🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An absolutely wonderful stay! The location is unbeatable – just a minute’s walk to the Haram. The hotel is spotless, always smells fresh, and the staff at reception and housekeeping are extremely professional, humble, and welcoming. Rooms are perfectly sized, with cozy beds, excellent bathrooms, and great amenities. I loved the complimentary Nespresso machine with unlimited pods, free drinks, and the fruit/snack basket delivered every other day. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes and an impressive selection of teas and coffees. The hotel also has a beautiful prayer area. For families, this hotel is perfect – it has a kids’ nursery and play area with a nanny’s supervision, so parents can relax while children are entertained in a safe environment. One of the best hotels in Madinah – highly recommended for both families and solo travelers.

Excellent, clean hotel with a good location. The only disadvantages are that some of the room service staff are uncooperative and take time to serve even after requesting. The strange thing is that one of them lies and claims that we refuse the service. Most of the things we ask for, we say they are not available, and the coffee capsules are delayed from the restaurant, unfortunately.

Excellent stay. I booked this hotel on short notice after leaving another property that didn't meet expectations, and honestly, everything was perfect, no complaints whatsoever. The hotel is ideally located, directly opposite the Prophet's Mosque, which is incredibly convenient for prayers and getting around. The location is truly exceptional. The room was very clean, well-maintained, comfortable, quiet, and exactly as advertised. The staff are professional and respectful, and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. A real relief after a bad experience elsewhere. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Medina.

We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

With close proximity to the airport and a prompt shuttle service, we managed to catch some winks before getting ready to leave the hotel at 2:30 for our 5am red eye flight. The hotel also provide shuttle service to Masjid Nabawi every prayer time so it is also a good consideration to stay at this hotel when visiting Masjid Nabawi. The hotel amenities is excellent, we wish we could have stayed longer instead of just the night before our flight. Keep it up, Millenium Madinah Airport!

Location: Excellent, just 50m from the mosque compound and right next to Bin Dawood. Cleanliness is excellent and room furnishings are high quality, it is newly renovated and just reopened 9 months ago according to staff. Pillows are comfortable and fluffy and Aircon is good. Excellent view from 11 floor double room. Breakfast spread is excellent, I have stayed at Pullman before and it is comparable. The staff are very polite and friendly - special thanks to Staff Mr Idris. Only one lift lobby with 5 lifts so you just need to make sure you leave 15 minutes earlier before adhan but lifts are new and fast. Overall excellent stay. Do take note Trip.com description is inaccurate . Double room does not have 2 single beds, only king sized bed and you will not be able to have connecting rooms as they only have one double room on each floor apparently
