Staff kind of good, in the room is clean enough , clean on request a wonderful view from the balcony to the sea, first line, But the precipitation stayed, banned for almost half a year , the price of the hotel was put then very low, I paid on the website, But allegedly my booking was not and with the site on which I ordered, they are not cooperating. I immediately asked if there were rooms, said yes, paid 2 times the price on the site. Agreed. The money that I paid on the site returned. Refused many who have ordered rooms through the sites and people have had problems. Preliminary, if you book a hotel call to the hotel necessarily!!!

I want to say that from this gesta did not want to leave, but since we looked at the unawatun, I had to go further)
The gest is excellent, the hosts are very friendly and hospitality!
We lived on the third floor, it was clean in the room and in the bathroom. Water in the room, tea, coffee and teapot. For 1500 rupees, breakfast is quite decent and saturated. The bonus was that there was a mountain near and you could see monkeys in wildlife) and still saw there varana and pawlin)
We are satisfied with the accommodation 😍
It is noted that the gest is located in a distance from the road, 150 meters, and to the beach of the meter 300 from the force, a nearby coffee shop, a cafe and a restaurant.

Hotel is simple. Hot water on solar energy if the day is rainy, it is not much. No pool. But overall one of the best in his class. Rooms match photos. The pipeline is not killed. Clean, clean. Despite not even the second line, to the beach less than 70m. If I'm still in this place, I'll be happy to stop right away.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by wonderfully friendly staff at the reception desk, and our positive impression continued when we saw our room. It was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean and a perfect space to relax in. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm dipped when we looked out the window. We had eagerly anticipated the sea view we booked, but found ourselves on the first floor looking directly onto the main path to the restaurant. The lack of both a view and privacy was a real disappointment. The challenges were compounded by a local festival taking place during our stay. This rendered the beach unusable due to the sheer volume of people. Worse, the road closures made leaving the hotel a logistical headache, leaving us feeling a bit trapped. A final frustration was discovering there were no shops nearby and no convenience store in the hotel itself, so be sure to pack everything you might need. In summary, while we can't fault the hotel on its cleanliness or the friendliness of its staff, the experience was significantly hampered by the room mix-up and the festival chaos. It wasn’t a bad stay, but it was far from the relaxing getaway we had planned.From€158

Very friendly staff, small number of rooms. Although it's a la carte, the breakfast is very tasty and varied. Infinity pool with magnificent views. Nearby is one of the best beaches on the island without waves - Jungle beach. I highly recommend choosing this place. The main asset of this place is the staff. Everything. What was not noted when booking was the lack of glass in the windows. They are closed with decorative wooden shutters, as the hotel is decorated in a traditional style. But opening these shutters means listening to all the sounds that you can already hear quite well, and in the evening mosquitoes will fly in. Some people won’t notice, but I was in a small room with no windows, and without daylight it wasn’t very good. The mattress was comfortable. The breakfasts are good. The room I was originally given was close to the street and was very noisy. Later, I was given a room close to the sea, and the beach was right outside the door🏖. Of course, I only stayed for two nights and left early.
The room was large and nice, with sufficient air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The only problem was that the hot water was not hot enough for this generation of hotels. It was probably warm water. I hoped I wouldn't catch a cold after taking a shower.

We can not say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive to details. We arrived at 3:00am and the hotel had prepared some fruit and sandwiches for our arrival. My wife is celiac and the staff did an amazing job ensuring there were food options available for her. They even prepared traditional Sri Lankan food for us to try. The beach club gets very busy during the day but we still felt like the only guests there. This place has a great island vibe with music and different entertainment daily. We will definitely be returning before the end of our trip.From€87
