hotel is using pictures of swimming pool, which they do not have. it belongs to other hotel and if you want to use it, than need to pay extra 35 usd/day per person. Breakfast choice was fine, room clean and with working AC, but...located between 3 night clubs/disco. that means loud music every day between 9pm and 4 am. Even strongest clubbing lovers were tired. breakfast and check in has place in other hotel. in general, I do not recommend.

I like the breakfast buffet, it had a variety of choices. The food is good. No hairdryer in the room. The hotel location is quite noisy at night, there is clubs nearby.

The hotel says it is 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really don't think it is, they don't have a variety of food 🥘 They should improve the all-inclusive buffet service since it is quite poor they only give you one main dish daily, pork or meat of beef 🥩, it really was a family trip and we had a great time. 😀 The bar service was quite acceptable, although many times there was a lack of lemon, beer, sugar, and other things but the guys did what was not within their power to serve you with any drink of your choice, the beach is very nice although they should improve their attractions for tourists, the facility is acceptable although they don't even put water in the room, things are very scarce, wow, it was my experience, I don't want to say that this horrible hotel is quite nice to stay with the family, so they have to improve many things In summary it is a 2 star hotel ⭐️⭐️, the very poor animation should improve much more, the Great dance group ☺️☺️ my congratulations on your show deserve to grow more, I recommend it except that many things should be improved but it's a good time 😊

Facilities: Very good, there is no big bed room with two beds ~ there is a hair dryer, the desk is also very good. The elevator is broken ~ can carry luggage. It is impossible to find beach towels. Due to the low flow of water, the toilet bowl was filling in 1 hour. The food was good. Especially in the à la carte restaurant. The staff were very pleasant. They helped in times of need. The hotel location is a half hour walk from the center. Thanks for everything.

The location of the hotel is great. The ocean and beach are incomparable. All inclusive is not like other tourist destinations due to the nature of Cuba. Don't expect a wide variety of food. Mostly rice, chicken, fish. I liked the pineapples that were always there. Drinks ran out from time to time, but there were always two or three options to choose from. There are a lot of flies, just like everywhere else in Cuba. They try to maintain cleanliness, but still the plates had to be chosen to be cleaner, the cutlery was wiped with napkins. Room cleaning every day. The room is old, but everything looks decent. Not far from the hotel there is street food and a store (although the selection is not very large). There was a program every day, the beer was delicious, there were several cocktails to choose from, but we didn’t try them. We went to the restaurant twice (you can make an appointment at the reception at 13:00, they serve the menu for free). Excellent hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. Thanks to the service staff for the warm welcome

房間和床單都還比較乾淨，但是枕頭一股黴味，酒店已經盡力把最好的給遊客了。沒有停電，吃的東西冷盤很多，因為我感覺不太乾淨所以沒有什麼可吃，每天會有豬肉和雞肉供應，沙灘非常非常漂亮舒適，工作人員也非常熱心，有免費網絡，網速的話，辦公也夠用了。

Problemas com a fechadura do departamento comunicada ao hotel por voltadas 13 h do segundo dia hospedar em (não abria) não solucionado, levando o hóspede a ficar da 18h às 0h buscando a solução na portaria, tendo que se deslocar várias vezes pelo hotel para tratar do problema, solucionado apenas no dia seguinte. Alimentação e bebidas não álcoólicas simples, de qualidade regular servida no café da manhã, almoço e jantar. Alimentação.mais sofisticada de boa qualidade no jantar, nos dois restaurantes que atendem por reserva. Falta de informações ao turista sobre as opções de uso de transporte público na região de Varadero (BusTur). Atendentes priorizam indicar o uso de táxi para os turistas.

A good, solid chain hotel, with good food and an excellent beach. I booked and received a bungalow - spacious and cozy, with a terrace and in a picturesque corner of the hotel complex. I don’t give the highest ratings due to the fact that everything is a little worn out, and there are problems with the operation of the equipment in the room; not everything worked perfectly and correctly (hair dryer, air conditioning control panel and a couple of light bulbs were not on). The cleaning staff was amazing it was mold in my room (which I ignored as we just stayed two days) and they disinfected, cleaned and painted it plus they called the engineer to solved a problem with the water, however some things were broken in my friends’ room as the hairdryer and the window locker. Also I don’t know if was because the didn’t have enough customers but a lot of restaurants and facilities were closed.

It was a different experience, I always travel with my family but this time I decided to go to rest and be alone with my partner, which was a bit difficult for me due to different episodes I had at the hotel. As for the service of the waitresses and shop assistants, it is very good, they really make an effort to talk to the clients and make them feel like family, the cleaning is quite good, but I must say that in terms of the food it leaves a lot to be desired, most of the Cold times, without dressings to season salads or vegetables, hot juices and without sugar, there was not a day when there was butter, mayonnaise, or any other sauce to accompany food or breakfast. There is no small oven to heat a toast or a piece of bread, the lousy presentation, if I am honest there was not a day that we ate well and that is mainly due to the little management by the managers, the rather superficial supervision and the justification with all the problems that there are right now in Cuba. Serving a hot dish or a cold juice goes beyond the scarcity that there may be. The towel service for the pool practically does not work, we were waiting all day to be able to get the towels and be able to bathe, when we complained the towels appeared immediately, Unfortunately they tend to justify what was wrong with all the economic problems that exist and that we all know. You pay for a 4-star hotel and receive 2-star service to a great extent.

Ocean and beach fairy tale 😍 First, the good stuff: the area is gorgeous. Special thanks to Eliezer and Senin. Very competent managers, they speak Russian well, they help with “unsolvable” issues, and in general I have very warm impressions from them. Delicious ice cream and cocktails, depending on the season they serve fish and seafood. February turned out to be off season. There was fish, but not super often. Grill zone - very good meat. And beef and pork and chicken. Pineapples and papaya. Of course the ocean!!!! The biggest plus. That's why we flew for 14 hours. We walked the entire shore - our part of the beach turned out to be the best in our opinion. Wide shore, sun loungers do not stack on top of each other. Quiet. Now about the negative))) First we checked into a bungalow (southern part of the hotel). Dark, humid, bad air conditioning, poor cleaning. Considering that they left chocolates and money, not very good. The bathroom floors were not washed at all. One day they took away a towel and didn’t bring any... any... at all. Neither for arms, nor for legs. They asked us to move to the main building closer to the ocean. There the situation has completely changed. There were elephants on the bed, and boats were flying. 9!!! Towels for two. Although there were 4 in the bungalow (as it turned out, we were given a foot towel as the main towel in the bungalow). Clean, bright, good air conditioning and views of the pool and ocean. Now the tips: - if you are not given something, demand and ask. Most likely they will forget, you need to remind them. - take a towel with you (at least a small one). Because we were given a towel for 2 days at the beach. - You can take your own mug, but disposable glasses were thrown away in front of us. - take plenty of sunscreen. They burned out in the first days. - the most season is from June to November. December - March winds can be strong. Ideal month - October - leave a tip. Locals will be happy with chocolates and primitive medicines (no-shpa, paracetamol, spazgan), but it’s not difficult for us In general, except for the moment of relocation and problems with the towel, everything was excellent. 👍
