I chose this hotel because it was close to the ferry terminal for the World Heritage site of Elephanta Island and I wanted to take pictures of the night view of the Gateway of India (under renovation) and the Taj Mahal Hotel. I could see the ocean from the window, but the seagulls were a bit noisy in the morning and it was a shame that there was no hair dryer. However, having breakfast on the outdoor terrace listening to background music was great!

Quite a good hotel for India. They don't clean every day. Or maybe every day, we weren't told how it should be and got cleaning only once in 3 days. Very good exchange rate from USD to INR. Breakfast is monotonous enough, but pleasant. A bit expensive for such a hotel, but it is in the heart of Colaba!

We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai. The staff service was exceptional, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The team was always checking if we needed anything or if housekeeping was required, which made us feel truly well looked after.
The breakfast buffet staff were extremely attentive and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us and provide items we requested, even when they were not listed on the menu. Their goal was clearly to ensure that guests enjoy their meal and leave happy.
A special mention goes to their unique Food Spa service, where hot water is provided for soaking the feet for relaxation. This service can be requested and is delivered to the room within around 20 minutes, which was a very thoughtful and relaxing experience.

Stayed there for one night, check-in took a bit of time not sure why but the check out took only a few second, the staff are very friendly, getting Uber to the hotel lobby is confusing for the drivers, rooms are massive with comfy beds and pillows. Most stunning and Incredible hotel and stay. All the staff right from the entrance, to check in desk, porters, security to house keeping were all excellent and very friendly. Breakfast options were always very good and plentiful but I would advise going early to avoid queues and sitting outside where I didn't find the service to be very good on the one day we had to sit outside. The management really went out of their way for us to help us with a few issues we had. The hotel is wonderful, in a great location. Everything is very, very good, except for one very big 'BUT'. According to hotel policy, check-in is at 2 PM. I arrived at the hotel at 2:10 PM, and after all the paperwork was done, they told me to wait 15 minutes because the room wasn't ready yet 😅😅. Five stars, seriously? I thought, 'okay, these things happen,' but I ended up getting into the room at 3:15 PM!!! This is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Stayed here for 1 night as a transit hotel after a short trip in Mumbai. The hotel looks very grand from the outside and gives a good first impression. However, during check-in, I was given a room with 2 queen beds even though I had booked a king bed room. The receptionist told me it was a very beautiful room, so I accepted it, but honestly it felt like just a normal room. I believe the king bed rooms were likely sold out, which was probably why I was given a first-floor room instead.
I was not very happy about that, but since it was only a transit stay and I had to wake up early for my flight, I decided not to make an issue out of it. Another downside was the airport drop-off service, which cost 1700 INR including tax ($25 dollars)for only about a 10-minute ride. It felt quite expensive, but with a 4 am flight, I still paid for the convenience. Overall, okay for a short transit stay, but not perfect.FromRUB 8,436

This hotel is 5-6 kilometers from the airport, definitely not within walking distance as stated on Ctrip, so you have to take a taxi. The room was extremely small, the bed was damp, and the sheets had stains. I booked a king-size bed but got two tiny twin beds, probably less than a meter wide each. There were no slippers in the room. For 600 RMB, it's worse than a 200 RMB Hanting hotel in China. I will not stay here again.FromRUB 4,902

Observed and experienced only hotel for the 9 days trip in India from Delhi to agra, to Juipur to Mumbai, and really helped customers nor doing the work for tips. Housekeeping guy was very considerable and helpful in sending extra towel, a soft and a hard pillow for my kid to sleep better. Keep up the standard and service, 4 Seasons Mumbai would be the first choice next trip to Mumbai. 👍

For those booking a seaview/ocean view room, should know that many rooms offer only a ”glimpse” of the sea from one corner of the window. What is on your face is an old dilapidated building right outside. I believe rooms #15 and upwards of higher floors may offer a better view (i.e rooms to the right of the lift lobby. But they are probably offered to the frequent guests.
Rest, everything was good including a good buffet breakfast. Marriage functions could scuttle ur ”relax by the pool” plans since the entire area is cordoned off. So thats a bummer..FromRUB 8,068

Holiday Inn is generally a good hotel close to Terminal 2 of Mumbai Airport. The beauty is that despite the hotel being under renovation, there was no interference with the stay. One can’t tell whether renovations are going on. Rooms are spacious and clean. I got a window view on the 6th floor and had a better view of what Mumbai is. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Airport Terminal 2, making it perfect for travelers catching a flight.
However, the check-in experience was significantly marred by an unprofessional front desk. I was assigned an uncleaned, dirty room, which is a rare oversight. Fortunately, the room itself was outstanding: spacious, clean and tidy (including the bath towels), with a plentiful supply of drinking water. The best part was the bathroom system; the water heated up quickly, the pressure was strong, and the toiletries smelled great.
Overall, despite the service process needing improvement, it's still a very good value-for-money option near Mumbai Airport.FromRUB 6,156
