The property has 3 bedrooms. One master double with a marbled ensuite shower, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with twin beds. See photos. The pool shown in the pictures is available for daily use and without extra cost for all booked guests and is suitable for all ages with family supervision and consideration for other guests, subject to common sense rules etc. It is maintained and cleaned regularly.

The main family bathroom has a bath with shower. The sitting and dining room area is spacious, with a decorative open fireplace. Air conditioning hot or cold is on the ground floor and in the master bedroom upstairs. An electric fan is also available at the property.

There are good views from the apartment to the front and the rear.

The property is surrounded by green belt with a canal, evergreen pine trees, lemon trees, and orange trees. There is ample parking outside the property, free of charge, and without restriction or time limit.

Smoking outside on the balcony or solarium is ok. Children should be supervised at the pool. No lifeguard. Beautiful apartment on the first floor of a semi-detached house, renovated in August 2018, for 4 people. 2 Terraces (40m2) located south. It is close to everything in a quiet place.
Located 25 minutes from Murcia Airport and 45 minutes from Alicante Airport, spend a holiday in a sunny and idyllic setting.

The swimming pool is located 20 meters from the apartment, the beaches about 5 minutes, 5 golf courses nearby, cycling or walking along the canal and countless culinary discoveries (Spanish restaurants, Argentine, Asian, Indian, French). In short, a successful stay for sure.
