When leaving the city, first return to the entrance of Porta do Vale ou Senhora da Graça, then turn right (Graça gate can only enter the city, can not leave the city), south of the city wall all the way to the Portal de Óbidos gate (the gate Can only go out of town, can not enter the city), and then out of the city. The lounge is very comfortable and don't forget to enjoy it. There is a hidden door in the restaurant that leads directly to the top of the castle, so you can climb the high view and not miss it. Before the arrival of the early morning tide of Obidus and the retreat of the evening crowd, the light is soft, quiet and full of the original taste of the ancient city, which is worthy of sweeping the street. The inner city is not big, there are only three main streets in the north-south direction, and it takes only 1-1.5 hours to walk around.

This hotel met all my expectations for the ancient European hotel: the house needless to say, the historical building, the furniture is any 18th century, the decoration is very antique, for me this nostalgia is very strong people undoubtedly full of attraction. The breakfast ceremony is full of sense, the food quality is fresh and delicious, the food is very satisfying, the staff are elegant and generous, warm and thoughtful. Needless to say, the hotel environment is exquisite and beautiful. The pool brings us a lot of happiness and leisure. Of course, this old hotel can't be satisfied every week because the room is not big, such as no coffee tea can be self-service at any time, but it feels very lucky to be able to live in the town medieval festival. The guests here are also very elegant and tasteful, very pleasant! Hopefully I can come here again.

Выбрали отель из-за расположения - для однодневных поездок в Синтру, мыс Рока, Обидуш, Алкобасу и Баталью. Особых требований не было, использовали только как место ночевки. До центра городка можно дойти пешком за 10 минут. Через дорогу тихий и спокойный парк. В соседнем здании торговый центр с супермаркетом. Есть платная подземная парковка (одна для ТЦ и для отеля), мы парковались на уличной за ТЦ бесплатно.  Из минусов - после сильного дождя в один из дней на 3 этаже сильно пахло канализацией, на ресепшене объяснили что это особенность из-за старой канализации. Благо запаха в номере почти не было - только в коридоре. Завтрак стандартный, без изысков.  

The hotel is just inside the walled city, which is easily reached through a small door opening on the wall. The room we were given was large, clean and had all the amenities you needed. The receptionist was also very friendly and informative, providing us with great dinner suggestions, which were really delicious. The only thing you have to lug your luggage from the outside wall to the hotel which we were warned about. And our room was just above the loudspeaker from the attached restaurant, which fortunately shuts at 10.30pm. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

It wasn't just dirty, but the facility itself was over old, so the toilet was also off. ㅠㅠ It's not a 4 star, it's a 2 star, it's not soundproof at all. The door itself was just a wooden door like an old house visit. The smell of sewers came up in the bathroom and disappeared. I think I need a lot of repairs. The staff were friendly! The location was also just the main entrance of Obidus, so it was okay. The city itself is small, so I don't think I'll go again, but I don't think this hotel will go any more.
