The hotel was definitely overwhelmed with being full on the days we stayed. The room service was quite slow.
They were trying their hardest to be responsive, but didn't seem like they were adequately staffed.
The pool looked terrible and we certainly kept the kids away from it.It's a nice place rooms are clean. Towels need to be replaced they were yellowish stained or smelled oily probably used in spa. Otherwise no complaints. Hot water available all the time. Buffet is decent for the price. Car Parking adequate. We used the connecting double bedroom 2 rooms for 4 people - balcony views are limited there was a house next to us in first floor. No valley view.

A decent option given the lack of quality resorts at Yelagiri. But the overall experience has to go a lot up.
Food can be better at the restaurant, breakfast buffet has good options, but lunch/dinner buffet menu is relatively limited.
Swimming pool can be matained better, but otherwise the activities options are good enough.

Gb castle is a nice place to stay both for families as well as bachelor trip. It's a 4 bed room guest house well maintained. Accessible by decent roads. No food available within the premises is the only drawback. Of-course outside food can be ordered and fetched.

The property is really good, beautiful and well maintained garden, excellent food, staff behavior in all aspect, i had a very good experience. There new building 's rooms are not so spacious but neat and clean. On the other hand old building's rooms are spacious but little untidy. There is a common balcony which we enjoyed a lot. Overall a good experience.

Beautiful territory, good location, terrace with a view of the shoreline, the new year was excellent view of all the shoreline salutes. The hotel made its salute. Located on a distance from the road, the sounds of the road are not heard. There is its own SPA.
The pool, area with 12 cheslons - always enough. Order for food and drinks will be taken directly from the cheslon. The pool plays light jazz, so the music from coastal clubs is not heard. A great alternative to the beach.
Drinking water in rooms, for those who care, in multiple bottles. Additional bedroom is a mattress, thick, comfortable.
The staff is very kind and responsive. Breakfasts are worthy, hungry. On order they make omlet and eggs. The only wish to stay at the hotel is to get a coffee machine, please :)From€24

Absolutely wonderful, lovely place to stay lovely staff fantastic rooms all seem to be new with iron hairdryer minibar jacuzzi shower comfortable day recommended hundred percent. The spa was closed that day, but i believe it’s reopening in a week or so. Loads of restaurants on the beach to eat from. Walk from your room onto the beach wonderful wonderful, wonderful stay.
