We enjoyed a mid week stay at the new Hilton. I booked a great rate stay on their website. Peak location. We were given a very nice room with a wonderful view facing the jetty. The staff at the Hilton are all happy and friendly. No request is too much trouble. The room was well appointed. Well designed bathroom. Nice window seating to enjoy the view. Very comfortable. Breakfast buffet is superb. The chefs produce wonderful fresh food. We ate in the evenings in the hotel restaurant. Don't go outside and have a cheap and cheerful meal. Enjoy the brilliant food at the Hilton at a very reasonable price for the top quality produce. I had a wonderful aged steak with saddleback potatoes, greens, mushroom ragout to die for accompanied by a delicious peppercorn sauce. Amazing! Stay here!!! Pool, cocktail bar, brilliant food. We were well looked after! Thankyou so much ❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️

What a beautiful fresh place to stay in Busselton. Beautiful views. Clean and friendly hotel. For a Garden Inn this has certainly got the Hilton traits. Staff are very professional and welcoming. Food was great. Service was exceptional. Not one miserable person in sight, looked like all staff wanted to be there. Des you are to be congratulated on your amazing team. You should be very proud. Your expertise at Hilton has certainly paid off.

The soundproofing of the room is a bit poor, but the facilities are good, the kitchen supplies are also very complete, and the reception staff is also very enthusiastic! But there is no disposable toothbrush, you must bring your own toothbrush!

It's very convenient and quite private. Each room has its own private parking space. The parking spaces for even-numbered rooms are basically at the door of the room. If you want to eat, you can drive to the city for 7 minutes. The hotel also has a restaurant. If you want to eat pizza at the hotel, it is recommended to drive to the domino to buy it. The price/performance ratio is not bad in this small town.

The hotel is very beautiful, each room allows a car to enter the parking lot, there is a swimming pool, the bed is very large, the room items are very complete, there are laundry and dry clothes machine, the environment is very good.

Located in Broadwater in Busselton. A very nice entrance and multiple resort style units. 1 min walk to the beach and a fantastic place to swim or bike across the sea. The unit we had was a massive two bedroom and two bathroom with a kitchen with all the facilities. Car park was in front of the building, however you do need to take stairs to the second level (no lift) In short, a very nice place, but outdated. We have visited this place in winter, and it was a bit cold. (One air con fro the whole floor is available). Overall was a good experience. Nice checkin staff, nice atmosphere and comfortable room.

We were attending an Army reunion in Busselton in Western Australia and the committee picked Abbey Beach resort because it has a caravan park next door. Check it was good we had a two bedroom apartment because my mate and his wife stayed with us and reduced the cost. We had a lakeside room quite spacious & clean with being serviced daily. The resort has an indoor pool heated, plus outside pools nice restaurant close to the beach as well and a small gym. If over this way again we would definitely stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent. There are swimming pools, tennis courts, beach volleyball courts, children's playgrounds and other sports facilities. The back door of the hotel leads directly to the beach with a pleasant view. Driving from the hotel to supermarkets, shopping malls, McDonald's is very close. It is only an eleven-minute drive from the famous Busselton Trestle Bridge. Guests traveling with children are very suitable to stay in this hotel.

From the moment I walked in the door to check in I was taken back by the share beauty of this resort. The stunning views from the restaurant while eating breakfast and dinner daily. Food was impeccable. But the most favourite part was being greeted, serviced by the beautiful smiling faces of the Fijian staff. I felt we were back in Fiji. Sally at Reception and Selita in the restaurant you two ladies went above and beyond. I truely hope I get to meet you again on our next stay. The Fijian Porter who drove us home nightly after dinner you were amazing. Bula to you all being away from your families and country and still giving 110%. This turned out to be a nice surprise. We booked at the last minute because our other accommodation was cancelled at the last minute. We enjoyed the 1 bedroom beach apartment! Even though we didn’t have a beach view, it felt very private and was so close to the beach that we walked there barefoot many times. We enjoyed beach walks and swims. The apartment was perfect for cooking our own meals, so even though the accommodation is rather pricy, we could offset that by self catering. We had breakfast included in our deal and that was delicious.SOLD OUT

The observatory guesthouse is in an absolutely fantastic location. We were able to walk to and fro the Brewery for dinner as well as the waterfront and of course the famous Busselton jetty. The price was including continental breakfast and the place was sparkling clean. There were lots of extras making a special touch. Easy checkin and checkout. This is our 2nd stay here and each time in the Family Room for 5. This year we were given a 'better' room as there were proper beds for 5 but only 4 of us made the trip. This room however, seemed slightly smaller than the other. Last year, my daughter joined us and the 5th person had to sleep on a sofa bed. Nevertheless, the rates are very reasonable for a family of 5 whereby a fridge, microwave and cutlery/crockery are provided. Walkable distance to the jetty for us too. Owner is flexible and accommodating. If nobody is wanting your room, he allows late check-outs. Will come back again next year !From$81

First time staying at the ship inn, please be aware that they take money out of your credit card 24 hours before you arrive but they say it’s in their terms and conditions! Well it’s not on your confirmation email does not state that at all! During this pandemic I have never come across a hotel that takes your money before you arrive, we have travelled a state of W.A. for the last year when the borders are open and I believe all hotels take the payment when you arrive due to the fact if the borders get closed it’s too messy to do all the refunds. Secondly the rooms are self-contained a very nice apartments but the downfall is because it’s right next door to the pub you get the young ones about 11:30 pm to about 1:30 pm yelling fighting in the car park on a Friday Saturday night so make sure you request a room away from the car park, they should’ve put double glaze windows in and insolation in the walls I would never recommend anybody to stay here on a Friday or Saturday night. Food of the restaurant was nice and not too expensive the service well not as good as what I expected, I ordered a house red 250 mil glass I handed a $20 note over she handed me six dollars back after I realised the next day that that was a very expensive glass of house red. Check out is at 10 but they cut the internet off at 8 am ! House keeping came on the Saturday and they didn’t do a thing no making of beds, no filling up of milk, no fresh towels nothing! I think the staff need to be trained a bit they don’t seem to care about their customers when I checked in it was just like I will that’s our terms and conditions it’s not your terms and conditions it’s not written in a confirmation email we are in a pandemic everywhere do not take anything out of your credit card and to you arrive otherwise there’s a lot of credits going back into peoples accounts which can take up to months as we’ve seen with travel agents and airlines. Would I stay here again would I recommend it the answer is no even though the location was perfect they just don’t seem to have that nice friendly touch or even care it’s all about the $$$$$ I have sent off two emails on Friday to 2 different email addresses and by Sunday I still not had an answer to my emails not very good customer service, so my advice would be to think very hard about staying here.From$119

My friends and I rented all 8 apartments for a week for my low key birthday celebrations with our children earlier this month. Kids ages ranged from 8months to 14years old. Premalaya exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning soon. The communal area was so homely and perfect to gather around the 2 fireplaces for meals. The noise could not be heard in the apartments from the communal area which was perfect for our sleeping babies. The reception for our baby monitors was hit and miss in the communal area so we put the volume up high and placed the monitors as close to the communal area as we could - it worked well in the end and I was confident our bubs were safe and sleeping soundly. It had a farmstay feel with horses and sheep freely roaming. There’s a dam on the property which I was concerned about prior to my visit but we had no issues as our kids gravitated to playing on the other side of the building where the basket ball hoop is. Plus the dam is easily seen from the communal area so it made it very easy to keep an eye on things. Iona and Hayley promptly and professionally dealt with all my groups admin concerns prior to check in which made our entire experience smooth and simple. Hayley and her family are so welcoming and just lovely people in general. Their kids made our kids feel at home straight away and they were all playing on their trampoline within a minutes of check in. I would love to come back to experience the other side of Premalaya, being a health & wellness retreat. It definitely had a calming effect on everyone despite our groups purpose being more of a large catch up rather than a peaceful escape! Well done Hayley and team on creating a venue filled with such love and care. Your attention to detail was much appreciated.SOLD OUT
