The carpet in the room was not very clean, it should have been cleaned for a long time. The bed was not bad and I slept very well. The twin room layout is not the best. The sofa and writing desk occupy space in the innermost part of the room, there is no scenery outside, and it is divided into the direction of the parking garage. The sink is together with the room. The toilet is used for toilet and bathtub/shower (bathing will make a very strange sound). The sound insulation of the door is not very good. The sound of footsteps in the corridor is very clear. The occupancy rate of the hotel during the summer vacation is particularly high, and it takes a long time to check in. Mainly because of the ticket to the water park, the children are very happy. The parking space is very full. Self-service parking is also charged, about 35 knives a day. Children like to stay for two more nights, during the day in the indoor water park, it is very convenient to sleep at night.

We enjoyed the facility. The staff were friendly. Wished there was a microwave in the room and the doors were wide enough to accommodate a large wheelchair. And the chlorine was a little strong, but other than that we had a great time and enjoyed the facility.

The hotel is very cozy and the breakfast variety is updated every day. I like the semi-self-service style very much. The quality is also very good. The waiters are warm and polite. Due to the hotel's location close to Disney, occupancy rates are high.

It is very convenient to drive and park. You can park in the United States, just pay the parking fee, but they are actually unattended. After three circles, I finally found a seat and walked a long way.

Although they all gave four stars, the facilities gave 5. The reason is that their home can cook, and it is the longest time we have lived in. The children are in the nearby school summer camp. They have not been set in advance. I found a circle. This is the most suitable, but the temperature of the induction cooker in the beautiful country is not high, but it is OK to make an early morning. There is a waiter downstairs, Indonesia, the thin attitude is not very good, the breakfast is very fast, we made some suggestions, breakfast is normal, coffee is casual, you can use the washing machine to wash clothes, suitable for long stay

Plus, it was close to Disney, and the shuttle bus stopped in front of the hotel every 30 minutes, so it was easy to get to. The location isn't far from Disneyland; you can get there by ART, and an Uber costs about $10, though it'll be a bit more expensive at night. Best of all, there's a Target supermarket right across the street, making shopping very convenient. I stayed for five nights this time, and my room was on a high floor, very quiet. The housekeeping was excellent every day. Most of staff at the front desk were very friendly. However, an older woman was rather aloof; when I asked to borrow an umbrella, she didn't seem very willing.

My kids first time at a hotel and they had an awesome time. We were close to the Anaheim convention center due to a church event. Then check in was easy everything flowed good. My kids wanna stay again the next time we have an event.

We had a great overall stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The location was excellent and convenient to everything we needed. The room was a good size with plenty of space to relax. The bed was extremely comfortable, and even the couch was cozy, which made our stay more enjoyable. However, we did find a roach in the room, which was definitely concerning. Even though it was just one that we saw, it’s never something you expect or want to encounter during a hotel stay. Cleanliness is important, and I hope management takes additional pest control measures to prevent this from happening again. The internet also did not work on the first day and wasn’t up and running until the following night, which was inconvenient. The ice room was very sketchy and did not seem well-maintained, and the microwave in was not working properly and appeared a bit dirty. These smaller maintenance issues added up and made the stay less comfortable than it could have been. Unfortunately, we have not yet received our damage deposit back, which has been disappointing. We are hoping this will be resolved promptly. I would also recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner, as the ones provided left our hair feeling very dry. Overall, it was a good stay with a few things that could definitely be improved

In general this hotel is acceptable for the price range and consider how old this property is. There are two main complains about this hotel is the sound insulation and safety. Basically we heard all the noise from the hallway including next door who open and close the door, and shower, etc.. In addition, the gap of hotel room door between the bottom of the door and floor is big. While we stayed there, we concerned if someone could use tools to open our room door thru that gap.
