The overall room layout is pretty good, and the high-floor view is beautiful with an expansive panorama. The room was also very clean. Breakfast was just okay, and there were a lot of guests staying at the same time, making it a bit noisy. There's a mall connected nearby, but it doesn't seem to get much foot traffic, so you'll have to go out to find food. Korean taxi drivers generally don't speak much English, so getting a cab was quite a challenge every time. Room service response was quite slow; almost every time I ordered something, I had to wait a long time. I feel the price might be a bit inflated.

Don't stay here if you are a light sleeper. There is absolutely no sound deadening. It's so loud from the traffic and construction right below. Also it would've been nice to be told there will be no dental kits provided in the rooms when I checked in, not having to find out when I needed it.

The ambiance was elegant, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, well-equipped with all necessary facilities. The location was also very convenient, and the front desk staff were warm and welcoming. I will certainly choose this place again!

This is an excellent hotel in every sense. It offers fantastic underground connectivity to COEX, and the airport bus stop, with fast direct service to Incheon Airport, is incredibly close. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, and the breakfast selection is extensive. My only minor issue was the breakfast staff clearing plates too quickly. Perhaps the table indicators weren't clear, as my coffee was taken away before I even had a sip, and my friend's cutlery also vanished. There's certainly room for improvement in their service.

Hotel is aesthetically pleasing. Many great spots for taking pictures. Rooms are big due to duplex design. However service is average. - shampoo, conditioner, body soap are provided in bars, not the usual liquid. So might not be suitable for older parents. For hygiene purposes, we dont like to share using the same bars, so its quite tricky. When u ask for more, they will charge - bath salt is provided for 2 packs every night. Given the room is allowed to be occupied by 4 pax, the bath salt is not enough. When we asked for additional, they also said it would have additional charge - no turndown services. Room is only cleaned once daily - indoor pool is only open from 9am onwards which is pretty late. While outdoor pool is after 2.30pm. For people who get use to do morning workout before going out, its quite late - checkout at 11am. Above this would be additional charges - room temperature is set the lowest at 24C. Need to ask receptionist to lower it down to below 24C if needed. - we celebrated one of our guest bday during our 6 nights stay. We asked if the hotel were able to provide small surprise like cake. But hotel said its not possible. No surprises at all. Personally, tried once staying at Ananti is enough. Service is totally not my kind.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The hotel is perfectly located in Myeongdong, just a 7-minute direct walk to Myeongdong Station, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and transport. Staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed. Accessibility was excellent, making it easy to move around the city. A lovely bonus was the daily complimentary coffee, tea, and Häagen-Dazs ice cream — such a thoughtful touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul. I would definitely stay here again!

The best part of my trip to Korea was surprisingly the hotel! The service was genuinely excellent. Although it's a bit far from the city center, there are tons of great food options nearby, and an entire Lotte World Department Store building to explore. Every staff member was incredibly polite and helpful, which is quite rare to find in Korea. Considering the prevalent issue of discrimination in Korea, it was especially refreshing to experience such consistent courtesy from everyone at this hotel.

The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. You can take the elevator down to the LL floor, turn left out the door, and you're directly at Lotte Duty Free. Myeongdong shopping street is just across the road, and subway access is very easy with multiple exits nearby. There's even a 7-Eleven conveniently located right by the entrance. However, considering the service, facilities, and overall amenities, the price is genuinely expensive and frankly, not worth it. A Westin in a major Chinese city, offering better and newer facilities in every aspect, would only cost a little over 1000 RMB. For this price point, back home (in China), you could easily stay at a Ritz-Carlton. It's definitely not good value! It really highlights how high the cost of living is in Korea!

Hotel is very new a with modern decoration and close to the trendy Hyundai Shopping Mall. I especially like the perfumes in the lift lobby. Room is normal and clean. The gym is huge and with very good equipment, almost similar scale versus Conrad hotel next door. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
