The location of this hotel is superb, surrounded by famous shops. It is very convenient for shopping, as you can get back to the hotel and put down the commodities at anytime. It is a 10-minute walk from both Milan Cathedral and the Renaissance department store.

The hotel room, amenities, food, location etc. were excellent, and the bellboys in particular were very helpful and kind. The reason I have not given an excellent rating is related to the topic about which I complained repeatedly to the staff and they were not able to or willing to solve. There was a group of 6 guests (three couples) that were staying in the Vista Lago rooms below us and they were smoking ********* all day on their terrace. The smell came onto our balcony continuously and we could barely sit outside or keep the door open, something we paid for. Apparently nothing could be done beyond asking them to be considerate, which they were not. This was after I made 2-3 complaints and there was usually no follow up from the staff providing me updates on the matter unless I asked. I was told that they could not prove for certain the guests were smoking drugs, but that explanation does not seem credible. They could have easily come to my room and seen them do it with their own eyes, if they chose to. Additionally, if any guest smoked in the room and damaged it you would charge them anyways for the damage without seeing them do it first hand. I am surprised that these guests were allowed to break both the hotel's regulations and Italian law openly on the property with no repercussions. My guess is that they were spending a lot of money and management was willing to put up with it at the expense of other guests. Anyways, overall I had a good time but I will likely not return to this property in the future.

Italians have a bad attitude and temper, and I don't know where this confidence comes from. However, the waiters of the Milan Mandarin Hotel are still trained according to global standards, which still makes the occupants very comfortable. Can be said to be worth the price. But don't expect anything higher.

We loved the hotel. Very good atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Great Room. Restaurants are amazing. Best hotel in Milano. 10-11 Restaurant breakfast has so many options. Beef Bar food is very good. I loved Longevity Spa. Best pool and Cryotherapy machine. Very good service.

I really like the style of Armani Hotel, minimalist design concept, the room size is not very large, but the hotel in the center of Europe is basically like this, the location is excellent, eating and shopping to the attractions is very convenient, very recommended, breakfast is more expensive.

The classic-style hotel is elegant and the rooms are not very comfortable, but they are quite comfortable. In particular, the choice of bed linen is better than that of a hotel of the same class! If you stay at this hotel, you must not miss the garden breakfast!

The hotel furnishings, crafted by Italian artisans, echoes the famous works of Milanese sculptors and artists. My room was decked out in 1960's inspired decor. A blend of texture and color with a fusion of glass elements added a streaming effect to the atmosphere. The warm palette of blue, walnut, cream and grey complete with an electrified desk provided a homey feel to the surroundings. The bath had significant appeal with brass fittings and a funky, unusually shaped, double sinks. The Michelin-starred restaurant is the Casa's highlight attraction with it's menu of traditional Italian specials accompanied by a dash of East Asian influences. I fell for the fish (pan-fried crustaceans).............heavenly. So , if you want a small boutique hotel that aims to be your home away from home..............then try the...........
