Killarney Royal is a must visit, from the moment you book in all your expectations are exceeded. Micheal bar manager, wow he sure knows how to keep guests happy, so considerate to everyone, Did you reach that quota 😂😂Katherine on reception for keeping bag safe when I left in restaurant, broke speed record when realised I forgot it Staff here are wonderful, as for food, walking last three days, over indulged, can only visit every six months as no willpower when I see fab carrot cake, and cheesecake. Stayed for a special birthday and felt a few things let the hotel down on this occasion. I found stains upon pulling back the sheets, to be fair, this was handled very quickly and effectively by staff, we were upgraded and moved immediately. The bar is under renovation which takes from the stay somewhat, the temporary bar (during the day) is in the reading room, a very small room, not comfortable, there are seats in the lobby but everyone is passing you to check in and get to their rooms etc. Fredericks was meant to be the evening bar but it was closed when we tried to go there after dinner, which was only about 9pm. Dinner in the Garden Room was average, staff were lovely though. Breakfast was very nice. Overall, ok stay.

We have been traveling in Ireland for a week and this is by far the best hotel. The town of Killarney is amazing and this hotel is perfect. The staff at the registration desk and specifically a young man named Miguel went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend anyone to stay here!

This place is truly wonderful - amazing, warm service and absolutely stunning grounds and building. If you aren’t blown away by the tree tunnel drive in or the gorgeous ivy covered facade, you certainly will be by the beautiful rooms, good food and always readily available drinks! The staff is lovely and fun to talk to. We were able to view birds and red deer on the grounds. Plus, easily walkable to many restaurants and bars in downtown Killarney (which is an absolute blast - live music everywhere). This place was a magical retreat and made our Co. Kerry leg of the trip feel so special!

My husband, myself and two other couples recently spent a fabulous two nights at The Victoria during our holiday tour of Ireland. During our nearly 3-week holiday we stayed in 10 different hotels around Ireland and Scotland and the Victoria House is at the top of the list. The property is beautiful, the rooms were immaculately clean, location is great, food is wonderful and the staff was amazing. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted by Maura and she continued to charm, educate, and entertain us throughout our stay. She was kind, helpful, funny and all around lovely. She readily facilitated reservations and taxis when we needed them, taught us a little Gaelic, gave us tips on local establishments. She is a wonderful asset to the establishment. We also had breakfast in the hotel both mornings and it was delicious--among the best Irish breakfasts we enjoyed during our time in Ireland. Fresh and tasty. The brown bread was wonderful, black pudding delicious and the servers were just lovely. Friendly, funny and helpful. We also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant one evening and it was delicious as well. Our server there was great as well. The bar staff was superb too, always friendly and happy to meet our requests. The amenities of the hotel were also lovely, we enjoyed relaxing in the 2nd floor lounge area together after our days of touring. The overall location was great, we took a lovely walk back from the Muckross House one of our days there and enjoyed the National Park and its lovely scenery. Overall, we have only positive things to say about our stay at the Victoria and that doesn't always happen while traveling. If we are ever blessed enough to find ourselves back in beautiful Kilarney we would choose to stay here again. Thank to everyone, especially Maura.

Attention to detail and the whole family hotel ethos is why I have been going back to Randles. I have stayed here 3 times before and they know how to treat their customers. I had a problem with s room this time round . Plumbing in the bathroom issue and it was dealt with straight away and no messing or making excuses. The bar food was very nice and the desserts were fab. I'll be booking here again soon for my family and we look forward to seeing you all again soon.
