Decided to do a 1 night stay during my day off to get a feel for the hotel again before booking a longer stay later this year. Currently the hotel is undergoing its schedule renovation to refresh and modernize the rooms. The section I stayed at was not renovated yet but it also meant I didn’t hear or notice any sort of major construction going on, which was nice.
Initially got an ocean view room with a King Bed. I arrived pretty early to the hotel, around 10am, which was way ahead of the scheduled check in of 4pm. The front desk worker did assist me by checking to see if any other rooms were available for early check in. I opted to take the same ocean view but with two queen beds only because I had an online video meeting to attend at 11am and needed the room asap. The front desk employee also informed me that they were doing a special discounted upgrade pricing for rooms and I inquired about a suite. He said a suite would be available in an hour and I could go and look inside if I wanted to take the room for the upgrade.
After my meeting, I took a look at the suite which was on the top floor. Was happy with the view and extras, plus the price was decent for the upgrade so I switched from a single room to suite.
Overall a nice 1 day getaway. Room was clean and spacious. Employees were helpful and friendly. Restaurants were good (have eaten there before). Hoping to stay again but for a longer period of time in a few months.

Waldorf Astoria is not necessarily the best in terms of hardware and service among the high-star first-line sea-view hotels in Waiale Beach, but it is definitely the most cost-effective (compared to the several thousand or even tens of thousands of hotels next to it) . The location is good. The isolation is a shopping plaza. It is a 5-minute walk. You have to go shopping. There are also cheap supermarkets where you can buy delicious sandwiches and hamburgers for breakfast. All guests can only park valet, $65 per night for unlimited car pick-up, hard enough, tip when picking up the car, generous and casual, $10 for visitors three hours before parking, visual observation every night during peak hours, valet The little brothers and uncles who parked drove the car almost flying, earning a lot of tips. The hotel lobby is transparent and gorgeous, and the swimming pool is huge. It consists of multiple swimming pools, hot tubs and rockery slides. The management is strict, and non-hotel guests have no chance to use it. The hotel's gardens and green plants are quite satisfactory. The central sculpture fountain pool, European-style round pavilion, chapel and other landscapes are refreshing. The beach is clean and soft, and the sea water is clear. The room service is worthy of the Waldorf Astoria brand, and it can generally meet any needs. I even asked if there is a microwave to heat things. The room staff actually moved one to the room, which is amazing.
