This condo suite is located on the 4th floor, which enjoys amazing view of the Marina, all at a very affordable price!! The condo has recently been remodeled from top to bottom and I'm happy to report the finished product looks wonderful. The condo is 420sqft and it enjoys a very open layout.
If you like the idea of being centrally located while having the option to retreat to a private, secure, no hassle environment this condo is absolutely perfect. As we are the owners we don't have hidden costs, extras, or additional overhead items you would typical find through resort, timeshare or agent bookings.

The unit is well maintained and is constantly being upgraded. We are located right along the malcon, downtown Cabo San Lucas and Medano Beach are within a 5 minute walk along the Malecon and the Puerto Paraiso Mall is located about 200 meters away.

The Unit is 420sqft and has been popular among the casual weekly vacationers. Situated on the harbor side of the Marina Cabo Plaza complex, this suite's ideal panoramic perspective of the harbor, downtown and the Puerto Paraiso Mall, boasts some of the best private views in Cabo San Lucas. This unit feature a full bath, private patios, queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen, commercial air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, cable t.v., 12' high ceiling, etc.

The Kitchen has everything to satisfy all your cooking needs, for your convenience there is a 5-gallon purified water dispenser for hot and cold water. BBQ your catch of the day on the spacious Patio while you are enjoying the beautiful view of Cabo San Lucas or dine poolside at 'Tres Amigas Cantina' restaurant and bar, they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at very reasonable prices. If you caught some fish, they will happily cook it for you any style you ask for. Quiet air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room keeps you cool during the warm summer nights. For your entertainment a 43” Flat Screen Smart TV is provided in the living room. A 40” Flat Screen Smart TV is in the bedroom. This condo is located on the third floor of the building, there are two elevators, for easy handicap access there is a wheelchair ramp heading up to the entrance of the building on the poolside. In the Lobby you will find a beautiful 'Nail Bar & Spa', 'Serrano’s Bar' and a 'General Store'. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. Located between the ‘C’ and ‘D’ buildings is a coin op 3 machine self-service laundry.
Marina Sol has five buildings, in the middle is a lush Oasis of grass, tropical flowers and palm trees, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar or enjoy a relaxing time in the large Jacuzzi.
