The thoughtful service of the front desk brother makes people feel like a spring breeze and meticulous! During our stay, we experienced a real five-star service! ! Even on our way out of the hotel to Düsseldorf, the front desk brother called to remind me to go to Cologne Cathedral when I passed by. Great stay experience! Will stay in Switzerland next time! recommend!

Stayed for two nights in Crans-Montana this time and the overall experience was very good. The location of the hotel is very good, just in the central area of Montana, there are many restaurants, cafes and shops around, and you can walk to the cable car station and ski area in a few minutes. It is very convenient to travel. The room is clean and tidy, the space is bigger than expected, the balcony can also see a good mountain view, and it feels particularly relaxed in the morning. The hotel's service was very friendly, the staff was very warm, the check-in and check-out were smooth, and we recommended a good restaurant nearby. Although the breakfast type is not particularly large, the quality is very good, the bread and coffee are very good. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, location, environment and service were all extra points. If you come back to Crans-Montana skiing or vacation in the future, you will consider staying here again.
