The location of the hotel is very good, downstairs is the white beach, his room is difficult to choose, because there are too many apartments, we chose the scene on the Internet and it felt not ideal, and we chose the room facing the sea at the front desk, of course, we have to add money. The hotel should give tourists some room choices in this regard. The front desk brother was very patient and introduced the hotel's facilities in detail. We stayed for six days in a row and did not clean the room. Of course, we did not ask for it, so we did not pay attention to them for a few days. The bed is OK, soft, the pillows are poor, messy. The bathroom is small, the towels are old, the kitchen has a coffee maker, but a pack of coffee is not worthy, it is also enough. The hotel is not very big, the whole is very warm, the facilities are relatively complete. The bar is strong, there are beach volleyball, children's playground warm pool spa, etc., suitable for family vacation. All the staff of the hotel are very nice. There is a big supermarket about 700 meters away from the hotel. It is especially worth mentioning that the supermarket has a variety of alcohols and cheap prices. The pier park is only two or three minutes drive away. There are all kinds of delicious and fun, and there are cinema outlets. , Super fun. In short, I still recommend this hotel, but because we go in the off-season, I don't know the price of the peak season. If it is still about 150 knives we live at that time, it is still a good choice. Finally, I would like to thank the younger brother and younger sister at the front desk. Their smiles make me unforgettable. If I have time, I will choose his home.

The location was great, the hotel is a little outdated,but worth the price to be on the water. Our air conditioner was leaking a little in our room and they fixed it immediately. Clean and comfy beds.

We LOVE the Driftwood! It’s an easy walk to the Margaritaville strip, always clean and friendly front desk. Only issue was the cleaning staff (which we have never had an issue with) was a little over top on trying to get our rooms cleaned on check out day and ruined our last couple of hours visit with our children and grandchild. I can appreciate your wanting to get the job done but not at the expense of kicking the customer out of their rooms.

Overall the hotel is nice if you have a big family. The price is by far the most affordable around panama city beach It seems in November none of the amenities are available to use, including the cafeteria. The cons.... First there is a resort fee that this hotel tries to charge you when it is supposed to be covered by trip.com This was resolved after speaking to the awesome customer service from trip.com Second all of the vending machines are out of order and have been for the entire 5 days I've been here... And the last complaint I have is the laundry area. There is 2 washers and 2 dryers, only one of each do what they are supposed to. Staff here refused to to refund the 6 dollars I lost with the dryers and had to elseware for a dryer with 2 loads of wet laundry. So if you a cheap resort with no amenities, this is the place for you
