Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. Looking at the pictures of bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Disposable slippers are provided. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: There is no dry and wet separation. Breakfast: Look at the pictures for yourself. Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite careless during their stay. The hotel pictures match the actual room pictures. The relationship with the front desk is handled very well.

My stay at Pride Inn Azure was fantastic. The staff were accommodating, friendly, helpful, kind. Everyone smiled and went above and beyond if I had any questions. The room was huge. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby both nights. The breakfast was very tasty, with so many options to choose from. The service was outstanding. The hotel’s décor and furnishings was immaculate. I felt very comfortable here and I highly recommend it. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. The only thing that’s a bit uncomfortable is where the pool is located. You have to walk past the outdoor restaurant seating to go to the pool. I wish the changing rooms lead directly to the pool. I didn’t use the pool for that reason. The gym had great equipment. There was a personal trainer there who helped me achieve a fantastic full body workout. He was brilliant. I love mostly everything about the hotel. I’d love to thank Maryann in particular for her outstanding service. She’s a real gem. But honestly, all the staff were amazing. The hotel is also in a great location - woth shops and malls within a short walking distance. I’ll be back and I’ll tell everyone I know about my experience. Thank you!!FromPLN 226

This is a really nice hotel in the Commercial Business District. The best thing about here is the breakfast which has a really nice spread including an egg station, beef/chicken sausages, and pancakes. I also used the gym frequently where they provided towels and water.
Everyone was always so friendly.
While it is centrally located, it’s not the safest neighborhood at night - during the day it seemed fine (but you must always take care of your phone). We didn’t mind it because we were always out and when we came back to the hotel, we never left again each night.FromPLN 162

Overall this hotel was good. The breakfast food spread was amazing and the A-la-cart items you could order at dinner were very fancy and delicious.
The staff was friendly and kind (but they often seemed overwhelmed with work). There was a huge walking path in the back of the lot. The grounds were beautiful. The hotel was clean. The gym was small; it included a rack of dumbbells, two or three treadmills, an elliptical machine, and one yoga mat. The water jug in the gym was empty.
We wouldn’t stay here again because there are really nice hotels nearby for 1/3 of the cost. Maybe the food variety wouldn’t be as good as Eka, or less beautiful grounds, but Eka was not worth the extra cost. We stayed two nights and the entire time couldn’t see where the $125 a night value was coming from.
Sadly, the other Nairobi hotel ratings on Trip are lower, like 3.5. An example hotel is Maison Royale. But if you’re looking for a good hotel just a bit less fancy, go somewhere else.FromPLN 428

I stayed here twice, once on arrival and again the day before my flight home. The first time, I was a bit disappointed because I was on the 5th floor and my window looked out onto a terrace. However, my second stay was on the 9th floor with an amazing view overlooking Nairobi National Park, which really boosted my overall impression! I could even spot giraffes and ostriches with binoculars.
The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with absolutely no complaints. Security was also excellent. I had expected there to be more shops within the building, but aside from about three restaurants, most of the other spaces were vacant. We loved staying at this hotel which is absolutely steeped in history. Staying here feels like taking a step back in history and the art deco design of the bar was just gorgeous. However, it was the staff that really made our stay memorable. They made us feel special and welcome from the moment we walked into the hotel. It just happened to be my birthday and they went out of their way to make it feel so very special. In particular, Kanja and Christine, were just fantastic and made us feel very welcome.
