Check in was fast. I had to accept a two bed room, to have an early check in and start all my working schedule. Rooms are modern and comfortable, with a very nice view, cause all rooms start from the 18th floor. Sleeping quality is great, very silent. Meals in room service and restaurant are so good. Service in the restaurant is not too fast, specially if you arrive before 7 am. Check out was really fast and easy.

Best customers service received in a long while. All employees were very attentive and polite. Front desk and restaurant services were fantastic. I will be choosing this as my home property. Well done! The location allows you to go out for a nice walk, get back use the nice pool and or enjoy their spa services. For sure this place is top of the line.

We arrived late at night and did not realize what part of Monterrey we were staying in. Instantly we were impressed with the hotel. The staff was accommodating and extremely friendly. Even past midnight on a Wednesday, someone that spoke English was working the desk which made check-on a breeze. When we woke up in the morning and opened the drapes, it was floor to ceiling windows facing south and an amazing view of the mountain range. Not only that, we were in the most cosmopolitan area of the city. There are tons of restaurants, bars, a massive mall, all within walking distance. We ate breakfast every morning at 1856, the on-premises restaurant. It was amazing. Yes, a buffet but one that was top notch and enough choices to make anyone happy. The pasole on Saturday was perfect. The various salsas were great and the pastries were very local and tasty. I believe that 1856 becomes a steak restaurant at night but we were busy exploring the city. The staff was great, rooms were always cleaned. For Americans that don't speak Spanish - there was one English channel on the TV, I think Fox News or CNN and then one sub-titled channel that showed movies and FX shows. Uber was extremely quick when we called. The location was great. Maybe 30 minutes to the mountains to hike, horseback or boating, or a five minute walk to any type of retail you want. I would stay here every time we visit Monterrey as the experience was completely awesome.

The hotel environment is good, there is a large supermarket on the side, a commercial complex, I looked at this hotel a little bit built, did not expect to have the opportunity to travel here, the hotel hardware is not bad!

The Quinta Real is perfectly located in a safe, upscale, and clean part of town. It's location is surrounded by top-notch restaurants, a mall across the street, and fine hotel dining!! Respectful hospitality begins at the front door (Fernando), to the front desk (Judith, Vivinnia, Jesus), extends through everyone working in room service, reliable/safe taxi service (arrange taxi service with Fernando), and everyone on staff acknowledges you with a smile and ”buenos dias”. Hotel amenities were luxurious, accommodating, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! I particularly enjoyed the gym and pool, and my daily bucket of ”consumable” ice to go with my free bottled waters. Don't worry if you forget to pack a toiletry - they have them on the bathroom counter! I recommend a room with a jacuzzi - how nice it was at the end of my day to relax in the jacuzzi! I was treated like a queen and cannot wait to return! Thanks to everyone at Quinto Real Monterrey for a memorable vacation!

This hotel really misses the mark. They're trying hard for a minimalist vibe, and I dig that. However, they cheaped out on the finishes and the (relatively new) hotel has not aged well. The floors, furnishings, and fixtures are worn: scuff marks on the floors and furniture, loose and cheap fixtures in the bathroom, toilets that flush intermittently, bad wifi throughout the hotel, A/C that turns you into a popsicle and doesn't adjust... I only had breakfast at the restaurant but it was mediocre. It's not at all what I expected from a hotel like this. It was your basic eggs, beans, fruit plate you'd get at somewhere like VIPs or Martin's, except not nearly as good. This hotel might be cool if you're here on vacation with your girlfriend, but who the hell comes to Monterrey for vacation with their girlfriend? I get the feeling that whoever was the money behind this hotel had a wife who had a friend that claimed to be a ”designer,” and that's who got the gig to design this place. But she was in over her head and completely failed. If you're going for the mega-mamon, I'm-From-San Pedro-And-My-Family-Is-Important vibe, you can't do it with Ikea furniture. In short, it just doesn't work, especially for the price. The only bright spot was the maid service. Even though they missed my room and didn't come by until 5:00 PM, it wasn't their fault and they were very friendly and efficient. No chance I'm staying here again.

Great regular hotel, everything is quite good, clean and comfy. Pretty good breakfasts. Good location - markets, stores, cafes right next corner. Amazingly comfortable bed, a lot of clean towels every day, air-conditioner, cattle, coffee sticks, tv, bathtub useful things. Polite and helpful stuff.

I hesitated to write this review because it is such an amazing stay, I kind of want to be selfish and keep it a secret. Fiesta Americana Pabellon M is perfectly located, walking distance to many great restaurants and tourist attractions. It is an easy walk to Paseo Santa Lucia, Macroplaza, and the Metro terminal for transportation. The area seems very safe and is well lit. The hotel is modern, clean and luxurious. It is worth every penny. It has an incredible bar and restaurant with an amazing view of the city. You really can't beat it. The true reason I am writing this review is to congratulate the staff on providing your guests with an outstanding hospitality experience. There are two people that were extremely helpful and made our stay particularly enjoyable: Pamela from front desk and Mr. Alfredo, concierge services. I truly could not believe how great they treated us. They were courteous, respectful and very helpful. They went above and beyond in making sure that our stay was perfect and that everything went without a hitch. I even attempted to find the general manager to commend them. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to, but I hope that this review reaches management. People like Ms Pamela and Mr Alfredo are hard to find in hospitality now a days. Cherish them. They are the ones that will keep the guests coming back. They were wonderful! And quite honestly, everyone was! Thank you so much for a perfect stay. We will definitely be returning and recommending to many travelers.

We hosted last year and returned again, we found the same details last time. The person responsible for the hostel area could not give general information, there were no ice machines in each floor and more than once we asked for reception assistance and never answered the phones. The staff were very careful, as well as the roommates and special congratulations to a older gentleman who brought us to the room a cun for our baby, was very friendly and service.
