Overall, the stay was good. Service was very friendly and nice. Location was great because there were buses and trains right outside the hotel. For me personally, the bed was hard and uncomfortable and the room was very dusty.

If you expect any kind of service or help from the employees, this isn’t the right hotel for you. The reception forgot my request for a phone charger despite me asking three times and waiting five hours. Parking in the hotel garage costs 35€ a day.

The hotel is on King's Avenue, a veteran five-star hotel in Germany, decorated upscale. There are many types of breakfast, freshly squeezed juice is delicious, you can order the Benidorm eggs made in the picture. Even if it is such an expensive five-star hotel, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, which is the case in Europe.
There is a park next to it and the scenery is very good.

The best thing is that we were able to check in after 12 o'clock! The room is OK, the basic facilities are not perfect, the hotel is big enough, there must be a lot of rooms, not many people stay, the breakfast is average, there are few choices, it is indeed close to King's Road, convenient for shopping, and not far from restaurants,

The room was clean as it was recently renovated I believe. The location was not the best but in a quiet area. The not so great part was when we arrived, the room we selected was not ready even after 3pm. The receptionist gave us a new room next to the lift without asking if we were ok with it. So we had to listen to the lift all night :(

I recently stayed at the Medici Lifestyle Hotel and had a lot to say about the experience. The hotel has a very unique style, as if you were in a museum, and the overall atmosphere and decoration were impressive.

Location: The hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by many attractions and restaurants, and it is very convenient to travel. This saves us a lot of time and energy when visiting the city.
Service: The hotel's service is very thoughtful. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out procedures are very smooth. The room service is also timely and meets our various needs.
Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable. The gym and other public facilities are also well maintained and very convenient to use.
Cons:
Decoration in the room: Although the overall style is unique, the decoration in the room can sometimes make people feel a little scary. The design of some artworks and antiques is exaggerated, which may not suit every guest's taste, especially when alone at night, it may feel uncomfortable.

We come to this hotel every year, and we can see the facilities in the room degrading. The were fine around 2016 to 2019, after covid lock down, when we were back in 2023, still good, and 2024, fine. Till this year, 2025, the toilet flush is half broke, shower head is not in good condition. Breakfast service is shrank, no more take away coffee cups.FromPLN 278

My hotel stay was generally good as it matched the price point. The room was clean and comfortable for a very short stay. Location was great as it was close to the central station. The staff were very welcoming and friendly!

The staff are very friendly and kind. I had a big luggage and arrived late. The elevator was broken and not available. Then they changed my room on the ground floor with no need to use the stairs, which was very helpful. For an asian, it was a surprise they didnt have AC in the guest room. Maybe its normal for European hotel, but it was quite steamy in the room on the very hot day. But it was very manageable you can just take a cold water and indulge yourself on the clean bed naked. lol Another thing a bit of disapoointing was, it was noisy as many young guest stayed, maybe a school trip or something?, and they were very energetic until the late night. you heard ppl running around in the room and party vibes lol. If you want some quiet time here. it depends on your luck. Overall, no regreat to stay here.FromPLN 48

The hotel is comfortable, beautiful, located almost in the center of the city. Most of the interesting places, including the farmers' market are within walking distance. The room is spacious, everything is convenient. The only thing: the bathroom has a long shower tray, but it is only half covered with glass, so when you take a shower, water gets on the bathroom floor.
