Looking for a quieter guest house for 2 weeks in Bangkok. Soi Rambuttri has always been busy but not unduly noisy at night and the house is on the quieter end of the street. Had to pay over the odds to secure a room for the following day, would not take a deposit or reserve a room. Insisted we turn up at 12 o'clock and take our chance. Room extremely basic, very green, with thin curtains, scars where TV had been taken off the ceiling. Bed bases still in tatty plastic wrapping. No soap or anything other than toilet tissue, no top sheets on beds, just a woolly blanket, in the Bangkok heat? Air con switched off, its an extra on the B400 charge. Early evening they had a singer cum guitar strummer downstairs, where there is a outdoor eatery, who was very good, laid back and quiet. Worked his way through Dylan, Clapton etc and a bit of Pink Floyd. Pleasant to listen too as we lay in bed expecting sleep. His accompanist was the staff dragging tables and chairs around aimlessly, changing the layout, adding some, removing some. All pointless as there were no customers. When this finished the noisy music from the bars further down the street started up competing with one another, till early morning. The customers finally arrived and had a high old time screaming and giggling until around 2am. Then it went quiet until the loon with the chairs started again putting some away and rearranging the rest. We left as soon as possible after. Not to be confused with the Bella Bella Riverview in Samsen 2 area which is a fine place to stay.

i stayed for two nights here during my medical check up in late 2019. The price was reasonable. The place is close to the Khao San road. The place owner is kind and friendly. We check in at about 12am and she was there. However there was one thing that i didn't satisfy. The room seem a bit old and they didn't clean the room during my two night stay.

Stayed for 3 nights, a boutique hotel with three rooms, rebuilt on the basis of the old house, renovated, nostalgic style, 2 upstairs, 1 downstairs, clean is very good, the standard of a five-star hotel, not facing the street, very quiet at night. Western breakfast is available, and Chinese porridge is also available. Select breakfast and time in advance. Hotel staff warm, answer various questions, book the last day to the airport car Hotel location is good, Bangkok's core attractions are within 1 km, the Grand Palace, the Reclining Buddha Temple, Khao San Road, Muay Thai Museum, Siam Museum, National Museum, Chao Phraya River, the hotel is not facing the street, you need to turn into the alley 20 meters, call grab to the intersection, May Bangkok is very hot, If you are not in a hurry, you can go back to the hotel to rest at noon and go shopping slowly. There are also many local restaurants and street shops around, the price is cheap and the taste is good.

Warm and friendly service, luxurious room and amenities all within walking distance to the pier, the main Wats (Pho and Arun) as well as other key attractions. This is a two bedroom home stay and our room was so full of warmth and charming decor with every detail taken care of. There was a desk to write on, a luxurious king bed with great sheets and towels, and snacks/beverages to boot. The breakfast is served in the lovely cafe downstairs, so much food we could skip lunch! The coffee is also excellent. Finally, they provided a useful map of places to eat nearby, which also described the unique history of the building. I highly recommend this place as a welcome contrast to the hustle, bustle and heat of Bangkok. They make you feel at ease and at home.

The accommodation is very attentive, friendly. There is a list of restaurants, cafes, bars that are recommended. Good atmosphere There is a coffee shop downstairs. Giving a comfortable mood, easy access Whether it's day or night Whether you look at the accommodation side or the opposite side of the accommodation, it's beautiful. Give each person a feeling A lot of photoshoot corners, very clear, the roof deck, the view is beautiful, the room is good, clean, safe, divided into private proportions, comfortable, even if there is some car noise. But he has earplugs for him. That area is close to many delicious restaurants. Very close to the Shrine of the Tiger Father Going to the Phra Nakhon zone or around the Golden Mountain is just a moment.

Location: 100 points, the core area of the old city, the surrounding is not Michelin is the government-certified old shop, eating too good. In addition, walk to the Grand Palace, Jade Buddha Temple, Temple of the Reclining Buddha is 10 minutes, big swing five minutes. Service: As for the two employees in the management, anyway, I went to a room in our own off-season, and the employees were generally very enthusiastic and active. Facilities: Old Town. . . The conditions are limited, especially the soundproofing is not good, the doorway will be a bit noisy at night, and if you live on the first floor, some people upstairs will be very noisy. Others: It is very rich early, and it is eaten every day, and it is full.

While the photos look great and the rooms were clean and fresh the approach is very daunting you walk down a narrow graffiti alley for almost 1 minute past garbage bins ,discarded trolleys, construction and just when you are sure you are in the wrong place you see the glass doors with the words ADAMAZ hotel engraved upon their tinted surfaces. We arrived during the day but had it been a late night arrival I would never have walked to the end. If first impressions matter to you then this is not the place for you. Looking for a couple of days in Bangkok, accidentally with his wife encountered this hotel, drew attention that the bar on the roof is!!! But it turned out that everything was much worse than we assumed, we thought the bar was only for the guests of the hotel! But for nothing we thought so, because everyone wants, people take the bar celebrate there. Birthday, etc. As a result we were set right under the bar! Noise is terrible, not to sleep until the hour of the night definitely won't turn out!!! The Internet works bad! But the rooms themselves are very good, clean!

The New Central Guesthouse hotel offers simple rooms, but for its price and location they are a gang. We have been staying in Bangkok 3 times, in the same area, and it is hard to find so cheap rooms in this part of the city and that are double rooms and above with air conditioning. The room has only one bed, a bathroom, towels, a pair of fine coats and a tie. The room and the bathroom are unconditioned, except for having a shower with a pressure that is a wonder and hot water for you need it in a warm country like Thailand. People complain about the location but even though it looks a little tettric the small street where it is located I think it is safer than the Kao San Road itself. awesome! B&Bs are more humane than hotels. The proprietress can speak Chinese and English, and she is very careful and patient to communicate and communicate with any questions. She goes out to help plan the itinerary and informs the route, including helping to exchange foreign currency in emergency situations and calling a taxi to the airport. This is a great help! Without the help of this lovely boss, we would waste too much time if we are unfamiliar! The accommodation room is very clean, with air-conditioning and toiletries, toothbrushes and slippers should be brought by yourself! Breakfast is simple bread, coffee, juice, etc. ~ You can also eat The location is in a small alley, you have to go to the innermost, but it is quiet! You can rest well! I will come to this next time I have a chance to come to Bangkok~

I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

Located less than a kilometer from BTS (Bangkok Train Station) Phrom Phong, this lovely little piece of beauty right in the middle of Bangkok certainly did not disappoint. Well-decorated, well-thought of and well-maintained, we had honest to goodness memorable stay here. People are lovely, attentive and kind. Rooms are of decent size, AC was working well, wifi was fast, pillow was nice, bed was soft and ok to my liking, there was a mini fridge, showers hot enough, window providing lovely Bangkok views and TV with cute Thai channels. Will defo be back here. I had a lovely stay here.

Very quiet and great location on the back street of Chinatown. I was able to spend a lot of time with five families. The room we stayed in was on the third floor. Because there are only stairs, women with a lot of luggage may be a little difficult. It's a little disappointing that the hot water in the shower was almost water. Well, Bangkok is hot, so that's okay ^_^ The rest is perfect!! I will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

It is rather quiet and spacious on budget residence. Still the residence is close to the road, car, motorbike and ambulance noise. the taxi and the food you can use the app GRAB. I think it is less noisy like in Sathorn or Silom area. the people are very helpful. The cleaning ladies seem to do a lot of job. and you should ask to the front desk if they don't clean the room. The TV doesn't work. I arrived very late but the employee sent me a message to email. close to the nut BTS station. 10 min walks. and the Rotus(grocery chain) is at the BTS. It is better to buy from here than getting food in 7 eleven. room to room it is different. some room is roomy other is not. no bath tub. there is convenience store and local Thai food shop and some bars. and laundry shop. and massage shop. there are a lot of guests coming in and check out but you cant make a friend as it is not hostel. The TV should work. Walking around the neighborhood would be nice thing to do. although it should not be so hot during the day. you should definitely need short or tank top. and sometimes heavy shower so umbrella. there are not all of the place you can use credit card. so use the ATM. ............. ...... ...... .. ..

I liked the condo, it’s small, but clean and cozy, the only thing missing is a stove. I didn't like the check-in process. We arrived within the specified time period, but no one answered our phone, WhatsApp messages were ignored, and the WhatsApp call was immediately dropped for some reason and not answered in messages. We tried to contact for an hour, sat tired in the lobby. As a result, I had to write to trip.com support. Only after the help of operator Christina, thanks to her for her prompt assistance. The support worked 150% in my case. The condo owner contacted us using the phone number we used to try to contact him. Cutlery for 1 more person, for example 1 spoon. I had to take turns eating with my wife. Dear owner of this condo, if you need to be contacted and agreed in advance about the time of entry, then indicate this in the adverti*****t. Also indicate all contacts for communication, and not just one phone number that you do not answer for a long time. It would be great if you contact the tenant yourself after confirming the reservation and providing instructions for entry. Or be in touch at your specified time for entry. Good room, air conditioning, fridge, air cleaner, very narrow scale, lack of TV and lift, so bringing the bags to hand up to 5 floor made me a buffaloid Veneto, The room costs not breakfast, it costs a little high for Bangkok standards but not for those in the area where it is located. Air conditioning fired on the bed, so you have to sleep covered by a mountain-like plump. Reception open from 10:00 to 19:00, to enter/exit using magnetic card, they do not deposit baggage.

Relatively close to the Bang Na subway. Find easy, you have to go on the street leading to the Wat Bang Na Nai temple and look at the signs on the right, there are also grey gates. The numbers are minimal, but clean and new. There is a refrigerator, a conditioner, a shower with a toilet and a balcony exit if you can call it that. There is drinking water in bottles. The hostess is very positive, kind and speaking English. It is quiet at night and no one is preventing sleep. There are also consequences. The long way to the room (203) is on the corridor and up. From the tap for some reason only hot water went, although even turned off the boiler. What didn't expect was a hard mattress on the bed, a monastery, still a temple in two steps.

We stayed in a lovely family room with a master bedroom and bunk beds in the living space. The rooms was only the fourth floor (no lift). Staff were very warm and welcoming. Location is exceptional and very convenient - you can almost touch the MRT station out the window. (this however did make the rooms very noisy with trains, traffic noise - although they do provide earplugs) We were given a small gift for Christmas Day which was a very thoughtful touch. I had the impression from other reviews that a light breakfast was provided but this is not the case (perhaps my misunderstanding) but you can bring your own food to prepare in the shared kitchen. Biscuits and coffee available at any time. We would definitely stay again

After trying the hotel The Silver Palm nearby for a night and which will be my worst experience in 8 years of trip, I was hearted to spend a night in peace. The hotel is located in the centre of the city centre, and is located in the centre of the city centre. The apartment is in accordance with the pictures, spacious, clean, with a small terrace, table, large refrigerator, sofa, TV, shower with hot water, And a mezzanine bed with air conditioning. All is very clean ... And above all, finally a quiet accommodation !! Super night. WiFi available in the apartment too. Short, nothing to say. Very good price quality ratio. Sorry I didn't find it earlier ... I recommend this accommodation.

Not deep into the alley There is a taxi passing through the front of the hotel. And in front of the alley there is a source of food The room is clean, there is a hair dryer, soap and shampoo. The staff are friendly and the service is very good. The hotel has a parking lot for about 5 cars. the wall is a bit thin, maybe the sound of the room next to it is occasionally heard

I originally booked for 2 nights, now been here 5, never want to leave, and have eaten some of the best food I've ever eaten in my life... breakfasts are 3 courses, different every day, and more like lunch or dinner. Ung is an amazing cook, and her and her husband Tak are lovely hosts. Yesterday's green curry with chicken & baby aubergines was better than the one in the Netflix streetfood doc, her barbecued pork melts in the mouth and is better than the juiciest bacon you've ever eaten, her Tom yum koong delicious, and how she can make a prawn omelette so fluffy and taste so wonderful is beyond me. And that was only 2 days of food (not to mention the desserts). The place itself is beautiful, calm, spotless - an old Thai wooden house, 2 stories, painted cream and green, with dark, polished wooden floors, full of interesting objects and beautiful old sepia photographs. My room has a little balcony with climbing pink jasmine and more that looks into the quiet alley and at night it smells heavenly. There's a fridge in the hallway with an endless supply of water in glass bottles, saving on money AND plastic. The courtyard is a little green paradise and I can hear at least 3 different kinds of birds and a gecko as I write this over the Tom yum koong. WiFi is fast, I have AC, an electric shower, the room is cute, big, though I know some of the others are quite small. I could quite happily live here for the rest of my life. The area is peaceful and safe. It's a five minute walk from Thewes Pier and a short ferry ride to both sky train and metro, a 10 minute bus ride from chatuchak market, 15 min walk from Khao San road (go once for a look, don't go back), and if you like a longer walk like me, to burn off the breakfast, the royal palace and Chinatown are about 45 mins to an hour on foot. There's a local market close by, at least three 7-11s within spitting distance, a local restaurant round the corner which is not bad but not up to Ung's standards, and at night a long chain of food stands along the canal that I've yet to try. If you're looking for party central this may not be your best choice but please don't look it over for the sake of a flat screen TV you can watch from bed. You could not regret coming here. And if you did, I'd say there was something not quite right about you. I love this place. Thank you Ung and Tak for making me so welcome.
