We opted for Novotel during our visit for the Sam Smith concert, and it turned out to be a wise choice. The hotel's location is fantastic, surrounded by numerous eateries, making it very convenient. Additionally, having an EV charging station right next to the hotel was a significant plus for us as we had rented an electric car. The nearby outlet mall was a pleasant place to explore during the day. However, one drawback was the Grab Car service in the area, which left much to be desired.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful! The hotel room is spacious and clean. However, this is not a pleasant stay, because I changed 4 rooms on my arrival. For the first room they gave me, the toilet light was not working, so they switched me to another room, but the second room was very smelly, full of the toilet smell! They gave me another room which the toilet light kept flashing 🫣 finally they gave me another room which looked good…however, when I took a shower in the evening, there’s ONLY HOT Water from the shower tap!!! The hotel should pay more attention for the work of room maintenance!! The next day morning, when I was having breakfast buffet in their restaurant, a staff was cleaning up the table next to me, she didn’t change the table mat that the customer just used for her meal, not even wiping it off, and the staff just replaced the napkin and cutlery only, this is very unhygienic, the hotel should train up their staff to pay attention to this issue.

While this hotel is out of the way it’s a romantic old world experience at a very reasonable price. The staff are lovely but don’t expect them to be fluent in English. This is after all a Thai owned and run hotel. The place looks like it’s 100 years old but the staff said it’s only 10. Either way the building looks colonial inside and out with beautiful wood everywhere. The river view is delightful, the restaurant adequate. You can sit inside or outside by the river. Appears that the owner are “collectors” of all sorts of fascinating things from cars to carvings.

Me and my fri selected the hotel because we were joining a concert near the hotel. So it was the best choice for the purpose . But I wouldn’t recommend for those who wish to travel in bangkok to stay at the hotel because it’s far from the city

The hotel is very good. If you choose to go to the imapct arena to watch a show, I highly recommend coming here. The boss will arrange for a driver to take you to the show, so it saves you a lot of worry. Of course, he can also take you to other places at any time. The service is very good and every waiter is very enthusiastic. Remember to bring a swimsuit if it is convenient. The swimming pool upstairs is also good. Our food is also good. You can also borrow their bicycles to ride nearby. In short, the facilities are very complete. The front desk is very welcoming and often recommends places to visit in the surrounding area. The TV is super big, you can continue to watch the show after watching the show haha

The bedroom is very consistent with the cover. The bed is very wide. The bathroom, everything mattresses are all very clean, so unfortunately the parking lot is a little too small. Maybe because I arrived at the accommodation late as well But overall I am very impressed 🤍

The room is spacious and clean. The sound insulation is also good. Although there is a construction site next to it, there is basically no loud noise. The only drawback is that it provides a two-in-one shampoo and shower, and there are no disposable slippers. Not long after we arrived, someone happened to be checking out, and we checked in at 10 a.m. Although it is an area that has just begun to develop, there are 7-11 and stalls next to the hotel. It is the best choice to watch the impact concert.
