The AC was not working properly and while checking I had informed the duty ***ager that the normal tempnature of 24 degrees which I feel is hot kindly arrnage to give me an room with some more low temp but he told me that it's chilling now and when I went to room it was hot
So resulting in checking out in just 3 hours bcoz I was feeling uncomfortable and hot .

Good hotel clean good staff great food . Near a mall lots of food choices. Good size rooms . Only problem they will check u out early so Ur key will stop working But the ***agers are very responsive. Close to the airport. 20 mins to get to the hotel

The hotel is about 20 minutes from the domestic T1 airport in Mumbai and 1 hour from the international airport. The overall environment is OK, and it is very comfortable to live.

prefect location to Bombay Convention Center. You can walk from BCC to hotel in 15 min in case of not catching the taxi. But the road to hotel is not comfortable.
Everything inside hotel is satisfactory.

Hotel facilities are old, and the various switch settings are quite different. The toilet pulls the door and does not move. The curtains and blinds were pulled up and put down for 5 minutes... The restaurant service was garbage. I ordered two dishes with the guests. After 40 minutes, the guests complained that the food was slow, and the waiter did not accept the account, causing the guests to be unhappy. Breakfast is not rich.

Not bad, the hotel service is very good, but the Indian hotel entrance will be more scented and need to adapt. The surrounding area is a bit far from the supermarket, and the traffic at the hotel entrance is heavy.

The hotel is OK, upgraded a suite with a living room, which is very large. The sanitation of the hotel is still average, the shower room is actually connected to a door, behind the door is the plumbing line or something, a bit scary

Excellent ambience,location, comfort,clean and accommodating staff.Rooms are clean and hygine leval is high.The staff is very friendly and trained to look after the guest with politness and positive approach.Hotel ***agent is stricly following all covid 19 protocol.Daily buffet breakfast was superb at restaurant.I had eaten chicken kabab rolls and malai tikka rolls it was very delicious and also the meals are excellent at peppercorn restaurant.Check in was very Smooth .Mr Bhushan at reception was very helpful,impressive and the ***ager Mr Saurabh was very soft ,courteous and helpful during our stay . We will definitely visit again ..all the best
