As one of most traditional tour operator in Manaus I have used ””Botique Hotel For several time, but today 15th August 2021 I was so surprised as my Guest Mr. EMANUEL came to me and asked to give the reception desk staff his complements regarding the high level of satisfaction about Hotel Casa dos Frades, the time of the tour starting around 8 am between 8.30 am as Manuel hás a 3 days 2 nights tour with AMAZON GERO TOURS se met st Casa dos Frades lobby só i did meet him there. For me it was a pleasure to be part of this experiênce And ofcouse I will keep using This Hotel services congratulation to Patrícia and to Cláudia both of you are making a great job. The hotel offers decent rooms, but not anything special. Sort of the bare minimum for a 3-star hotel. However, NO ONE at the front desk or the bar or the restaurant spoke English. That's usually not a problem but when we checked out the next morning they had a restaurant charge that was not ours, and we had a miserable time trying to close out our bill. Ate at the restaurant but paid cash, so the charge was not ours. They also had a wrong name on the room. Don't know how it all got screwed up so bad but it was almost impossible for us to work it out without speaking Portuguese. Our other complaint was that we listened to a dog bark ALL night long. There were homes next door to the hotel, and even though we were on the 4th floor the dog was impossible to block out.

I was very well attentive to everyone at the hotel, all the staff of the hotel are very attentive! Excellent location next to shopping and restaurants and bars! Excellent breakfast. Rooms perfect!!! I recommend and I will certainly host again.

The breakfast is rich and the location is good. Take Uber from the airport to the hotel for 19-25 reais, less than 20 reais to porto de manaus (pier/port), 8 reais to the Indian Museum, Amazon Botanical Garden is a bit far away, about 30 reais, yes The parking lot, environmental services are quasi-four-star, but the hotel entrance is not very angry.

Some hotels around the world are great and perhaps always will be because of their location or particular features. The Tropical Executive is amazing because of its location right next to Manaus’ main beach at Ponta Negra on the Rio Negro, and its infinity pool which provides excellent sunset views. The hotel is under new management since recently and feels much better organized and functional. We found the food to be good here, asides from some bland aspects of the breakfast which was still very plentiful with LOTS of options. Staff was attentive, helpful and cordial. Our room (luxo suite) had truly unique Rio Negro and pool views and the balcony provided the perfect setting for an al fresco breakfast and evening drinks. We visited right at the height of the second Covid outbreak in Manaus and found the hotel to have appropriate bio-security measures. Give this place a chance. Maybe there are more luxurious options in Manaus but if you want to really experience Ponta Negra beach and Rio Negro, this is the place to stay.

The hotel is very good. excellent service staff. the rooms are clean and cozy. The air conditioning is not that good but it works well. the best is the breakfast where you can try different juices and fresh feuitas. But the omelet made by Mrs Dayanny is absolutely fantastic and worth repeating!

We spent one full night and one partial (our flight left at 3 am). The lobby, restaurant, and bar are really nice. Food and service in restaurant were very good. Restaurant prices were reasonable given the quality of food and service. The front desk staff were very nice and spoke very good English. Even the van driver was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed in two different rooms. Both were very clean and neat. The bulk shampoo and soap dispensers in the first room were empty and there was a plumbing issue, which we reported. The entire facility is very clean. The decor is a little austere, which I assume was just someone's choice. It is comfortable and decorated with very nice artwork. Definitely a nice place to stay.
