At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. Very intimate ～ I also introduced me to a lot of Hengchun Kenting to see the place. Next time I come to Hengchun Talk will also stay here ～

Encountered a few minor problems, but the lady boss’s service was too good, and they were all resolved. From a hearty breakfast to a variety of warm tips and introductions. When I finally left, there was a problem with the car reservation, and the lady boss arranged a special car. This service is worth 6 stars

The staff is extremely professional and polite – I especially appreciate that they went out of their way to allow us an early check-in, which really helped with organizing our day. The hotel lobby is beautifully designed, and the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire property are at a very high level. After a busy workday, the exceptionally comfortable bed and great pillows ensured a perfect night's sleep. The location is an absolute plus. The hotel is very close to the city center, and with the main railway station right in front of it, it is incredibly accessible and convenient. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Still quite satisfied, lived well, lived for 10 days, the surrounding area was also visited, the restaurant also ate a few times. The spa is also reflected, the overall is not bad. The exterior is being built, the sound is always bad during the day, and there is a fire truck, you can hear a lot of times a day. Toiletries are not provided daily, they need to be explained, and the service attitude is OK. At least the brand is there. I hope I can have a better stay experience next time.

We booked this hotel for the adults only pool, being that it was March break they allowed children into the adults only pool (as well as there being a children’s pool). We would have liked this information beforehand as the pool was the reason for booking. We were only able to get access to the pool between 10-11pm. Otherwise hotel was very clean, we had a standard queen room which was really nice with a comfortable bed. Bathroom needs some renovations, especially the bath/shower situation. We enjoyed our stay but we feel that information about the pool should have been known upfront and not made aware to us upon check in

This caused us to get up several times during the night to regulate our room temperature. Bedrooms tv was disconnected. Shower had poor water pressure. Hot tub area was unclean. Biggest complaint would be the morning breakfast. Clearly the pancakes and the eggs came from packages. The pancakes were dried out and crispy around the edges, and the eggs were premade and processed. Home fries were stale and seemed old. Poor selection of food. Breakfast around the corner at McDonalds would have been of higher quality.
