Los Angeles is 28 degrees Celsius during the day and 13 degrees Celsius at night. The air conditioner does not heat at night. Not a good experience.

Close to many great restaurants and shopping to suit any persons needs. Courteous staff, modern & clean rooms. Outdoor pool is small, but gets the job done. Nice practical, well lit gym, convenient bathroom locations.

Our overall stay at this hotel was good. I am a reward member and I had reserved four rooms but when we got their one of the rooms was not ready. I didn't really notice any benefit for being a reward member. The reserved rooms with double beds. I liked the there was a bedroom and a sofa bed in the front room. I also liked that there was four mirrors in our room. The rooms did need a remodel, some of the cabinets were not sturdy. I also used the weight room. It was alright. It had two ellipticals, two treadmills and a bike, nice machines. They also had a weight rack with a bench. I wish they had mats. Our favorite part was the breakfast, it was really good.

Hotel location is good, opposite the mall, parking requires 18usd Breakfast is very rich, 24 hours coffee and tea supply The room was clean and the weather was too cold to enjoy the pool

The hotel is located in town near Americana Mall. Lobby is big . The room size is ok. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable.

Nice but blow dryer was missing

I booked this hotel in the first place for my sister following her surgery to heal and recover in a nice hotel. I chose this particular hotel because of the location and the pictures online looked pretty nice but this place was straight up nasty. Do not stay here. The air conditioning hardly cooled the room, there were weird bugs/worms in the bathroom and the other guests staying at the hotel were super sketchy looking crackheads. Honestly, it was awful. The bed only had three pillows and when my sister asked for another one, the front desk said that he could only find one but it was really dirty and stained. After two nights of this we decided to move her to a different hotel but unfortunately she had paid for two more nights. She explained her concerns to the front desk and that she wanted to get a refund for her remaining nights and discount on the first nights considering it was unpleasant and all they gave her was some generic email for the manager. My sister kept calling the front desk and finally got a hold of the manager and got her refund but this took hours of calling over and over. The manager was unapologetic and had no intentions of fixing any of the issues she reported. Do NOT stay at this disgusting hotel! If I could give negative circles I would.

Very good hotel, with nice appliances, Clean rooms and very friendly reception desk. Chris at the check in was very helpful and professional. Bathroom spacious. Bed comfortable. Very big Room. Kettle inside. Hair dryer available in Room.

Was fine, no complaints, completely different from San Franciso. City ouzt of order... Robed at the light time and the way of robbery was crazy, unbelievable in 21 century. Animals behave better, SF never again.
