The hotel I was most looking forward to on this trip, it really didn't disappoint! The room is very big, the best hotel should be a suite, each room type has two rooms and two to three beds There is champagne and snacks in the welcome package, the decoration style is very suitable for taking pictures and enjoying a leisurely vacation in the room, the only drawback is that the heating is a little bit behind, and the water flow in the shower is too small and too cold

Location was great and hotel was clean. We booked a twin bed room and the room was spacious, it felt like a luxury stay. Definitely worth more than what we paid. Wish they had more amenities like body lotion

Super awesome! I booked a suite for three nights with my kids and upgraded to a suite with a view of Casa Batlló. The surprise was that I caught the light show of Casa Batlló on the last night. I could see the light show directly on the terrace of the room without having to go to the street to watch it. It was so awesome! The room was big and full of details. The fruits delivered every night were very rich. Champagne and cake were also delivered on the first night! Mandarin Oriental should be the best hotel in Barcelona. We walked to the three Gaudi attractions and Passeig de Gràcia was very easy to visit. I will definitely stay at Mandarin Oriental next time I come to Barcelona!

Right in the city center, walking distance from Casa Mila, the Mediterranean restaurant Honest green, which is on the right downstairs, became our canteen. The food was so delicious, healthy and tasty. There was an organic supermarket and bakery downstairs, which made us feel like we were part of the city and became locals. The room was clean, and the family of three didn't bother each other. There were all kinds of pots and pans in the room, so it was very convenient to make breakfast and fry an egg. However, the restaurant downstairs was so cheap that we didn't make any food ourselves except breakfast.

Good location, close enough to the sagrada familia. Quiet at night. However, compared to other 5-star hotels, this hotel has a very small lobby and crude elevators that don’t match a 5-star rating. Hardware-wise, it’s probably 4-star at best. Service - Concierge staff was polite upon check in, but the display of hospitality stopped there. Thereafter, door men at the gate didn’t greet or even acknowledge guests upon leaving or returning to the hotel. Considering the hotel lobby was so small that guests literally passed by in front of them, it came across as quite indifferent and awkward. Amenities - There were intermittent sounds of water dripping onto a metal surface in my room during my stay. My guess is the air con system had some flaws. I asked the concierge to send people to check when I was outside (which they did), but there was no follow up afterwards and the dripping sound remained the second night. Besides, the staff who entered my room for checking took away my room card from the electricity holder, which should have never been allowed for safety considerations because the room card was registered under my name and no other person should have it during my stay.

Very spacious apartment and fully equipped; great base for exploring Barcelona. We had 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms for a family 6 (two kids and my husband and my parents); it can easily fit another 2-4 people. We booked “ private chief” service through the hotel website( external provider) it was the high light of our trip. The chief Betsy threw us a superb dinner and with lovely atmosphere. A little hiccup at check out thought. We requested late check out the day before and the lady at the reception checked the arrival time of next booking and advised it should be okay with time and we could stay till 2 pm. In the morning when we re-confirm it with the reception Chris; we were told otherwise. He expressed the difficulty to have the apartment till 2 pm and said it had to be 1 pm. It was disappointing and inconvenient ( with two kids and two elderly) but we agreed to that and also told there would be extra 50 euro for late check out. However the lift was stuck and it took us 20 mins to come down with suitcases (without help) at 13:20 (20 mins later than we agreed) and we then had to pay 100 euro (the receptionist Chris claimed it was 50 euro per hour!). It was fair enough if it was communicated clearly before we made our arrangements but it WAs NoT. And what we are most unhappy about is the attitude of the staff Chris. He was unfriendly, cold and unhelpful; he could make better efforts in communication and instead of being rude.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Generally speaking, the hotel rooms in Europe are not big and old, and they are not as smart as those in China. However, the room in this hotel is quite spacious. The front desk added a child's bed and upgraded a larger room. The charge is reasonable. Facilities: The hotel has a history of more than 100 years, and the facilities are inevitably a little old, but overall it is good. The equipment is not fancy, but very practical. There is a radiator in the bathroom, which is very necessary for winter stays. Service: Very good, rich and exquisite breakfast, the waiter's attitude is very good, and the greeting every morning brings a good mood to the start of the day. Environment: The hotel is in a very good location, in the city center, close to attractions such as Casa Batlló, Casa Mila, and Sant'Agata, and close to the city center streets. The transportation is very convenient and taxis are not expensive.

During our honeymoon, we had the pleasure of staying at H10 Casa Mimosa in Barcelona, and it was an incredible experience! The hotel is perfectly located right behind Casa Milà, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Rooms & Facilities The room was beautifully designed with a modern touch, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was spotless, and we especially loved the private terrace overlooking the garden, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Service From check-in to check-out, the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Housekeeping was also top-notch, keeping the room in pristine condition every day. Breakfast & Dining Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of fresh options. One of the highlights was enjoying our meal in the hotel’s beautiful garden, which added a special charm to the experience. Overall Experience Everything about H10 Casa Mimosa exceeded our expectations – the location, the facilities, the service, and the food. If you’re looking for a stylish and comfortable hotel in Barcelona, I would highly recommend staying here! Would definitely love to come back again!
