There was no comment when I brushed the hotel. I checked other places and found good reviews before I could book with confidence. The result was beyond expectations! The hotel is located on the mountain, so the scenery is super good, but there is no need to worry about travel. The hotel will have a shuttle bus to send guests to the town or the bus stop. The Tangquan in the public area of the hotel is not big, it is recommended to have a family private soup. You can book your time when you check in. The dinner and breakfast provided are also satisfactory.

Sink → There are two, but one of them has a missing faucet ❓
Shower → There's only one.
What are they going to do when multiple people are using it? 😢

Sure enough, the water temperature of the hot springs meets the requirements. In order to adapt to foreigners who don’t like heat, many hot springs have lowered the water temperature, so it doesn’t feel like soaking. The interior style is also the feeling of the Taisho era😄

The room was thoughtfully furnished and very clean. The rocking chair was incredibly relaxing, and the streamlined lamp created a wonderful ambiance at night.
Because it was close to Christmas season, there were Christmas carols playing, which really added to the atmosphere ☺️. I especially loved the open-air hot spring, which was right next to my accommodation, making it very convenient to use anytime, although you had to go before 9 PM.
However, if you're using public transportation, regardless of the hotel you stay at, I generally don't recommend bringing luggage, as there are many uphill and downhill sections, as well as numerous stone steps.

It was nice to be able to stay at a reasonable price in Kurokawa Onsen town (a little far from the center, about a 10-minute walk, but still within walking distance). The room was equipped with a microwave, which was convenient.
The hot spring on the premises was also nice, but unfortunately it closed early at 9pm and opened late at 7am, which was disappointing. Also, the free Wi-Fi signal was weak and I couldn't connect.
The pillow was thin and memory foam, which didn't suit me. The bed mattress was comfortable.

This is a large ryokan located around Kurokawa Onsen, with a main building and an annex. This time, we booked a room in the annex, which was very spacious and even had a loft. There were two private onsen baths right in the room, and another one just outside the room. The experience was absolutely incredible.

A very warm hot spring hotel, the dinner includes pre-meal, main meal, boiled food, steamed food and dessert, served in batches, like Western food, breakfast is also very rich; soup pools are distributed on two floors with a total of more than a dozen, male soup and female soup They come separately, and there are two hours in the morning when the male and female pools are switched. There is also a private soup pool, which is free for hotel guests. It is recommended that the hotel clean the hand-held shower for bathing or replace it with a new one.

The room is not small we got some good space here. The onsens are perfect but for a private onsen room you need to reserve and they only give you around 20 min each which i think should give more time for people who book private onsen since we have to shower also onsen. But public onsens are good I feel very refreshed after onsen.
The food is good on some menus I love beef steak and rice for dinner. Milk here is so delicious other menu is ok but not wow. The portion of each menu is quite small but at the end I'm full.

The hotel is in a very remote place. If you don't drive by yourself, it takes 15 minutes by bus. There are only a few buses a day, so transportation is inconvenient.
The room is on the underground floor, facing the trees at the back. The interior of the house is decorated in wood color, but the bathroom is in the style of an old-style hot spring hotel. The hotel has indoor and outdoor hot springs, but the outdoor hot springs are not hot enough.

I stayed here while sightseeing along the Shimanto River.
The amenities here included lotion, milky lotion, and even makeup remover, which was extremely convenient for female guests. (*^ω^)
They also had game consoles available for rent, so I played the Famicom, my childhood obsession, for the first time in decades!
(There were several other game consoles to choose from besides the Famicom.)
There was a souvenir shop and restaurant right next door, so I had no trouble finding a place to eat or buy souvenirs. ☆
The shower and toilet were separate, and the sofas were spacious.
I had a comfortable stay.
I was also given some snacks along with my welcome drink.

I just happened to see a hotel in Taipei in order to eat at an izakaya. The room was large, but the facilities were old and the hot spring was small. I didn’t know why there were floating objects in the hot spring that day... Someone must have done something unhygienic. I hope the hotel can be repaired at any time. Confirm the hygiene level of the hot spring.
The breakfast is very good, simple and delicious, and the scenery is great. It is a good place to relax. The only inconvenience is that there is an access control. You need to return to the hotel before 10 o'clock, or call in advance to inform you that you will be late!FromUS$86

The hotel is about a ten to fifteen-minute walk from Nakamura Station. However, its proximity to souvenir shops, restaurants, and convenience stores makes it quite convenient. Just be aware that the nearby restaurant closes at 9 PM.
Breakfast is a complimentary buffet for guests. I can only say the Oden was delicious, but everything else was rather subpar.
It was fully booked due to Golden Week, so I couldn't switch to a non-smoking room. However, the window could be opened for fresh air and ventilation, and there was also a humidifier in the room, so I was still reasonably satisfied.FromUS$33

Grandma Ling is a very nice person. She rents bicycles for free, even though they are a little old. This saves me thousands of dollars. You can rent them at the station. In addition, although the place is relatively old, it is clean and spacious. Grandma Ling is very considerate and turned on the air conditioner for me to come back.
