a musty smell, and the room did too. It's an old hotel.

Did not have any issue with the check in as I reached the hotel pretty late at 9pm. There seems to be a little misalignment/ confusion on the room type on Trip.com and the Hotel. I booked the premium Eiffel tower room but was told at the counter that what they provided wasn’t that room. However upon checking into the room, I realised that it’s the room I booked, with the Eiffel Tower view so no issues on that. Room cleanliness was decent but did not have any toothbrush. The only issue I had was that despite me hanging the do not disturb tag on the door, the staff still entered my room and clean it. There’s a reason why that tag was hanged there. This gave me a bad experience and felt unsafe, as the staff can still enter my room despite having the tag there.

I strongly advise against staying here during a European heatwave!!! I checked the reviews beforehand and saw that people mentioned fans were available, so no AC wouldn't be an issue, which led me to book. Upon check-in, I was given what I assume was a top-floor room (the window looked different from the room displayed on the booking page). Since I just dropped off my things and left, I only returned to the room at night. I turned on the fan for a bit but found the room temperature was still very high. I thought I'd open the window for some airflow, but the window wouldn't open!!! I checked and found that the latch was either intentionally fixed by the hotel or broken by a previous guest, making it impossible to open the window. I went downstairs to the front desk to ask if I could change rooms, but the staff member there was just someone assigned to cover the desk and couldn't assist with room changes (so it's not truly a 24-hour front desk as stated on the website). He said I'd have to wait for the morning staff to come in to even ask. We even ended up opening the door to let some air from the hallway into the room, otherwise staying in that room felt like we would literally suffocate from the heat.

It was fantastic because the moment you step out from the hotel, you can see the eiffel tower 🥰 All the staffs are very friendly and accomodate! Answer to all questions, I wish they given 2 water bottle instead of just one since its for 2 person, but they told us to fill the water on the ground floor 😅 but location wise and safety, get this hotel! You won’t regret it 😘
