This is a hotel that just opened. The facilities are very new. The bed is very big and it is very comfortable to sleep. The air conditioner and air purifier are very powerful. The bathroom is relatively large. The water is clean and has no odor. The hot water comes very quickly! ^ ^
You can contact the hotel in advance to arrange airport pick-up! Although the breakfast is classic white rice, it is relatively delicious. In addition to the buffet, you can also ask the staff to order ^_^ I like the hotel's cappuccino very much☕️It's delicious!

Good location overall, but a bit of a walk to get to the main area of Fira, and the road if you're walking is not that easy with kids. The showers were a bit dirty around the edges, and it was dirty underneath the patio tables when we moved them, a lot of dirt underneath. Otherwise, pool was excellent, rooms were very big and comfortable, food was good and the staff were excellent, especially the ladies at the front desk. Very helpful in pointing us in the right directions on where to go and what to see in Santorini. The bartenders were also very helpful and friendly, the gentlemen at breakfast were exceptionally good. The views from this hotel, especially from the pool area, are good.

The facilities are good, there is a jacuzzi.
The breakfast is delicious. I suggest you book it. In fact, you can’t find something to eat in the morning. Maybe I don't know how to find it, but the location is actually good. It will be more convenient if you rent a car, and there are shuttle buses everywhere.

The hotel's transportation is not very convenient, but there is a free shuttle bus to fira station. The bus stop near the hotel is a Mexican stop, which needs to be explained in advance with the driver of the local bus, otherwise it will not stop.

The hotel room is spacious. The location is a bit hard to find at first as the route from Google map is not reliable. The day I checked in is a bit busy, so it was not easy to find a staff to handle my inquires. The hot bath of the room next door is not working and the staff just told them to use mine directly. The room is quite dark, I even needed to use the torch from my phone when I showered.

The view is spectacular, you can see the 3 blue domes but with good privacy as well. The location is good too as it’s close to Main Street. The staff is excellent and very friendly, they help us to carry the luggages. There are many option for the breakfast. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

AMAZING STAY!! Amazing hospitality and service! Location was near a restaurant which was open and about 15mins walk down to Fira. Room was spacious and located near a trekking route. Good for morning walks. Balcony had a great view of the caldera. Went in January, which is their coldest month. Most of the shops were close. But prices of the stay were cheaper than summer. Hotel could arrange car rental for us and it was reasonably priced. Very easy to rent. Enjoyed our stay a lot.From€135

The hotel is perched at the highest point in Fira town. Carrying our luggage up was quite a strenuous task, so I'd definitely recommend taking a taxi directly to the hotel. The fare from the airport is a fixed 40 Euros.
The hotel's facilities are outstanding. The swimming pool and loungers were incredibly comfortable, though the pool's daily opening hours were a bit short. The front desk kindly upgraded our room, and the 270-degree panoramic balcony was absolutely breathtaking. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fira.SOLD OUT

Lia was amazing! She is so friendly and helpful. If you ever want to hire a reliable employee with great customer service skills, look no further, Lia is your answer. My stay at Rocabella has been wonderful. When I arrived, Lia told me they had a special surprise for me…that my room was upgraded. I couldn’t believe it!
The daily housekeeping was great, they cleaned and tidy the room like I had not been there the night before. The breakfast options were unbelievable and delicious. You order your breakfast over the phone and the kitchen will deliver to your room within minutes. I was there late February, so it is not as busy as the summertime. So, things might be different during busy season. I will definitely recommend Rocabella to any of my friends and families that are going to Santorini.

When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel upgraded us to two rooms, each with a welcome drink, and then a bottle of champagne and fruit in each room, it feels really good. Breakfast We went to the restaurant to eat, gave a menu, order form, each dish is very large, it is recommended that only one per person is enough. The hotel's rooms are all spacious and bright sea view suites, with independent balconies and swimming pools. The room facilities and bedding are all five-star hotel standards. The service at the front desk and restaurant is absolutely top notch, pretty much the best I have ever experienced. The location of the hotel is also very good in Oia, and the restaurant next to the pool has a great view for breakfast and dinner. The quality of breakfast and dinner is also very high. Hotel is very close to the most famous blue domes, can take good photos from the hotels.
Hotel, rooms, and the pool are clean, new and nicely decorated. Everything is well designed and vibe is superb.
Our room has a terrace with a panoramic view to the caldera, and a pool facing to the blue domes. The price was at premium but it’s worth the price!!
All the staffs are superb, polite, helpful, responsive, mindful, and considerate.
Food and drinks, we had breakfast and lunch in our room, and dinner at the restaurant, all the food and drinks were fabulous, one of the best catering services we had in Greece for my trip, we didn’t expect that!!!! Love it!

The room was very clean and nice, they gave me a very small room because I was alone but on the reservation it was a triple room. Anyway I didnt complain, it was fine.
The pool is nice, the location is in the middle of the island so far and close to everywhere. But theres a bus station a minute from the hotel and also other options to eat around, if yu dont wanna eat in the hotel. I had checkin in the morning and they offer me to leave my luggage on the hotel cause my flght was in the night and before going to airport they gave me towel and soap for a shower after all the day out. It was beyond my expectations, very happy for my stay there. I 100% recommend this placeFrom€45

The front desk was friendly and attentive, with clear tour information. The prices were reasonable, the rooms were clean and tidy, and although there were cockroaches in the kitchen, they changed the sofa sheets daily. There's also a swimming pool outside. We recently stayed at the Fileria and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment wr arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see and do. I highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable stay while in Greece. There are a maze of options but you will do yourself a favour by staying here.
