The location can't be faulted, not on Michigan Avenue, but right next to the Avenue. Surrounded by shopping malls and luxury stores. Shopping and eating are very convenient. The girl has reserved dinner on the 65th floor of the John Hancock Building 6 minutes on foot. The environment and sanitation are the standards that old hotels should have. The room was spacious and grand, about 50-60 square meters, and the bathroom was also quite large, around 10 square meters. My room on the 25th floor even had a kitchen, and the night view from the window was stunning, which was a pleasant surprise. The terrace of Terrace 16 Restaurant on the 16th floor offers the most beautiful views of the Chicago River, perfect for lunch or afternoon tea. The front desk staff who checked me in was excellent. They informed me about the Trump Spa on the 14M floor and that I could use its facilities. Later, on the day of my check-out, my friend booked a City Architecture Tour for me which ended at 12:30 PM. I asked if I could extend my check-out until 1:00 PM, and the foreign front desk staff member kindly offered me a 2:00 PM check-out. Overall, the front desk and restaurant staff provided great service, making me feel respected as a guest and not discriminated against. The hotel's facilities and atmosphere are wonderful, making for a very comfortable stay. It was a very pleasant check-in experience.

This is a must-stay hotel in Chicago. We stayed in a 'Zen Suite One Bedroom' and were very impressed with the amenities in our room. The bathroom was enormous. There is a large stand up shower, as well as a stand-alone tub for soaking, duel sinks with plenty of counter space, and a door separating the toilet from the rest of the bathroom. Extra surprises for us included the heated bathroom floor, Dyson hair dryer, flat iron, comfy robes/slippers, Nespresso machine, Nobu signature bed, and modern décor. Everything feels brand new in this hotel since it only recently opened. We dined at the restaurant one night and the service and food were both top notch. I will always consider Nobu Hotel for any future travel to Chicago, as well as any other Nobu Hotel graced cities!

I was going to run the Chicago Marathon. The room availability in Chicago was very tight that week, so I chose Marriott, which I would not normally consider. However, this unique experience made me realize that a good hotel is still necessary when traveling. Not to mention the clean and spacious house, good decoration details and service, the Michigan Lake across the room will make you feel relaxed and happy! It's so beautiful

After a long trip from Hong Kong to Chicago, i always stay a night here. Easy access from ORD with everything. Take the skytrain and you got home. Take a night and start my next journey to next couple cities in US. To me, it is not a hotel but a soul hub to relieve my physical and emotional fatigue.
