Back to the hotel on the Sydney Road at night, the resort hotel is close to the sea, the rooms are large, the general health, basic facilities are available, but you must check out at 10 in the morning, the hotel is large and there is a swimming pool and gym, it is worth checking in next time.

I got an ocean view room which was great. I could hear ocean call from the room. You can walk to the beach from hotel and the facilities: pool and tenis and golf courts are fantastic. Very satisfied and definitely recommend others.

Next to the highway, far from the port. The service is very good and welcoming, like his dog.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed at. The people are the friendliest and most helpful. The unit was superb, with 3 large bedrooms one with a full size en suite and the very large main bathroom with corner spa. The hole unit was very clean and the kitchen had everything that you need for a short stay or longer. The pool and BBQ area was fantastic again everything you need for a BBQ (cooking utensils, plates and even sauce and butter in the fridge that everybody can use. The beach is a two minute walk straight out the back. I am happy to recommend Smugglers On The Beach to anybody that's need accommodation at Coffs Harbour overnight or a month. I will be staying there next time and will be looking forward to it.

This place is the perfect spot to relax away from the crowds of the mid North Coast. We have now stayed on two separate occasions and both apartments were spotlessly clean with well stocked kitchen utensils. Some apartments have ocean glimpses bu the water is virtually metres from your door but without the crowd because it is not a patrolled beach. The pool is well shaded by vegetation that also offers discrete privacy. The outdoor kitchen and barbecue area are also of a high standard. Perhaps it could be noisy in summer but ample space would avoid any feelings of being crowded.

I had a number of last minute requests including an early check-in, conference room use, late check-out and issues with payment. I actually booked online, cancelled and then sent an email explaining why I cancelled only for the manager to accomodate my requests and reinstate my booking. All in all, the staff at this hotel are fantastic and I couldn't have been happier. Unfortunately, the rooms are very, very dated. This could be because I am from Sydney and regularly stay at major Australian CBDs - but if I had booked for a holiday or other travel that required a lengthy stay in the room itself. I'd book elsewhere. It's not fair on these awesome staff members to be let down by crappy, dirty windows and shower amenities that utilise a reusable pump rather than separate bottles - these things made a difference when you are paying $350+ a night. Thanks so much for making my stay possible - but I will likely seek out other accommodation next time.

I held an event in the conference room here and stayed at the hotel for 1 night. Great spot and staff were all incredibly helpful. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable. Only downside was the lack of noise proofing. All night I could hear the trucks and other guests using the toilet. Other than that, no dramas. Would stay again. And would use their conference facilities again.

Wish I’d have read them everything is true. This is not a luxury resort. Tired old dirty rooms. No staff anywhere. No gym access. Unusable internet. No assigned parking and not enough spaces. But best of all many people live here permanently and they do not like visitors. One resident came INSIDE our room as we brought in our cases and told us off for banging the door. We had been here under 2 minutes. Another resident ambushed my daughter parked by lift unloading her cases with a tiny baby and 2 year old told her off too. Within 90 seconds of arrival. Literally they patrol the place looking for chances to discipline visitors for actually being here !! Nice grounds but horrible atmosphere- rudest barmaid in the bar rude to coworkers and guests went for 1 drink and left. Yes we asked for our room to be cleaned to give the place a chance to step up before complaining and someone came and cleaned one window and sprayed a scent to cover up curry smell but couldn’t get rid of it. Staff are hidden and only available via mobile phone. Ghastly. Do not go. It is not a resort experience!

Such an amazing resort, it was truely beautiful and breathtaking! Lovely staff, lovely refurbished room, comfy bed, beautiful beach and beautiful food. The only thing is that there needs to be more car parks in the underground parking.

The breakfast is very rich, there are many fruit designs, and there are milk and coffee drinks. Egg bacon ham is delicious. The suites are large in size and have sofas for children. Be aware that there is a large area of forest near the beach, and children should not go out to run at night. There is free parking and it is suitable for self-driving.

As a transit and rest city from the Gold Coast to Sydney, Coffs Harbour is an excellent choice. This hotel is in the form of a resort, with a beautiful environment and living by the sea. The room facilities are certainly not comparable to those of high-end hotels, but they are all complete. As a transit point is worthy of its name.

Nice room, but small. Good for what we needed it for.

The hotel is located on the A1 road, it is better to find, but it is not convenient to eat, there is no need to drive around, you need to drive out, not far from the city center, the room is not big, the facilities are relatively old, crossing It is OK to have a rest for one night.

We stayed in the Gumnut villa which was absolutely horrible. The toilet was flooding the bathroom floor, the shower head in the ensuite was like being hosed by a fire hydrant. The toilet in the ensuite felt tiny, like it was meant for young children. There was an ants nest in the light above the master bed which was dripping ants and nest pieces on me throughout the night so we moved the bed out of the way. The fan in that room was vibrating so bad that it would shake more ants onto the bed. The aircon was working but I don't think the room was insulated so it was never enough. We had two fans running to try and push cool air into the kids room for the entire week we were there. The matresses felt absolutely horrible and felt like I was going to roll off the bed each time I move. There was some mould on the bedroom walls. The whole cabin was just old, outdated and very worn. The wifi hardly worked which was not so great because there was also no cell service in most of the park. Great if you want to have no connection but not so great when you need to use the internet to search for places to go and things to see in the area. Why am I giving it 4 stars? Because of Jan! The staff there were amazing! Jan tried to do everything in her power (and then some!) To try and help us out. She was incredible! The facilities were also great! Lots for the kids to do, direct beach access, kangaroos all over the place, pools, water play equipment, slides, tennis courts, archery, go karts, all great fun! The bikes are old and pretty run down so not worth renting. Thanks again to Jan! We hope to stay here again but in one of the more modern cabins (or in our own tent).

The most family friendly park. The activities for everyone are boundless. We had the use of an ensuite site. The bathroom was really large, they included a hand towel face washer bathmats and hand soap. But best of all the water was hot and there was a heat lamp, it was a really cold evening. The site was really large and easily accessible. The park has a very large green space where kangaroos freely roam. The pool, spa, jumping pillow, bowling green, outdoor tv screens and live entertainment area helped to make our stay very memorable. We are dinner in the onsite restaurant. We enjoyed panko Schnitzel and salad and chicken parmigiana and salad. There was also a pasta van, but I don't know how often they are there. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Great place to gather in groups.

We stayed here for a night and it was fantastic! The staff at the desk were so nice! We went over to our accommodation, opened the door and the room was so clean and fresh and big! We had a perfect room! A perfect pool that we didn’t want to leave and The restaurant is so cute, I imagine it would of all been a bit flash in the 80’s! We will definitely come back!!!

One of the perfect hotel. Location is convenient for drivers. Resection is super nice they'll do the best for you stay comfortable. You can get free caffe or hot chocolate. Pool is good enough and there is sauna too (you turn on the switch when you use it so it's hard to get warm actually...) Room is tidy and cosy. I want to stay there again.

Overall,  a pleasant stay,  in a beautiful location,  but with a few much needed upgrades, it could be so much better.  The grounds around the resort were lovely.  The check in process was friendly and quick. Directions to room a bit vague.  Told that the wifi was having issues and we were unlikely to be able to get wifi or 5g from the room (on arrival to the room 5G was fine,  but wifi virtually non existent).  Car park was like a rabbit warren and difficult to find the correct lift to go up. Later the under cover car park was full,  over flow car park full.  Had to park over on the dirt with big muddy puddles everywhere. On arrival to room there was a dingy dark little entrance room, and the light was hard to find in there, so we had to use our phone torch to be able to see to open the door.  Very dissapointed in room on arrival.  Photos on the internet of the executive 1 bedroom apartment showed nicely updated kitchen and bathroom,  what we got was old and dated.  An old fashioned beige spa bath and an old fashioned shower over bath set up, and barely high enough to get my head under water.  It was nice and hot with decent pressure though. Bathroom seemed to only have 1 small soap and one small shower gel for 2 guests.   The kitchen was fine,  but had no overhead cupboards, splash back etc like in the photos on the internet.  I messaged reception about my dissatisfaction with the room, but received no reply.  The rest of the room was nice, and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.  The views to the golf course and lake were nice, and was good to have a balcony.  The TV in the bedroom was extremely tiny, and situated poorly so you have to look down to watch. There was a larger TV in the living area though.  We did not watch TV at all,  as knew Netflix etc would not work with no Wifi.  The fridge was not stocked at all,  apart from 1 tiny bottle of long life milk.  No water,  soft drink or any form of mini bar.  Things that really let down the room were things like the rusty air conditoner external unit, old creaky window in bathroom, window with slatted blinds that are very dusty, and that same window that didn't seem to seal properly. Also a few little cobwebs in the bathroom. With a bit more attention to detail,  this could be an amazing resort,  but at the moment,  I was very let down,  especially since our room didn't match what was on the internet.  Reasonably priced though.

Its been some time since we came to the Pier Hotel for Dinner and we found it a pleasant experience. In recent times it has had a lot of renovation work done and its a pretty busy and popular venue especially with those younger than us. I ordered a Steak Sandwich which was the best I have ever had. Served on Toasted Focaccia Bread with the works, the steak was juicy and tender with great fries on the side and for a reasonable price. Wine and beer prices were also reasonable so we will be back again.

Wonderful stay with a cheerful welcome and friendly farewell from our hosts. Close to Park Beach Plaza, beach, tourist attractions and eateries. Plenty of parking which allowed our vehicles to be safely off the street during our stay. Room was spacious with two queen beds, lounge, plenty of extra blankets in the cupboard along with a good size bathroom stocked with the travel necessities including tissues. There was nothing we did not enjoy during our stay. We will happily recommend to family and friends and if needing to stay in Coffs we will choose Royal Palms.

Lovely place with a miniture Dutch village that will amuse the young and old. The owner does a clog making demonstration which was very interesting and informative. The gift shop is worth a visit with all of it's unusual souvenirs and the coffee at the cafe was great too. Thank you to the owner who spent time talking to us.

I see that the evaluation is less, I wrote a detailed point. First of all, because it is a motel, the expectation itself is not high, and the first time I hope to be clean. As a result, not only the house was very quiet after check-in, but there were no bugs and the speed of the network was very fast. It was very good in the motel. Speaking of the disadvantages, one is that the air conditioner is very noisy, the second is that there will be car sounds on the roadside, but living in the motel, car noise can be understood and accepted

Again this Motel has street parking for my truck so it has become a favourite for an overnight. One might not say it was flash, but it is relaibly clean and the staff make an effort for regulars. Just a short walk to town centre and plenty of cafes and take aways, with a huge Wookies just down the road. Rooms at the front may be a bit noisy from passing traffic, but I mainly score a room at the back which seems fine. I do not recommend Coffs Harbour for accommodation in holiday times as the rates become too high, but usually this vacant and affordable. Worth a look

Want to take the baby to experience the RV camp, we live in a quadruple room, a large room with a double bed, a cabin bunk bed, barely able to live, there are simple kitchen utensils, you can cook a noodle. It is a 5-minute drive from the big banana, and it is also close to Bird Island. The environment is not bad. There are many bunny houses running in front of and behind the house. Children prefer it! But the facilities are really old, and one night is enough!

We were caught up with the M1 closure and spend 6 unexpected....but delightful...nights at Park Beach Resort Motel. Lyn & Arthur were most accommodating and so friendly to help us make the most of our situation. The motel facilities were as good as we could have expected with comfortable queen bed and cleanliness. Nearby dining places included hotel, bowls club, coffee/restaurants and takeaways.... Our misfortune turned into an opportunity to experience Coffs and meet some lovely proprietors ..... We will plan a revisit on our way back home from the Sunshine Coast
