The boathouse is included in your stay at no extra cost! The boat house uses a garage door entry to the waterway and is accessed from the parking level with keyless entry. The front door is also keyless entry. Parking is guaranteed for one vehicle, and there is overflow parking on a first come first serve basis. In this uncertain time of COVID-19, I want our guests to know first and foremost that we are taking every precaution to ensure a clean and safe place to stay and be comfortable. Here are the details:
Departure Cleaning
-All departure cleans will be by a professional housekeeper.
-The housekeeping team will have received thorough education and training in enhanced cleaning techniques due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
-CDC approved cleaning agents will be used throughout paying extra attention to high contact, hard surfaces (door knobs, counters etc) as well as sanitizing safely soft surfaces.
-Glasses and silverware will be removed from drawers and cabinets and sanitized in the dishwasher. For hygienic reasons, these items will be left sanitized and clean in the dishwasher for the rental guest’s or homeowner’s arrival. If time permits, housekeepers will, while wearing clean gloves, carefully place these items in the proper cabinet or drawer.
-A new check-out time of 10:00am and check-in time of 4:00pm will be implemented to allow extra time for the cleaning. No guest check-in will be allowed until the housekeeper has completed the departure clean. Guests will receive a text message when the property is clean and ready for check-in.
-If there are any questions or concerns about our new cleaning procedures, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.

What accommodations can you expect when you arrive?...
This new, open concept townhouse has a first floor kitchen with gorgeous granite counter-tops and a spacious breakfast bar that opens up into a wonderful entertainment space with waterfront views and lots of natural light. Sliding glass doors open up to a cozy deck with room to grill, entertain, and enjoy the harbor views. There is a spacious bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor, as well as a washer/dryer. The second floor is a loft style space that has 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Not to be missed, is the entry level boathouse where you can tie up your boat, jet skis, or kayaks and enjoy the beautiful, clear water of the St. Lawrence River. The Boathouse is equipped with an automatic garage door, where you can dock up to a 30ft boat. Whether you bring your own or rent one out in town, this is the most convenient access to a slip anywhere in town. There are also two Kayaks, and bikes for guests to take advantage of the gorgeous river views. The boathouse has direct access to the River via Harbor Inlet and Carnegie Bay and is one of 30 similar town-homes on the harbor.

This beautifully decorated space has all of the comforts of being at home, without any of the stress. Fresh bed and bath linens are provided. Be among the first guests to enjoy this perfect spot on the river!

This area is known for it's recreational boating activities as well as tremendous fishing. Although the best time for fishing is in **JUNE**, fishing is alive and active throughout the summer. The kitchen is stylish and modern with all new appliances, which is open to the dining area with seating for six. The sunroom also has seating for six as well as the deck. High quality Pampered Chef pots, pans, and kitchen items fill the beautiful cabinets as well as all new glassware, plates, dishes, and silverware.

The living space is filled with high grade leather furniture for your comfort.

Four bedrooms can accommodate up to 12 guests. Two bedrooms have a king-size bed and two bedrooms with bunk beds (four singles in one and two singles with a single trundle, as well as a futon).

Two full bathrooms and one half-bathroom are all creatively designed with guests needs in mind.

The lower level game room is a wonderful retreat for all ages.

Our village home is located in the Village of Alexandria Bay which is a peaceful River Community and was designed to enjoy time with friends and family.

The home’s layout is ideal for up to 6 guests. Our River community hosts so many wonderful events, this home is the best spot to enjoy them all without the hassle of finding parking and any hassles of traffic.

There’s a newly renovated full bathroom with a shower and tub downstairs and a half bath upstairs (Also has a sloped roof).

★ OUTDOOR AREA ★
When you are in need of some fresh air, the outdoor screened in front porch is where you want to be! With the beautiful St Lawrence River just down the street. There is also a large backyard with a grill available.

★ GUEST ACCESS ★
The cottage is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. The drive to us is easy, and beautiful!
★ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ★

PARKING: There is a car port which can fit one maybe two cars without blocking the sidewalk. There is also free street parking.
ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code on the day of arrival.

TRAVELING AROUND THE AREA: There is a FREE transportation service called the Chug Wagon that serves the 1000 islands area, you can get their contact information online. Other than that, there are no taxis or rideshare services in the area. So, driving a personal vehicle or boating to locations is your best bet!

OUTDOOR GRILL: There is a gas grill on the deck for your use.

TRASH: Trash containers are located on the side of the front porch, along with recycling receptacles

CHECK IN/OUT: We do not typically offer late check out or early check in due to high occupancy. If by chance we can accommodate, we will.

WHAT TO BRING: We provide toilet paper, laundry detergent, sponge and dish detergent, trash bags, paper towels, Linens, pillows, blankets, games, some coffee and tea selections

SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin. If you smoke/vape inside the cabin you will be charged $250, plus an increase to the cleaning fee, and any damages.

PARTIES: NO parties allowed at this house. You will be charged an additional $250, plus an increase to the cleaning fee, and be asked to leave immediately.

PETS: Pets are allowed! We do charge a $100 pet fee per stay.

OCCUPANCY: Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 6.

CELL & INTERNET: Cell Phone Signal is great but you may also pick up Canadian cell towers.
CAMERA: There is a security camera located on the outside of the home, which is turned on at all times.

We do provide access to high speed internet at this location.

WEATHER: We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. We suggest purchasing trip insurance.

Comfortable Spacious House in the woods on Wellesley Island in Westminster Park.
Our magical hideaway in the beauty of the Thousand Islands sleeps up to 10. This is the perfect place for a family to gather or a group of friends to relax and get away from it all. Our home, The Rectory, has 3 bedrooms and a sleeping porch. It has 2 full baths, washer and dryer upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The well equipped kitchen makes it easy to eat in or heat your favorites from home.
As you arrive at our wooded driveway you will love the mossy grounds, tall trees and porches.
There are plenty of windows to let the dappled light in. Our collection of local art gives interest to the clean white walled rooms with beautiful dark wood floors. Both new and antique furniture are mixed to offer interest and comfort.
The kitchen near the main entrance has a great island for drinking coffee and hanging out. The kitchen has large counters making it the perfect place to cook. There is a dishwasher, large refrigerator, oven, stove, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. It is stocked with stainless steel pots and pans as well as basic baking equipment.
With a treehouse like feeling, the beds are on the second floor. Looking out of each window gives the feeling of being in the treetops.
A large screened in sleeping porch on the second floor has a lot to offer. There are two futon bunk beds with a single on top and a double on the bottom. The double can be made into a couch for lounging and reading books. There is a swinging chair and a table and chairs for playing cards or relaxing in the woods. Imagine waking up to the summer birds beautiful songs and the sounds of leaves rustling in the fresh summer breeze.
The Primary bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and a mini crib, it has a private feeling at the end of the house with four windows and two large closets. Two other bedrooms each have a queen size bed, dresser and a closet. Each side of the beds have built in lamps and a shelf for your things.
There is a wonderful living room with a large screen tv and Wi-Fi. The two full couches are well-suited to playing games or watching a game together.
With a peaceful location on Wellesley Island, Westminster Park, is close to amenities but away from it all. It is 5 miles from the Thousand Islands Bridge. Just a mile away from the Boldt Castle Boathouse you can step back in time as you take the ferry to Heart Island to tour the famous Boldt Castle. The Heart House offers morning treats and specialty coffee drinks to start your day off right. The Thousand Islands Club with fine dining in the River are 1 mile away. There are two golf courses and 8 pickle ball courts less than a mile away also. It is less than 7.4 miles to TI Park where you can walk through the idyllic community of Victorian Style cottages, a 5 star restaurant and an ice cream and lunch spot. You will enjoy listening to music in the Lounge of the Wellesley Hotel or walking to main dock while enjoying an ice cream cone from The Guzzle. The Minna Anthony Nature Center in Wellesley Island State Park is a great place to find activities to delight all ages, trails and an interpretive center with people ready to share their favorite spots. The State Park has a large beach, marina with boat rentals, a general store and places for your favorite athletic activities. The home is in driving distance to Alexandria Bay and Clayton. While not on the water, this beautiful newer home, has views of the water and is close to several state parks with water activities and access.
Across the road from The Rectory, you will find a quite chapel that is perfect for meditation, prayer or simply to read a book. This property boasts a great area for exploring, biking and hiking.
