This is an amazing house with a great interior! Love at first sight! Wonderful staff, always ready to help with any question. Everything is great: location, beach, several different step-to-step shops, exchange currency with a good rate too near, regular route bus to the capital of Victoria with a stop near the apartments. The very cheerful hosts Mathias and Lambert helped all things including booking ferry tickets, renting a car, bus card. The new apartments inside have everything you need and even more.

Отдыхали с супругой в данных апартаментах 15 дней с середины апреля 2025 г. Апартаменты представляют собой двухэтажный «таунхаус», на втором этаже спальня с балконом и ванной комнатой, на первом этаже кухня-гостиная также c санузлом и с верандой, на которой установлена обеденная группа. На просторной веранде мы завтракали, обедали и ужинали, наслаждаясь видом на океан, небо, солнце, звезды, пением птиц и полетом летучих лисиц. Рядом с верандой организована зона барбекю. Вся территория Casa Gem очень ухоженная!!! При поиске и бронировании подкупило то, что апартаменты 2024 года, ремонт свежий, всё новое, кухня оборудована всем необходимым, есть даже тостер и капсульная кофемашина!!! Встретила нас довольно приветливая женщина по имени Стелла стаканом прохладного лимонада, в день заселения на кухне нас ждала большая корзина фруктов, в холодильнике мини набор продуктов для завтрака, что очень уместно после многочасового перелёта. Задолго до приезда мы начали общаться с хозяином апартаментов Джерри по электронной почте, он с удовольствием и оперативно отвечал на все возникающие у нас вопросы, предоставляя полезную для нас информацию. Он же посоветовал прокат автомобиля с организацией встречи (передачей автомобиля в аэропорту по прилету и возврат по вылету). А автомобиль для комфортного проживания в Casa Gem просто необходим, потому что далеко не каждый человек имеет такую физическую подготовку, что сможет с остановки подняться пешком в такую гору)))). Джерри постоянно интересовался нужно ли нам что либо, периодически отправлял угощения в виде фруктов со своего сада, а его супруга приготовила для нас какой то местный десерт)) Невероятно гостеприимные, милые люди. Мою супругу приятно порадовал хозяйственный блок, в котором установлена стиральная машинка и сушилка, также на втором этаже имелась гладильная доска и утюг. Уборку апартаментов выполняли идеально и ежедневно, меняя даже полотенца, в том числе пляжные. Очень понравилось местоположение апартаментов, практически в самом узком месте острова МАЭ, что позволяет быстро пересекать его, чем мы и пользовались, встречая по утрам рассвет на восточном побережье, и провожая закат, легко возвращаясь на западное. Кроме этого близкое расположение одних из самых лучших пляжей давало нам право выбора, где провести день: Anse Forbans Beach, Anse Takamaka Beach Anse Royale Beach, Anse Solei Beach и др. В общем, ОЧЕНЬ рекомендую, отличные апартаменты, приветливые и гостеприимные и Джерри и весь персонал. Единственное, что не понравилось это отсутствие кондиционера на кухне-гостиной. При температуре на улице более 30 градусов и при приготовлении пищи, находиться продолжительное время в гостиной невозможно, поэтому по сути гостиная не выполняла своей функции, там только готовили и всё, хотя там есть и диван и телевизор. Будем надеяться к следующему нашему отпуску Джерри прислушается к нашим рекомендациям и установит там кондиционер))

We arrived at 2pm, very tired, but the staff kept emphasizing that the hotel stipulates that check-in is only possible at 3pm, and there is no room for negotiation.

In my humble opinion, Probably one of the best luxury resorts in the world. Since I have been to the Seychelles many times, I have heard about this resort much earlier. Recently, property was purchased by the Anantara resorts company, what additionally encouraged us to stay in this luxurious property for several days. The location of the hotel is one of the best in Seychelles - our villa No. 21 had an amazing view of the beach and the whole bay. The whole concept of this resort is based on providing guests with the best possible experience of their stay - the service is at the highest level. Our quest relations manager - Mathew - was amazing - that's how we had named the crab toy - the mascot we got for our kids as a present from Mathew!! We mention him with a big, broad smile on our face. Our host - butler of the Villa named Hana - was wonderful and very helpful person who fulfilled all our wishes and dreams. A very strong point of the resort is the main restaurant and its extremely talented chef - I have not yet met a person who can prepare dishes of various completely traditional world cuisines - Asian / Italian / Mediterranean / Indian. It is a place to which we will certainly come back in the near future.

We stayed at this villa with our wife for 4 nights. When we were set up, we met the hostess, and had a very delicious juice. The manager Amanda sent all the information necessary for the residence. The room is clean, it has everything you need to live in. We lived on the 2nd floor, the balcony was out on the road towards the beach. On the other side of the balcony is a chic palm growing. Near the villa is a small grocery store and a snack takeaway where you can eat. We used a rental car for travelling on the island. But if someone rests without a car, there is a bus stop next to this villa. The villa was very much liked, would return here again.

In general, there is a favourable impression of the trip. From the main advantages I would point out: 1. 24-hour lobby with friendly staff. Friendly and responsive, easy to solve our questions. 2. Excellent rooms. They are just very comfortable, quite modern, neat. Cleaning is thorough, except control of cleanliness/replacement towels in the evening. Due to trees and bushes, a high degree of privacy if not the first line. If the first, from the sea is partially viewed. 3. Good enough food. Products are very good and fresh, kitchen is very hard. Not always gets good, as many dishes from European kitchen, and there is not much experience, however the manager and all staff are trying. 4. Price. Price ratio quality is one of the best on the island. It costs each dollar. 5. Good beach. There are also medium waves and style. Water is clean and transparent. Swimming small skates, not dangerous. Swimming dolphins and turtles. 6. There are almost no strangers, only holiday hotels. So very quiet and comfortable. There is almost no one on the beach even in the season. Now about the weaknesses. 1. Very small territory. That is, it is two narrow alleys that go along the rooms and the area near the bar / pool. That is, there are no playgrounds for children and sports. With two children it was critical. 2. Without a car there is no place to go for a walk. There is nothing interesting next door. 3. Slow waitresses at the bar. Some are just a nightmare. Example: ordered a fruit plate for children. The kitchen made, brought, put on the bar. There are 2 waitresses next to it. It stands a plate. 10 minutes she stood next to them, they talked. I spotted the hours, exactly 10 minutes! And so very often. Bar, restaurant, work fast. Нас при заселении встречала хозяйка дома, рассказала все, пожелала любви и долгих совместных дней жизни. Было приятно от виллы получить в подарок бутылку шампанского фруктовую и сырную тарелку, а также, комплементарный завтрак, это было неожиданно и приятно! В самом номере есть просторная кухня, большая гостиная и кровати! Отдельное спасибо хочется сказать менеджеру Passang! Всегда был на связи, готов помочь с любым вопросом и советом! Не далеко от виллы есть пляж, продуктовые магазины,рестораны и автобусные остановки. Но лучше, в этой локации все таки иметь машину, выйдет дешевле такси. На автобусе доехать можно, но времени уходит гораздо больше.

В номере есть все необходимое: мыльные принадлежности, полотенца, коврик для ноги - в ванной, кофемашина, то тостер, чайник, плита, духовка и всё необходимое из посуды - на кухне, удобная кровать, телевизор, розетки всех видах - в комнате. Территория небольшая, но ухоженная и красивая. Нам не повезло и были волны, так что мы ходили на соседний пляж плавать. После выселения и прогулки - нам предложили душ со всем необходимым. Takamaka and Intendans beaches are 10 and 20 minutes away. The Gesthouse is not very large - just a few rooms. The space is organized so that there is a large privacy. There is a parking lot. The rental of the car is very recommended. There are all necessary for life in the apartments - kitchen equipment, household appliances. Andrew is very social and hospitality host. The price/quality ratio is very high.
