The hotel in Warsaw was great, but the one in Krakow was a pleasant surprise. The moment I stopped at the entrance of the hotel, I felt very good and liked it very much. You can see the textile hall at the entrance of the hotel. The location is excellent. The interior decoration of the hotel is very tasteful and very high-end. The room is large, the bathroom is larger than normal, the room equipment has a strong sense of technology, and it is very comfortable facing the courtyard. Breakfast is also great, this restaurant is recommended by Michelin at night, it is so delicious. Krakow is too beautiful to have time for hotel spas. The only thing I don't understand is that there is no partition in the bathroom shower, and the water will spill on the ground beside it.

The hotel is located right outside the old city with beautiful views of the river and Wawel castle, and accessible by public transportation, which made it a good choice for us. Service was top notch and the facilities met our needs perfectly. We particularly enjoyed the free pool and spa facilities, the fine dining at the restaurant which was open until midnight, the very comfortable large bed, and bottled water every day of our stay. Customer service even took care of a special treat in the room upon arrival for my husband's 70th birthday. The staff was helpful, especially the last day when our flight was cancelled and we had to book a new one. We used the business center to print out boarding passes and a boxed breakfast was prepared and provided upon checkout at 2am.

We loved our stay here. The location is perfect. The hotel beautiful. Loved the acqua de palma toiletries. A couple of critiques would be. A coffee machine in the room would be an added bonus and the spa areas a little warmer. The bar area is lovely as is the rest of the hotel. We’d certainly stay here again 😊

Access from Krakow Główki Station is simply amazing. The Old Town is just a short walk away, and the tram is convenient, making the location perfect. Once you get used to it, it's only a five-minute walk from the station via the mall. The mall is closed early in the morning, so you'll need to access the station from outside. Both the reception staff were very polite, even greeting me in Japanese with a ”thank you,” a truly attentive touch. The rooms were kept incredibly clean. I only requested housekeeping once during my four-night stay, choosing the ECO option the rest of the time. Two bottles of water were replenished free of charge each day, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of leaving snacks and fruit for me when I chose the ECO option. I was particularly surprised by how sparkling the silver details, like the bathroom glass and faucet, were. I requested a quiet room, and they accommodated my request perfectly, allowing me to relax in complete peace and quiet. I enjoyed the breakfasts every day, never getting bored. Honeycombs were provided, and I made it a habit to pour them over my yogurt every morning. It was a memorable breakfast. The only thing that would have been better was if they had provided toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Great hotel, great location! The hotel was clean and tidy. The rooms were adequate for our needs. Shower pressure was one of the best we have had in a hotel, ever!! We used the bar for drinks, which was well priced and the lady behind the bar was great!! The only issue with the hotel is that they have a lot of school groups staying, with the guests being quite noisy running around, banging doors and talking loudly at all hours of the day.

The hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station. Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift. Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!

Booked this hotel after reviewing comments on the Internet, but it was even far more better than I expected. My room was in 5th floor, it has no fancy design but very quiet, clean and comfortable. I love the bed, bathroom and good lighting in the room. Location is located in the old town perfectly, I can walk to everywhere I want within 10 mins. Staffs are extremely warm-hearted, polite and helpful. They provided me a big breakfast box for my early departure which was much appreciated. Thank you for those good looking staffs who served me very well.

Lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location. Perfectly placed for exploring the old town. The hotel was very clean, warm and inviting and it's clear that staff work hard to keep the hotel looking at its best. The selection at breakfast was excellent, with food made to order as well as a buffet with lots of choice. The room itself was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and good facilities. The only downside was that the shower leaked, creating a small flood in the bathroom, but this was a really small issue. The room was small, but it was fairly priced and for two nights this was not an issue. Overall, we had a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
