Starland villa in Pattaya exceeded all expectations. The highlight is the incredible full-glass swimming pool where you can enjoy breakfast while looking up at the shimmering water and open sky. The staff went above and beyond, arranging everything for us, even transport from the airport. Inside, the living room ceiling covered with thousands of tiny mirrors creates a breathtaking luxury effect. Located near the famous Walking Street, with restaurants, 7-Eleven, and security all within the villa complex, it is truly the top destination for a Pattaya getaway 😀

Absolutely loved our stay at Nebuland Villa. Being right near Walking Street made evenings so fun, and there’s a 7-11 shop almost next door for any essentials. If you love Harry Potter, you MUST stay here! This villa is a dream come true, every bedroom is authentically themed after a Hogwarts house, the kitchen is designed like the Hogwarts Express, and the barbecue area is called “Quidditch.” The pool is large and inviting, the staff are super responsive and friendly, and the villa is beautifully decorated with movie accurate details. You truly feel transported into Hogwarts! For those less enchanted by Harry Potter, it’s still a once-in-a-lifetime experience, the design, amenities, and location (right at the entrance of a secure, monitored compound, walking distance to Walking Street, 7-Eleven, and fantastic restaurants) are unmatched. We went on a family vacation and chose to stay a bit away from Pattaya city. The villa's location was convenient for visiting tourist attractions like the tiger zoo and water park, though it is a bit farther from Pattaya city center. However, with car services like BOLT or Grab, the distance wasn't an issue for us. There's a supermarket (Lotus) within a 10-15 minute walk from the villa. The host was very responsive to any inquiries we had, and the place felt very secure with 24-hour security. I loved the villa's architecture and the décor, which showcased the owner's exquisite taste. For future improvement, I would suggest adding a toaster, small frying pan, and coffee maker.

Very new and quiet. The environment is beautiful and absolutely amazing. The swimming pool is very clean. The room is very large and much more spacious than the hotel room. The only drawback is that the location is a bit remote. If you are traveling with a group or a large number of people, you can consider customizing the first choice. You can have fun, barbecue, and play. It is not far from the bus station by taxi. The boss is Chinese and feels safe. The waiters and the gate guards are very enthusiastic.

My friends and I stayed here for three or four days during our trip to Pattaya, and it was a truly fantastic experience. There were many international tourists, and the whole vibe was incredibly relaxing.
The hotel is surrounded by great amenities, including a Tops convenience store, 7-Eleven, and even Thai spas nearby.
But the best part was definitely their large swimming pool right by the beach. The pool was super clean, and they even have a private beach area which is perfect for photos.
The front desk staff, especially one of the guys, was excellent. He had a great service attitude and even taught me how to use the app to book taxis in Thailand.
Overall, the experience was wonderful, and it offered great value for money. I'll definitely be staying at this hotel again on my next trip to Pattaya!From$58

Service was excellent, and the staff's English was clear and easy to understand, making communication effortless. However, there was an unfortunate incident where children were shouting in the corridor, knocking on doors, and ringing doorbells at 3 AM. This hotel has everything, Fast Internet, Telly Hairdryer pool gym. Clean Big Rooms. It's far from walking street. 711 is like 10 min walk too. That's manageable.
It has only one problem and that's the biggest one.
Indians. I am Indian myself, so you can't play race card.
Damn they are loud. In lobby, they talk like they are in cricket stadium sitting on the other side. Some talking on the phone to India. If they just put the phone down.i am sure people on the other side can hear them without a phone. Another thing room they open the door and talk loudly and play music. Lot of people doing this think they are cool.
My suggestion for the hotel is to keep some posters to advise guests to keep the noise down and, if required, put the fine. Another indian , he ate food and put the rubbish in the hallway. He could have thrown in the bin . I feel sorry for the staff and reception, that they have to deal with such rude guests every day.From$25

Cleanliness: 5/5. The room and linen was clean to a high standard. The only negative remark is that the fridge smelled of the previous guests food.
Location: 4/5. The location was practical for what I was looking for but it is a fair walk from both beaches. You can catch the pickup bus to both from the street outside the hotel.
Service: 4/5. The staff were friendly when we interacted with them.
Amenities: 4/5. They provided basic amenities like shampoo, shower gel and cotton buds but not extra things like toothbrushes and toothpaste.

I stayed here recently and overall had a decent experience. The bed was comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep, and breakfast offered plenty of variety with many options to choose from. The gym was clean and well-equipped, and the rooftop pool was a nice spot to relax, even if not very large.
That said, a couple of things could be improved. The shower water pressure was quite weak, which made showers less enjoyable. The table in the room had some cracks and looked a bit worn out. The location is convenient, but the surrounding area can feel crowded, which might not be ideal for everyone.

Just a short walk further is Pattaya's largest 7-Eleven, and it's not far from the beach either. The ladies at the front desk and by the entrance speak Chinese, and their service was exceptional. Breakfast was exquisite and plentiful. The only downside is that rooms close to the road can be very noisy, with motorbikes speeding by late at night. I barely slept the first night, but they moved me to a room at the back on the second day, which greatly improved the experience. The hotel also has a swimming pool, gym, and sauna. We booked this resort hoping for a relaxing escape from the city, and in many ways, it did not disappoint. The pricing was reasonable, the breakfast was adequate, and our room was both spacious and spotless. It had all the comfort we were looking for in a getaway.
However, one challenge impacted our stay. Our room faced a pool villa of a neighboring hotel, where guests held lively gatherings nearly every night. On one occasion, loud karaoke continued into the early morning hours, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We reached out to reception for assistance, and while they tried to help, the situation remained unresolved. Eventually, we were offered another room at 3 AM so we could rest more peacefully.
It is a lovely property with great potential, but light sleepers may want to request a room in a quieter part of the resort. With a few adjustments, especially around room placement or coordination with nearby establishments, the experience could be much more serene.From$120
