From two aspects 1- Judging from the objective evaluation of Rddison Blu, this hotel is very poor. There are hot holes in the carpet, the balcony door cannot be closed, the bathtub equipment is broken, the water is still yellow, the outdoor swimming pool is too cold to swim, the breakfast is meager, and the cash machine is broken. 3 points. 2-Considering the level of this country, that’s not bad. There are not many decent buildings in Mozambique. To have such a modern international hotel is probably the best choice in the city. It's worse if you don't live anywhere else. 5 points Average score: 4

The hotel is located in the embassy area. We experienced the strike after the presidential election that day, but the hotel is very safe. Police patrols pass by from time to time. There is a Chinese restaurant with good food. It seems to be a hotel opened by Anhui Foreign Economic and Trade Office.

Hotel is well located. Check-in is easy and efficient with all the details and amenities explained. Breakfast is scrumptious and service is great. I was disappointed with the fact that you do not have access to an iron and laundry service only opens at 7am. Be prepared to attend meetings with wrinkled clothing if you arrive at night. Everything else checks the right boxes and staff are friendly and respectful.

The place on a whole was nice the staff here were friendly and polite and very helpful especially the housekeepers. There was a few issues in regards to the room such as the AC TVS’s safe shower head leaking. The tv issue got resolved after three days being with no signal the AC issues well maintenance came but did nothing to resolve the issues there was a leak in the bedroom with regards to the AC but I had to fix that leak myself mentioned the leak in the bathroom regarding shower head and was told that he would come back the following day but that following day didn’t happen at all so I stopped complaining. Internet was also another issue going down quite frequently but that was managed very well once I made them aware of it. But for a value for money hotel I can suggest it but just be sure to know you may have issues or this was a one off issue with my room these are some views from the room And the safe issue

The staff are having good service attitude, The room is clean and tidy, new cluster decoration. The breakfast is average but satisfactory for a business traveller like me. L'hôtel Tivoli Maputo est situé en plein centre-ville de Maputo, proche de la gare centrale et de son musée du train (CFM), de la ”casa de ferro” et du musée de la banque du Mozambique. Vous pouvez facilement vous rendre à pied au Maputo Shopping Center en 5min ou vous rendre vers les mall en taxi ou en Yango (le Uber du Mozambique). L'hôtel est très propre, grand et le personnel parle parfaitement anglais et est très aimable. La chambre est spacieuse avec une baignoire dans la salle de bain, un nécessaire de toilette et un sèche-cheveux. La chambre possède un grand lit, une TV, une bouilloire avec thés et cafés à disposition. Marcher dans les environs de l'hôtel est sûr mais notez qu'il n'y a pas d'agent de change à proximité. Mon séjour s'est très bien passé et je serais heureux de séjourner à nouveau dans cet hôtel.

The place was nice comfortable, the guy at reception is really nice and helpful. Location if you're looking to be in the downtown hustle and bustle area is key. The only bad experience was the cleaning stuff searching through my stuff and making it obvious that someone was looking for cash coz my passport was not taken, so if management can address this with the cleaning team.
