We took the package. I was satisfied with lunch/dinner choice. Your lunch set was really delicious. For dinner, need some improvement. But for breakfast, amazing. The hotel does not have a pool for kids. Both pools are for bigger kids. Pool not toddler friendly. The room is really spacious, the bed is really big for a family of 4. The room amenities are perfect ! Love the separate bath tub and shower ! Im so glad that I chose to stay at this hotel. Though it’s quite far to go to Legoland. Worth the ringgit cause I got a good deal.

first time staying here. the reception and restaurant staff were very polite and friendly. I had a small issue during my stay, but they can immediately response and solve the problem, this really made me feel well taken care . I really appreciated their warm service... The location not so convenient, but the sunset views are beautiful. If you looking for a quiet place to release stress, this hotel is a great choice.

The villa is very spacious and clean, suitable for our family of five. Guests can use the services and facilities provided at the hotel. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. It is convenient for those with their own car, as the nearby shops are about 10-15 minutes away. For those without a vehicle, there is a free bus service to Forest City. There is also a delicious Thai restaurant in Forest City. Overall, it is a great place to relax and enjoy a holiday atmosphere.

The minute we enter the room, some kind of bad smell breaks out. When we call the reception, they sent one housekeeping guy and he bring a room spray which does not work. The walk way to pool has no light and it was dark. My kid scared to go pool. Also 15 plus floors, only 1 lift is working. Its a peak hours somemore. Overall not a good stayj

Not too far from eateries, quite a good location. Concierge staff were friendly, but would be great if there are more staff, as there was only one counter open. We waited quite a bit to check-in.
