The Location is just next to Cinelandia and Lapa in the City Center. The service at the reception was not so good.. You had to wait untii 3 p.m and you could deposit your baggage only upon paying! The reservation was for a double bed room but when we arrived at the hotel they had booked the wrong room with twin beds. But after some time and insistence, they fixed the room.
Good breakfast.
Other than that, the stay was good.
Large and comfortable room.
Shower with hot water working.
Mini fridge freezing.
There's just a lot of traffic noise on the street.
The TV only got Globo and nothing else. That was the very negative point. A hotel of this size does not have cable TV.

Excellent location in the middle of Copacabana.
It is a huge hotel but with great service. We got upgraded to front sea room which was awesome - amazing views.
Room is little bit dated, but you only sleep there and all day out.
Breakfast very good, constantly refilled and with fresh squeezed orange juice.

This is an extremely impressive hotel i have ever experienced.
The most impressive aspect is the service and Diego is a legend! Everything you need can be solved and managed by Diego super, professionally, systematically, precisely, prompt and warmly, just like magic and miracle.

To be honest, the impression of the hotel is twofold. On the one hand, it is an exclusive hotel, on the other hand, there were so many people that I did not feel exclusivity. You can't push through the pool. For some reason, in order to get to the pool and the beautiful view, you need to ask the hostess (who, of course, ask with a menacing look if you have a reservation and that there are no places) and you stand behind a red rope that blocks your way. I was not very pleased with this. Perhaps this excludes a super big crush, but the effect itself that they are blocking my way for my money is not pleasant.
A very interesting mattress, more like a feather bed. Soft, comfortable. The room is very, very dark - I did not like this either.
It is very interesting that at breakfast nowhere is it offered (no picture/message, the waiters do not say) that you can order waffles, avocado toast, or something else. Why is this kept a secret? Why should I, upon accidentally seeing waffles on another table, ask: where can I find waffles?.. I don’t understand.FromRUB 33,657

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, answering your questions! The food at the breakfast buffet was very varied and delicious, even chia and flax seeds were available! March 8 is International Women's Day, and during breakfast, the restaurant gives each lady a box of cake, which is really thoughtful! The most unfortunate is that the spacing between rooms is too thin, the lady in the next room watches TV until midnight every night, the volume is very loud, making noise, affecting our sleep, fortunately asked the hotel staff to communicate with her, the situation has improved, we do not have to change rooms!FromRUB 6,020
