We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai. The staff service was exceptional, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The team was always checking if we needed anything or if housekeeping was required, which made us feel truly well looked after.
The breakfast buffet staff were extremely attentive and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us and provide items we requested, even when they were not listed on the menu. Their goal was clearly to ensure that guests enjoy their meal and leave happy.
A special mention goes to their unique Food Spa service, where hot water is provided for soaking the feet for relaxation. This service can be requested and is delivered to the room within around 20 minutes, which was a very thoughtful and relaxing experience.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, making me feel both safe and welcomed throughout my stay.
I chose this hotel primarily because of its close proximity to my conference venue, which made my schedule much more manageable. Although I didn’t have much time to explore the city, I was grateful to have a short window before my conference began. The hotel arranged a driver for me—Senthil—who was incredibly kind and efficient. In that limited time, he managed to take me to several key spots, allowing me to experience Mumbai, even if only briefly. I truly appreciated his effort and thoughtfulness.

I recently stayed at The Leela Mumbai, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—close to the airport yet incredibly peaceful once inside the property.
The room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I needed. The staff deserve special appreciation: warm, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick.
Dining was another highlight. The food at Citrus was exceptional, with great variety and excellent quality. Room service was prompt and well-presented.
The hotel’s pool, gardens, and fitness center create a relaxing, resort-like atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind after a busy day.

We had a truly pleasant weeklong stay at Taj Lands End. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout. The breakfast spread was quite good, offering plenty of variety.
While frontline staff rightly receive the most recognition, I’d like to shine a light on the silent warriors behind the scenes—the housekeeping team, who work tirelessly to ensure every guest is comfortable. Great experience at Taj Mahal Tower, from the check in, to the room service, to the breakfast variety and restaurant food everything was superb.
Located just outside India gate.
The little touches like the traditional welcome and the complimentary heritage tour make it all the more special.
The room service staff were friendly and nothing was too much effort for them.

Stayed here for 1 night as a transit hotel after a short trip in Mumbai. The hotel looks very grand from the outside and gives a good first impression. However, during check-in, I was given a room with 2 queen beds even though I had booked a king bed room. The receptionist told me it was a very beautiful room, so I accepted it, but honestly it felt like just a normal room. I believe the king bed rooms were likely sold out, which was probably why I was given a first-floor room instead.
I was not very happy about that, but since it was only a transit stay and I had to wake up early for my flight, I decided not to make an issue out of it. Another downside was the airport drop-off service, which cost 1700 INR including tax ($25 dollars)for only about a 10-minute ride. It felt quite expensive, but with a 4 am flight, I still paid for the convenience. Overall, okay for a short transit stay, but not perfect.FromTRY 5,504

This hotel is 5-6 kilometers from the airport, definitely not within walking distance as stated on Ctrip, so you have to take a taxi. The room was extremely small, the bed was damp, and the sheets had stains. I booked a king-size bed but got two tiny twin beds, probably less than a meter wide each. There were no slippers in the room. For 600 RMB, it's worse than a 200 RMB Hanting hotel in China. I will not stay here again.FromTRY 2,780

For those booking a seaview/ocean view room, should know that many rooms offer only a ”glimpse” of the sea from one corner of the window. What is on your face is an old dilapidated building right outside. I believe rooms #15 and upwards of higher floors may offer a better view (i.e rooms to the right of the lift lobby. But they are probably offered to the frequent guests.
Rest, everything was good including a good buffet breakfast. Marriage functions could scuttle ur ”relax by the pool” plans since the entire area is cordoned off. So thats a bummer..FromTRY 4,698

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Airport Terminal 2, making it perfect for travelers catching a flight.
However, the check-in experience was significantly marred by an unprofessional front desk. I was assigned an uncleaned, dirty room, which is a rare oversight. Fortunately, the room itself was outstanding: spacious, clean and tidy (including the bath towels), with a plentiful supply of drinking water. The best part was the bathroom system; the water heated up quickly, the pressure was strong, and the toiletries smelled great.
