Отличная вилла, по доступной цене в красивом месте. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Всегда на связи, всегда решает все проблемы. Чисто, удобно спокойно. Отдыхала в начале июня почти одна на вилле. Номер практичный и чистый. Кондиционер и 2 вентилятора в номере. Я снимала апартамент. Заранее знала, что пляж далеко. Тук-тук всегда готов отвезти куда нужно и привезти. Управляющий отелем РАШ очень приятный молодой человек. Говорит на русском. Я без знания языка, чувствовала себя комфортно. Очень довольна, что выбрала эту виллу.

One of the best hotels in Unawatuna. I didn't get to fully experience the breakfasts during my three-day stay, but I have other hotels to compare it to. The grounds are great, and there's a gym. My first day was very unpleasant, as I was given a room I was extremely unhappy with. The following two days were a bit better, perhaps because my expectations had already been lowered. For some reason, the front desk staff I encountered on my arrival day seemed to be targeting me and gave me the worst room, which made me furious. All the other staff I met afterward were very good. Trip.com tried their best to help me resolve the issue, but the hotel remained unyielding. They promised to switch me to a sea-view room on the last day, but that never materialized; their promises to Trip.com's representative were completely unfulfilled. Luckily, I had already mentally prepared myself, so I didn't even bring it up. I didn't want to waste any more energy communicating with the hotel.
The older gentleman from the restaurant department and I got along quite well. He mentioned that the owner isn't even local, perhaps in Australia or elsewhere, or even if in Sri Lanka, they'd be in Colombo. So, I constantly felt that this unyielding hotel manager's management skills were truly subpar.
Finally, some advice for everyone: this is one of the hotels with the best scenery in the area, but if you do decide to stay here, make sure to communicate your needs clearly in advance. The better rooms in this hotel are on the 2nd and 3rd floors; the 1st floor is just acceptable, and the ground floor has very poor ventilation and natural light.FromBRL 323

The main asset of this place is the staff. Everything. What was not noted when booking was the lack of glass in the windows. They are closed with decorative wooden shutters, as the hotel is decorated in a traditional style. But opening these shutters means listening to all the sounds that you can already hear quite well, and in the evening mosquitoes will fly in. Some people won’t notice, but I was in a small room with no windows, and without daylight it wasn’t very good. The mattress was comfortable. The breakfasts are good. The hotel staff were friendly and approachable. Food from the hotel kitchen tasted good and was well priced. Rooms were clean and there was a pool just outside my room. It was possible to clearly hear people playing in the pool, or eating by the room, when I was in my room. This was not an issue for me bu if you need more privacy, I would recommend looking for a room further away from the pool. FromBRL 73

Отель очень понравился. Находится в отдалении от шумной улицы , в живописном месте. Наш номер был с видом на океан и это главный плюс. Персонал очень приветливый. Завтраки вкусные . Не далеко от отеля есть кафе Лемонграсс в котором мы почти всегда ужинали. Порции огромные, цены не высокие. Когда в отеле был заявлен вечером буфет , мы ужинали в отеле. Тоже очень все вкусно . Познакомились с местным жителем ****, который возил нас на тук-туке на достопримечательности. Хорошо говорит на русском, английском и итальянском языках. The room I was originally given was close to the street and was very noisy. Later, I was given a room close to the sea, and the beach was right outside the door🏖. Of course, I only stayed for two nights and left early.
The room was large and nice, with sufficient air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The only problem was that the hot water was not hot enough for this generation of hotels. It was probably warm water. I hoped I wouldn't catch a cold after taking a shower.

We can not say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive to details. We arrived at 3:00am and the hotel had prepared some fruit and sandwiches for our arrival. My wife is celiac and the staff did an amazing job ensuring there were food options available for her. They even prepared traditional Sri Lankan food for us to try. The beach club gets very busy during the day but we still felt like the only guests there. This place has a great island vibe with music and different entertainment daily. We will definitely be returning before the end of our trip.FromBRL 544

We were greeted with a welcome drink and checked into our room fairly quickly.
The room was large enough, but not clean enough. The bathroom was very disappointing because it was dirty.
We couldn't fill the jacuzzi for an hour. The location is good (the hotel is in the mountains), but it's very difficult to get there by tuk-tuk, and there are no cafes nearby, so it's impossible to order food delivery.
We arrived at this hotel for one night.
