Hostellerie du Pas de l'Ours is really nice. The design is beautiful. Very rustic and modern. The rooms are beautiful. They are also spacious, clean and comfortable. The amenities are really nice. The food and drinks here are great too. Amazing place to stay.

Stayed at this hotel in the midst of one week Fall break trip with 3 year old daughter and husband- superior hospitality. Small hotel that was getting close to closing for the season, so we were among the last guests to stay there, so the hotel was very quiet. We were upgraded to a larger room as we were celebrating our anniversary- the size was perfect for our family of three! Lovely balcony that we sat on daily- had a lovely breakfast outside the dining room as well as inside. Loved the daily baked treats they brought up to our room- the aesthetic is very pleasing and rustic. We were a bit unlucky in that it was quite cloudy and turning a bit cold during our stay, so we were inside a bit more than hoped, but the room was very comfortable and welcoming.

This place is a true gem. We have travelled all over the world but have never experienced the level of service we experienced here. The Bear Suite is a must. Lovely and elegant accommodations-our party did not want to leave. Breakfast was wonderful in the morning. We enjoyed dinner both nights at Le Bistrot de Ours. The aperitifs were spot on and the food was incredible. Service was impeccable. You must do the wine tasting in the wine cellar. Very informative and a unique experience. Nicolas was a joy! Every employee we encountered was extremely attentive, anticipated your needs and incredibly helpful. We cannot wait to return. Thank you for an incredible experience and stay!!

The quality of the accommodation, the food and the service was amazing. The staff were all lovely and they made our stay very special. We would highly recommend staying here and we would happily visit again.

The food was absolutely brilliant. It was a perfect mix of food and wine. Our waitress was amazing, her name is Eva she was very helpful and kind. She made the experience brilliant. She explained all dishes in detail and has a sense of humour

Excellent hotel The food in the Bistrot des l' ours is delicious. The beef fillet is very very very well cooked. The meat is premium quality. The wine list very good with good prices. The decoration of the restaurant is very frindly and warm like the staff

checked in during low season and not expecting much but ending up having one of my best dinners in a long time,excellent. most restaurants nowadays charge allot but deliver mediocre food. the sommelier recommended very nice swiss wines ,true pleasure.

The rooms were spacious, well maintained and clean. the staff friendly and courteous. Assisted with all our needs. Made the stay truly memorable. A unique experience. The hotel is close to several world-class hikes and the downtown area. All in all, a perfect place to stay. Would visit again.

This is the ideal place to stay for a visit to Crans-Montana. The hotel is charming and the rooms are spacious, well-kept and well-appointed, and quite modern. The view of the Alps from the room / balcony was breathtaking. The staff is open and friendly, proactively helpful, and fun to talk with. They appear to be genuinely happy with no exceptions. They provided extremely generous help with restaurants and reservations, as well as navigating the city for shopping, the mountain gondola, and taxi and train tickets back to Geneva airport. The owner was also most welcoming and friendly. I truly enjoyed every aspect of this stay, and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Crans-Montana.
